After Kate Lockley was questioned by Buffy again she went home. Kate was experienced enough with interrogation to know how to handle them. Don't admit to anything, give a convincing lie if possible. But the fact that Buffy had questioned her twice suggested she might know something. If President Wilkins was really involved in the dark arts he made a good suspect, so what did Buffy know that made Kate a suspect?
