On Saturday January 26th Willow was eating cereal and going over the recordings from Faith's bug. Willow already knew about those cops saving Buffy and Dawn's friends. Normally Willow didn't approve of cops just killing suspects like that, but Buffy was her friend. Mr. Trick had been there, probably taking care of President Wilkins' dirty work. According to these recent recordings that might've changed. Wilkins told Faith that Trick had failed him again, and cost him valuable allies in the Warners. Faith would soon be sent to Sunnydale to oversee more of his business. This was valuable intel for Willow and her friends to have.
