Chapter 280
On Febuary 14th principal Robin Wood met covertly with Daniel Holtz. After what happenned at Anne's shelter they had much to discuss.
Wood: Demons are coming to this town. The court sided with Dupree, we can't even legally stop them anymore.
Holtz: I was never a lawyer, but as I understand the law, it was written by humans to keep humans safe.
Wood: Yeah, but now our president sides with the demons.
Holtz: I thought that police woman had some good ideas, but she resorted to the dark arts, and humans were killed. What should we do about this?
Wood: My mother was a slayer, but now even the slayer is evil. If noone's going to help us, we have to protect ourselves.
Holtz: Agreed. But before we do this, I need to know that you're in, all the way. I've seen many good men who couldn't take the violence.
Wood: I'll do what I have to do to protect this city. But we can't do it alone. We'll need others, those who believe as we do.
Holtz: Agreed. And they must be willing to die for the cause, if it comes to that. I have some ideas for prospects, but I'm also open to suggestions.
