Meanwhile Ben and Chase were eating snacks in the kitchen.
"So...You like Kathy?" Ben asked awkwardly.
"Yeah...She's really cool and nice." Chase said nicely.
"She sure is...I just hope you're not with her to...you know...hump and dump her..." Ben said concerned.
"Hump and dump? Dude! You don't have to be so vulgar...I would not do that to Kathy." Chase said surprised.
"Really? I know guys like you Chase...You think you're all that just because you're good looking." Ben said sternly.
"Shut up Ben! You don't know what I've been through. I think I'm gonna go." Chase said meanly and he walked out the front door.
"Were you just talking to Chase?" Kathy asked concerned as she walked into the kitchen with Amy.
"Yeah I was...We kind of...got into an argument...I'm sorry Kathy..." Ben said sadly.
"Whatever...Good night Amy." Kathy said a little irritated and she walked out the front door.
"What did you do?" Amy asked firmly as she crossed her arms.
"I just...told Chase that he's probably just with Kathy...for sex..." Ben said nervously.
"Ugh...Really Ben? Why did you say that?" Amy said annoyed as she raised her voice.
"I...thought you were worried about Kathy with Chase..." Ben said honestly.
"I am but...that doesn't mean you have to be rude to him...I can't believe you." Amy said seriously.
"Well...we don't even know him Amy...He could be with Kathy so he can...put her on the streets to be a hooker." Ben said worried.
"Oh geeze...You are crazy! Just because that happened to Chloe, that does not mean it will happen to Kathy. I'm going to bed...Here...You should just go home." Amy said stubbornly and she walked to her room and slammed her door.
"Amy wait! I'm really sorry!" Ben said loudly.
"Hey Ben...Is everything all right?" George said nicely as he walked into the kitchen with Anne and Kathleen.
"Oh...Hey George...Yeah...Amy's just tired...It's been a long day and she wants to sleep here..." Ben said awkwardly.
"That's fine with me...Amy's welcome to stay here anytime...I think I need to get some sleep too and check on Robbie...Thank you all for coming." Anne said nicely.
"No problem Anne...We're here for you and I hope you come to church tomorrow." Kathleen said sweetly.
"I defiantly will...And...you can stay too Ben...If you want...I know you've been living with Amy in New York." Anne said kindly as she looked at Kathleen and then Ben.
"Uh...Thanks Anne but...I think I'll just go home...I don't want my Dad and Camille to worry..." Ben said awkwardly.
"I'm sure they won't mind. Just give them a call..." Anne said nicely.
"Did something happen with you and Amy?" George asked suspiciously.
"Yeah...I thought I heard some yelling and a door slam..." Kathleen said concerned.
"It's nothing that you need to concern yourselves with...I just said some stupid things that I didn't mean...Thanks for the snacks and I'm sorry for your loss...Good night..." Ben said kindly and he walked out the kitchen door.
"What is going on?" Anne asked confused.
"I don't know...I think this has something to do with that...Kathy and guy she was with..." George said seriously.
"Well...Whatever's going on, I'm sure they'll figure it out...We need to get going...Good night Anne." Kathleen said nicely.
"Good night Kathleen...Good night George." Anne said smiling and she left the kitchen as they walked out the kitchen door.
Anne walked to Amy's door and knocked on it.
"Go away!" Amy said irritated.
"Amy...Can I say good night?" Anne said nicely.
"Ugh...Fine..." Amy said as she sat up in her bed and Anne walked in.
"Are you ok? I know it's been a rough day with Mimsy dying..." Anne said honestly as she sat next to Amy.
"You're telling me...I'm fine...Ben just made a dumb comment about Chase using Kathy for sex..." Amy said a little irritated.
"Oh...Hopefully that's not true...And I think it's sweet how you've been looking out for Kathy...I hope you get some sleep. I love you, Amy." Anne said nicely as she gave Amy a hug.
"Thanks Mom...I love you too." Amy said kindly as she let go of Anne.
"All right...Good night..." Anne said smiling and she closed Amy's door.
A few minutes later Amy's phone rang.
"Hello?" Amy said sleepily.
"Hey Amy...It's me..." Adrian said in a whispering voice.
"Uh...Who is this?" Amy asked confused.
"Ugh...Did you even check your caller ID? It's Adrian...I'm whispering cause it's really late and Omar's sleeping...Ricky told me that Mimsy died earlier..." Adrian said quietly.
"Oh...Yeah she did...It's been a really rough night for me and...my family...Thanks for calling..." Amy said sadly.
"No problem...I'm really sorry for your loss...and I'm coming to California on Tuesday if you want to talk...I'm not very good with death but...I helped Grace after she lost her dad..." Adrian said honestly.
"Thank you Adrian...but I'm sure I'll be fine...I was close to Mimsy but...after she got alzheimer's...I wasn't as close to her...She didn't even know who I was..." Amy said concerned.
"Oh yeah...That's really sad...Well...I'm here for you...Oh...and I don't know if you heard but Jack is in the hospital..." Adrian said sincerely.
"I really appreciate that...Why is Jack in the hospital?" Amy asked surprised.
"He got hurt during wrestling...Hopefully he'll be all right...I need to get some sleep..." Adrian said as she yawned.
"Yeah...I hope Jack will be ok...Good night Adrian..." Amy said sadly.
"Good night Amy..." Adrian said kindly and she hung up.
The next morning at church...
Grace and Ricky walked into church and sat across from Kathleen, George, and Tom.
"So...Where's Amy?" Ricky asked concerned.
"I don't know...She'll probably be here soon...We're ten minutes early." Grace said nicely.
"Yeah...I sure hope so..." Ricky said sadly.
"Are you all right?" Grace asked worried.
"I am but...it's just going to be hard seeing Amy since she just lost Mimsy..." Ricky said honestly.
"Oh...Was she close to her?" Grace asked sweetly.
"She was...Before she had Alzheimer's..." Ricky said seriously.
"Wow...That's really sad..." Grace said sincerely.
A few minutes later Amy, Ben, Anne, Ashley, Kathy, Chase, and Ethan walked in.
"What are they doing here?" Ricky asked confused.
"I don't know...Come over here." Grace said happily as she waved at Amy and Kathy.
Amy, Ben, Kathy, and Chase walked over to where Grace and Ricky were sitting.
"Good morning...We can move over." Ricky said nicely as he and Grace moved down their pew.
"Well...Hello beautiful...Grace...wasn't it?" Chase smirked as he sat next Grace with Kathy.
"Uh...yeah...And you're...Chase?" Grace asked awkwardly.
"Yes...I didn't know you went to church...That's really hot." Chase said nicely as he winked at Grace. Ben and Amy sat next to Ricky.
"Chase! What are you doing?" Kathy asked annoyed.
"Sorry...I'm just being nice..." Chase said honestly.
"It's ok Kathy...Ricky's right next to me..." Grace said sweetly.
"Yeah but he's talking to Ben and Amy...Whatever..." Kathy rolled eyes.
"Did you see that? Chase is trying to flirt with Grace and Kathy's getting upset." Ethan said quietly to Ashley.
"So what? Almost every guy tries to flirt with her...It's nothing new...I'm just surprised that she's with Ricky again..." Ashley said seriously.
"Oh...Why do you say that? And I still love Kathy." Ethan said sternly.
"Because she was involved with Jack for years while Ricky was with Amy...But it's whatever...As long as Amy's happy, that's all that matters...And if you still love Kathy, then you should do something about it instead of awkwardly watching her with another guy." Ashley said firmly.
"All right...Thanks for the advice Ashley...And I know that we haven't really talked much but...if you ever want to hang out..." Ethan said nervously.
"No...I go to school in Florida so I'm only going to be here next week and then I have to go back. And I have a boyfriend." Ashley said a little irritated.
"Gotcha...I wasn't asking you out or anything..." Ethan said nicely.
"Whatever...Church is starting now." Ashley said as she stood up.
The music started playing as the guest speaker walked to the front.
"Wait a minute...Ben said what about Chase?" Ricky said surprised as the organist continued to play their music.
"He thinks that Chase is just with her to...you know..." Amy said seriously.
"I didn't mean it...It was a mistake..." Ben said honestly.
"Of course it was...Just like all the times that you judged me...You're such a hypocrite." Ricky said sternly as he looked at Ben.
"Oh, am I? And what about you? Who do you think you are? Taking advantage of every girl that you've been with...That's the only reason that you're here...Is so you can sleep with Grace? Isn't it?!" Ben said stubbornly.
"That's enough Ben! You should shut up before I hurt you!" Ricky said angrily and Grace, Chase, Kathy, and Amy looked at him in shock.
"Go ahead Ricky. I dare you. Hit me, right here in church. I thought he without sin could cast the first stone." Ben said meanly.
"God! Ben! What is wrong with you?! I think you should go outside." Amy said stubbornly as she looked at Ben.
"Yeah...I think both of us should." Ricky said concerned.
"Ricky! Stop it! We're in church!" Grace said a little irritated as she grabbed his arm.
"Fine...I'll take care of Ben after church." Ricky said calmly as he looked straight ahead at the front of the church.
"Whatever...I don't think you could hit me again..." Ben said annoyed.
"What is wrong with you guys? This is church not a boxing arena..." Kathy said stubbornly.
"Just drop it Kathy...I'm sure they'll be fine." Chase said honestly.
After everyone sang some hymns, the guest speaker talked about forgiveness and everyone walked outside.
"All right Ben...Either you apologize to me or else..." Ricky said seriously.
"Fine...I'm sorry Ricky...I'm sorry for saying all those terrible things...I know you've been trying to change..." Ben said honestly.
"Thank you..." Ricky said nicely.
"Did you two apologize?" Amy said concerned as she walked outside with John.
"Yes we did...Oh...I forgot that John was in the nursery...Sorry Amy..." Ricky said surprised.
"It's ok Ricky...I can take him for the day if you want..." Amy said sweetly.
"Uh...Sure...You can bring him back tonight." Ricky said smiling.
"All right...We're going to get lunch...See you later. Come on Ben." Amy said happily as she grabbed Ben's and John's hands.
"Aww...Aren't they so cute?" Grace said kindly.
"Who? Amy and Ben?" Ricky asked confused.
"Yeah...John's cute too...What do you want to do for lunch?" Grace said smiling.
"You could join us...If you want...We're going to a fish place." Chase said nicely as he walked over to Grace and Ricky with Kathy.
"Fish sounds good...I just hope John will be all right...I don't want him to get sad if Amy gets in a bad mood..." Ricky said concerned.
"I'm sure he'll be fine...Which fish place?" Grace asked kindly.
"The one that's down the street. I guess we could have invited Amy and Ben but I guess they had other plans." Kathy said sweetly.
"Yeah...Let's go..." Ricky said sadly as he grabbed Grace's hand and they walked to their car.
"Hey Kathy! Can I come with you guys?" Ethan asked nicely.
"Ugh...What do you want?" Kathy said a little irritated.
"I just want to have lunch with you guys. Is that too much to ask?" Ethan said nicely.
"Of course not dude. The more, the merrier." Chase said happily.
"But...I love Kathy...remember?" Ethan said a little irritated.
"Like I care? If you're gonna try to hit on her, then maybe you should leave." Chase said stubbornly.
"Fine...See you at school tomorrow." Ethan said firmly as he walked over to Ricky's car.
"Ethan? What are you doing?" Ricky asked confused as Ethan got in Ricky's car.
"Can you just drive me home? I came here with Amy and Ben but they already left..." Ethan said sadly.
"Oh...Is this about Kathy? You should join us for lunch." Grace said nicely.
"I would but Chase doesn't want me to...I don't think Kathy does either...How could she do this to me? I treated her so well..." Ethan said honestly.
"You know what? Screw them. We'll just go somewhere else. I didn't really want to have lunch with them anyway." Ricky said a little irritated.
"Uh...Ricky! They invited us to have lunch with them." Grace said firmly.
"Yeah...so? That doesn't mean we have to eat with them. Besides, Chase was hitting on you." Ricky said seriously.
"And that's a problem...because?" Grace asked confused.
"Are you serious?" Ricky asked sternly as he backed out of his parking spot.
"You don't have to get jealous Ricky...There's no way that I could be interested in Chase. He's in high school and I love you." Grace said honestly.
"Yeah...If you two love each other, everything should be all good right? For the sake of love, you should just get married right now." Ethan said seriously as Ricky stopped at a stop light.
Woah! There was quite a bit of drama in this one. What's Ricky going to say next? Will Ben apologize to Chase? How is Jack doing in the hospital? Is Ben starting to lose it again?
