Kakistos, Lothos, Nostroyev, the prince of lies, they had all returnd to him. They weren't at full strength yet, they would have to bide their time and regain their power. All in good time. With these ten back there was just one council member to come. He came this day. Not as old as some of the council members, but just as powerful.
