44. Chapter 44: NEXT BOOK

All right, so I was going to do a couple original chapters to tie in the end of this book with the next, but after trying for so long to get the chapter out, I decided the story for those chapters was far too forced, and that the best way to go ahead was to simply end In The Thick of Battle here and move on to the next book.

I will be putting the part of the storyline I planned on carrying over to Book 4 into the next book, with some flashbacks for context.
