Twenty minutes later...

"All right...It seems that the jury has come to a decision...Please hand me the envelope..." The judge said seriously as a cop handed him a brown envelope and then he opened it. Everyone looked at the judge with a worried look on their face.

"And...The jury finds the defendant, Bob Underwood...guilty of assault and attempted murder...As well as guilty for wanting to kill his son, Ricky Underwood...After hearing and examining the evidence of this case...I find Bob guilty but...I can not sentence him to death because it is not legal in New York...I can sentence him to life in prison...Or he can have another trial in California...However, since Bob did not murder anyone the chances of him getting the death penalty in California are very low...So...I will sentence him to life in prison...If you want Reuben, you can set up a trial in California to try and get Bob the death penalty but...I'm afraid that I can't help you with that..." The judge said honestly and he banged his gravel.

"No! You can't do this! He wants to kill me! Please! Help me Reuben!" Ricky said loudly as he stood up.

"Your honor, I promised Ricky that Bob would get the death penalty...Can't you see that he deserves to be punished? He has been in court before and he's been proven guilty before...He doesn't deserve life in prison...Because someone could bail him out and then he could murder Ricky...Do you really want that on your conscious?" Reuben said sternly.

"I understand what you're saying, Reuben...But...There's not much I can do...I already banged my hammer..." The judge said firmly.

"So what? I'm fighting for Ricky...He's been through hell and back and I'm not gonna let Bob win this...You're a sick person for letting him live...I don't even care if I lose my job because of this...Justice needs to be done..." Reuben said angrily.

"If you don't stop...I'm going to ask two cops to escort you out...This case is finished, Mr. Lee..." The judge said a little irritated.

"No it's not...Not until I win...I appeal your decision..." Reuben said sternly as he crossed his arms.

"That doesn't matter, Reuben...My job here is done...Get him out of here." The judge said honestly.

"Fine...I'll leave...I'm sorry I let you down, Ricky..." Reuben said seriously as he turned around before the cops walked over to him and he walked out of the court room.

A few minutes later everyone else walked out of the court room.

"This is all your fault..." Ricky said firmly as he looked at Grace.

"How is this my fault? The judge said that the death penalty is illegal in New York...And that Bob can have another trial in California..." Grace said defensively.

"She's right, Ricky...Maybe we should just go to court again in California...Most death penalty cases involve two trials anyway...I should have known that Bob wouldn't get it today...At least we tried...Right?" Adrian said seriously.

"Yeah...I don't even care anymore...As long as I never see Bob again...That's all that matters..." Ricky said a little irritated.

"I'm so sorry, Ricky...Are you all right?" Nora said concerned as she hugged Ricky.

"I'll be ok, Mom...Maybe we should...just go to another trial..." Ricky said concerned.

"I don't know...You heard the judge...Since Bob didn't kill anyone, the chances of him getting the death penalty is very low..." Nora said honestly as she pulled away from Ricky.

"You're right...Hopefully no one will bail him out...Ugh...Let's get out of here..." Ricky said sadly.

"I'm sorry too...Do you want us to take you to your hotel?" Amy said sincerely as everyone walked outside.

"Or we could go to my house again..." Adrian said kindly.

"I'm going to get dinner with Leo and Reuben so you do what you want, Ricky...Bye..." Nora said nicely and she walked over to Leo and Reuben who were waiting for a cab.

"Um...I think I just need some time alone with Grace right now..." Ricky said seriously.

"All right...We'll see you guys later then...And I'm sorry, Ricky..." Omar said kindly.

"Ooooh...You two have fun...Let's go, Omie." Adrian said smiling and they walked towards the parking lot.

"I hope you two have a nice night and I'm sorry too..." Ben said nicely and he walked towards the parking lot with Amy and John.

"Uh...What are we going to do?" Grace said concerned.

"Since we don't get to see snow very often I thought we could take a walk in it..." Ricky said kindly.

"Ok...It's pretty cold though..." Grace said sweetly.

"Yeah...But...We can get some hot coco or something..." Ricky said smiling and he grabbed Grace's hand and they started to walk on a side walk.

"I'm truly sorry that the trial didn't go how you wanted it to go..." Grace said sincerely.

"No...It's ok...Maybe it was for the best...And...Maybe Bob can change...If I did...Why can't he? I'm actually really proud of you for standing up for him...It's not easy to stand up for a criminal..." Ricky said honestly.

"Yeah...And thank you...I would rather have you be angry at Bob than feel guilty for getting him killed...So...you don't want to go through another trial in California?" Grace said seriously.

"Not really...If he murdered Omar...I defiantly would but...since he didn't murder anyone...going through it would probably be a waste of time...And if he does ever get out of prison again to kill me...I will kill him without hesitation..." Ricky said firmly.

"I understand...But...What if...he killed someone...Like years ago?" Grace said intrigued.

"What are you talking about? Bob didn't kill anyone..." Ricky said concerned.

"Um...You're sure that he didn't?" Grace said surprised.

"Yes...Reuben is absolutely sure too...He did a lot of research on Bob before the trial...There is no evidence that he killed anyone...Unless...you know something that we don't know?" Ricky said intrigued.

"No...I was just wondering...You're sure that you're, ok?" Grace said sweetly.

"Of course I am...I just overreacted to the verdict...And...I forgot about forgiveness...No matter how many times Bob has messed up, he does deserve forgiveness...And life in prison for what he did...At least he got that..." Ricky said seriously.

"You're right...I told you that everything would work out..." Grace said kindly as they walked in front of a Starbuck's.

"Me too...And...thank you for being here for me..." Ricky said smiling as he turned to face Grace.

"You're welcome...I'll always be here for you, Ricky...Let's get some hot coco." Grace said happily and she gave Ricky a kiss on the cheek and they walked into the Starbuck's.

After Ricky and Grace got their hot coco they noticed Jacob having coffee with a girl.

"Jacob? What are you doing here?" Grace said surprised.

"Oh...Hello Grace and Ricky...I'm having coffee with my friend...This is Maria..." Jacob said smiling.

"Hello! It's nice to meet you two!" Maria said excited and she shook Ricky's and Grace's hands.

"Um...You didn't go out with Ben, did you?" Grace said surprised.

"Yes I did...You know Bennito? The Sausage Prince?" Maria said excited.

"Yeah...We do...So you're that girl he met in Italy..." Ricky said awkwardly.

"Of course! He was very kind." Maria said happily.

"Heh...So...How do you two know each other?" Grace said intrigued as she sat across from Jacob and Maria with Ricky.

"We met online...And kind of became pen pals...And my mother let me fly here to meet her..." Jacob said kindly.

"Oh wow...That's pretty impressive...So...you two...like each other?" Ricky said intrigued.

"Of course! But as friends cause...Jacob is only a baby..." Maria said sweetly.

"Heh...I will be a legal adult in a few years..." Jacob said nicely.

"Your mother let you come all the way over here just to meet Maria?" Grace said shocked.

"Yes...She trusts me...And I am on holiday since school is over..." Jacob said seriously.

"Well...Good for her...What are you doing for Christmas?" Grace said intrigued.

"You don't have to be so rude, Grace...I'm going home for Christmas...And Maria is too..." Jacob said nicely.

"But Christmas is in two weeks...You two are going to be here until then?" Ricky said concerned.

"Yes...And don't worry...We aren't going to do anything bad...We're just friends...Maria's going to help me meet some girls my age...What have you two been up to?" Jacob said smiling.

"You're that desperate, huh? Heh...I guess the apple doesn't fall far from the tree..." Grace said a little irritated as she rolled her eyes.

"What did I just say to you about being rude? And if you're referring to our father, I am nothing like him..." Jacob said sternly.

"Um...We just got finished with my father's trial...He's going to prison for life...For shooting my friend and for...wanting to kill me..." Ricky said seriously.

"Oh wow...That's good...Right?" Jacob said surprised.

"Yeah...Hopefully no one will bail him out..." Ricky said sadly.

"I'm sorry Jacob...It's been a long day and I wasn't expecting to see you here...It's good to see you..." Grace said sincerely as she smiled.

"Thank you...It's good to see you too, sis...How are your mom and Tom doing?" Jacob said nicely.

"They are doing well...And they miss you...Every once in awhile...Heh...And I do too..." Grace said sweetly.

"Aww...You are such a liar..." Jacob said sarcastically.

"No...We really do miss you...I'm sure they wouldn't mind if you visited before you go back home for Christmas." Grace said happily.

"Um...That's really nice but...I don't have money for a trip to California..." Jacob said awkwardly.

"All right...Well...You could Skype them or something..." Grace said kindly.

"Yeah...I think I will...We gotta get going though...Right, Maria?" Jacob said smiling.

"Oh yes! We have to meet my friends soon! Let's go Jake! Bye Ricky and Grace! It was pleasure to meet you!" Maria said happily as she stood up.

"I'll see you soon..." Jacob said nicely and he gave Grace a hug.

"Yeah...Take care, Jacob...We're going back tomorrow." Grace said sweetly as she hugged Jacob tightly and she let go of him.

"I will...You take care too...Merry Christmas..." Jacob said happily.

"Merry Christmas, Jacob...See ya around..." Ricky said nicely.

"Merry Christmas...I love you, Jacob." Grace said kindly.

"I love you too...Bye." Jacob said as he grinned and he left Starbuck's with Maria.

"That was quite a surprise..." Ricky said smiling as Grace sat back down.

"Yeah it was...I can't believe he came all the way over here to see Maria...That's pretty exciting..." Grace said seriously.

"Yeah...She seems like a nice girl...Isn't she like your age?" Ricky said intrigued.

"I think so...I'm sure her and Jacob are just friends...I hope they are..." Grace said concerned.

"No kidding...Do you want to get something to eat? There are a ton of restaurants around here." Ricky said kindly.

"Sure...I am pretty hungry." Grace said smiling and they left Starbuck's.

Meanwhile in California...

Jack and Chloe were at the mall.

"I think I got all my Christmas shopping done..." Jack said relieved.

"Me too...I still have to get you something though..." Chloe said sweetly.

"Heh...You don't have to get me anything. We just got back together." Jack said nicely.

"No...I want to...Is there anything in particular you want?" Chloe said smiling.

"Hmm...I really like chocolate...And...football obviously...Maybe that will give you an idea of what to get me." Jack said smiling.

"Ha ha...Who doesn't like chocolate? Do you have a favorite kind? And do you want a new football or a jersery or something like that?" Chloe said intrigued.

"My favorite team is the Giants. And I like every kind of chocolate. Even white chocolate. What do you want?" Jack said happily.

"All right...I like jewelry and perfume...Leo got me a kitten last year for Christmas which was great...Her name is Patches...and she probably would like some new cat toys...Heh...I also really like finger nail polish..." Chloe said kindly.

"Cool...So girly stuff and a cat toy...Easy enough...Ha ha...Do you want to get something to eat?" Jack said smiling as they walked out of the mall.

"Yeah...I'm not that hungry..." Chloe said seriously as she put her bags in Jack's car.

"Me either...It's too early for dinner anyway...Whatever you want to do is fine with me..." Jack said happily.

"Um...Could we go see Mickey?" Chloe said nervously.

"Why?" Jack said surprised.

"I...want to know why he captured me and Grace..." Chloe said honestly.

"You're kidding right? He did it to make money...He's a greedy jerk..." Jack said sternly.

"That's true but...There has to be a reason why he became a pimp in the first place and...I want to know...Maybe if I do...then maybe I could help other people in the prostitution business to quit it..." Chloe said sincerely.

"Wow...I'm glad you want to help people, Chloe...But...isn't Mickey in prison in San Diego?" Jack said concerned.

"He was but he got moved into another one around here...I called the prison he's at and it's about fifteen minutes away from here." Chloe said sadly.

"Ok...Let's go...You can put the address in my GPS." Jack said nicely.

Meanwhile Kathy and Ethan were going to different houses for their car petition.

"Looks like I got thirty signatures so far." Ethan said happily.

"Wipe that smile off your face...You only win if you actually get a car dealership to lower their prices." Kathy said a little irritated.

"How many signatures do you think I need?" Ethan said sternly.

"Probably a thousand or more..." Kathy said firmly.

"All right...When does the bet end?" Ethan said concerned.

"Uh...How about on Friday?" Kathy said kindly.

"Sounds good to me...Just watch me win." Ethan said seriously as they got in Kathy's car.

"Heh...We'll see...And if you do win, it will be your loss..." Kathy said honestly.

"I beg to differ...Why wouldn't I want you to do my math homework and give me some cash? Heh..." Ethan said sarcastically.

"Ha ha...You're right...I'll be surprised if you win...What do you want to do now?" Kathy said intrigued as she started her car.

"I actually still have some homework to do. I'm glad this semester is almost over...It's been pretty crazy." Ethan said honestly.

"Me too...Not with just school but...with guys...I don't know what I was thinking when I was with Chase and...Brian..." Kathy said seriously.

"Don't worry about it, Kathy...You learned from your mistakes and...I wanted to thank you for helping me to change my mind about Layla. She wasn't good enough for me..." Ethan said nicely.

"Obviously...And you're welcome...I'll see ya at school tomorrow." Kathy said sweetly as she stopped in front of Ethan's house.

"Yeah...See ya later." Ethan said smiling and he got out of the car.

Meanwhile in New York...

"I just gave John his bath and he's in his room...He should be ready for bed in a couple hours..." Amy said kindly as she sat on the couch next to Ben.

"All right...I can't believe Ricky lost the trial..." Ben said seriously.

"Yeah but...it made sense...Bob didn't kill Omar so I think he got the best punishment." Amy said honestly.

"I agree but...Ricky was so determined for Bob to get the death penalty...I guess he can't get everything he wants...Including you..." Ben said concerned.

"Uh...What's that supposed to mean?" Amy said a little irritated.

"Adrian told me that you two hugged outside of her house." Ben said firmly.

"So what? I can hug Ricky if I want to...We were over in May, Ben...I love you." Amy said sternly.

"Who are you trying to convince? Me or you? You said there was a small chance that you two could get back together." Ben said with frustration in his voice.

"I didn't know what I was thinking when I said that...He's head over heels in love with Grace anyway...I can just tell by the way he looks at her...He never looked at me like that..." Amy said honestly.

"And...you're absolutely sure that you don't have feelings anymore for Ricky?" Ben said concerned.

"I'm one hundred percent sure. And to make it up to you...I got this..." Amy smirked as she took off her sweater and she had on red lingerie.

"Uh...Oh wow...Amy...You look so...hot..." Ben said surprised as his eyes widened.

"Thank you...We don't have to do anything...Until John falls asleep." Amy said seductively.

"Heh...Yeah...Are...you still grieving about Mimsy?" Ben said worried.

"No...I'm all good...Just consider this as an early Christmas present..." Amy said happily as she moved closer to Ben.

"Mmm...That works for me...I love you, Amy..." Ben said as he grinned and he leaned in close to Amy and gave her a long kiss.

"I love you too, Ben." Amy said sweetly and she gave Ben a long kiss.

"Mommy...There's a monster under my bed." John said kindly as he walked into the living room.

"Heh...Ben will help you." Amy said happily as she let go of Ben.

"Ok...I'll be right back." Ben said kindly and he walked into John's room with him.

"Look...Under the bed..." John said sweetly.

"Let's see...Oh...Man..." Ben said surprised as he looked under the bed and he saw a rat.

"What is it?" John said confused.

"A rat...Tell Mommy to get me some cheese." Ben said seriously and John went into the living room.

"There's a rat?" Amy said shocked as she walked into John's room with a piece of cheese.

"Yeah...I'm going to lure him out with the cheese and catch him in this box..." Ben said seriously as he took the cheese from Amy.

"Ugh...I hope we don't have a hole in the wall somewhere..." Amy said annoyed.

"I don't think so...All right...He's coming..." Ben said concerned after he put some cheese under the bed and some on the floor by the bed. The rat came out from under the bed by the cheese and Ben put the box over the rat.

"Nice job, Ben! Put this card board under the box and flip it over." Amy said seriously as she handed Ben some card board.

"Whew! I'll take him outside." Ben said relieved after he flipped the box over after putting the cardboard under it.

"All right John...You need to brush your teeth." Amy said sweetly.

"Ok...I will brush my teeth." John said happily and he went into the bathroom and Amy's phone rang.

"Hey Ashley...How are you?" Amy said kindly as she answered her phone.

"Hey Amy...I'm doing all right...Did Ricky already do the trial?" Ashley said intrigued.

"Yeah he did...Bob got life in prison...Ricky was kind of upset about it but I think he's ok now." Amy said seriously.

"Oh...At least he got some kind of punishment...Are you going home for winter break?" Ashley said nicely.

"Of course I am...With Ben and John...Crap...Ricky's going back tomorrow...We forgot to book a flight...I guess we could go back on Tuesday...We haven't packed anything either." Amy said a little irritated.

"And why do you have to go back when Ricky does?" Ashley said surprised.

"He wants to keep John during his winter break. I'm sure he won't mind if we fly to California on Tuesday...When are you going back?" Amy said kindly.

"On Thursday...I have a few finals...And Toby does too." Ashley said annoyed.

"Oh...I thought you were done with your finals...How is Toby?" Amy said intrigued.

"He's doing fine...I miss Italy though...That was fun." Ashley said honestly.

"I know...Are you two still together?" Amy said sweetly.

"Um...I don't really know...I think he wants to stay with me but we aren't exclusive right now..." Ashley said seriously.

"Are you having sex with him?" Amy said concerned.

"Heh...I'm not an idiot, Amy...We don't have time for sex right now...We've been studying a lot and working too...I got a part time job as a chef and Toby works at a car wash." Ashley said smiling.

"That's really great Ash! I need to tuck John in so I'll see you next week." Amy said happily.

"Yeah...Why do you sound so happy all of a sudden?" Ashley said surprised.

"Cause Ben caught a rat that was under John's bed and...he just walked in...Love you." Amy said sweetly.

"Wow...That's pretty exciting...Are you about to..." Ashley said awkwardly.

"I'll tell you later...Bye." Amy said smiling.

"Fine...Love you too...Bye Amy." Ashley said kindly and she hung up.

"I'll tuck John in and we can get back to what we started." Amy said happily and she walked into John's room and tucked him in bed.

"I love you Mom." John said sweetly.

"Love you too, buddy. Sweet dreams." Amy said kindly and she gave John a kiss on the head and she turned his lights off and closed his door.

"What do you think?" Ben said intrigued as Amy walked into their room.

"Wow...Nice underwear but...I prefer your boxers." Amy said as she smirked.

"It's not like it matters...Since you're going to remove them...Right?" Ben said seductively as Amy got on the bed next to Ben.

"Heh...Just shut up and kiss me." Amy said quietly and she started to kiss Ben.

Meanwhile at Adrian's and Omar's house...

"My Dad's going back to Cali tomorrow...When are we going?" Adrian said intrigued as she got in bed next to Omar.

"I have to work for another week so next weekend...I'm so happy it's almost Christmas." Omar said happily as he put one of his arms around Adrian.

"Me too...It's my favorite time of year...Do you want to get a tree?" Adrian said sweetly.

"Of course...I love the smell of Christmas trees...Heh...But you smell better." Omar said smiling and he gave Adrian a kiss on the forehead.

"I would hope so...Ha ha...I feel so bad for Ricky though...I really thought my Dad would convince the judge to give Bob the death penalty." Adrian said honestly.

"Well...The judge was doing his job...And Bob didn't kill anyone so I guess it's fair that he got life in prison..." Omar said seriously.

"You're right...I'm surprised that Grace defended him too...That took a lot of guts." Adrian said as she laid her head on Omar's chest.

"Me too...I wasn't expecting her to do that...Do you think that affected the verdict?" Omar said intrigued.

"No...The lawyers, jury, evidence, and what people say during a trial affect the judge's final decision..." Adrian said seriously.

"That's what I thought...I think you're going to be an amazing lawyer someday, babe." Omar said happily.

"Heh...I hope so...Law school is going to be a lot of work...But it will defiantly be worth it...And hopefully your business will keep growing." Adrian said sweetly.

"Defiantly...It might take ten years or more before it becomes national but at least I have you by my side..." Omar said kindly.

"Yeah...You're so sexy when you talk like that...I love you, Omar." Adrian said nicely.

"Mmm...I love you too...And you're just sexy all the time..." Omar said as he smirked.

"Ha ha...Oh stop...My stomach keeps getting bigger every day." Adrian said sarcastically.

"Yeah but you're still hot and beautiful as ever...Ha ha...We should get some sleep though." Omar said grinning.

"I know...I am kind of tired but we could do a quick one..." Adrian said seductively and she gave Omar a long kiss.

"Heh...As tempting as that sounds...I can't...I am exhausted...And I have work in the morning." Omar said honestly.

"Yeah, yeah...Let's go to sleep..." Adrian said a little irritated and Omar turned his lamp off.

Meanwhile at the hotel...

"What time is our flight tomorrow?" Grace said intrigued as she sat on the bed.

"I think at three...Amy just texted me...Her, Ben, and John are going back on Tuesday..." Ricky said surprised as he looked at his phone.

"Oh...That's good...So we can spend all day tomorrow together..." Grace said sweetly.

"Mmm...That sounds good to me..." Ricky smirked as he put his phone on a lamp stand next to the bed.

"Heh...I know..." Grace said smiling as she started to lean in towards Ricky and her phone rang.

"Answer it..." Ricky said a little irritated as he pulled away from Grace.

"Ugh...It's Jack..." Grace rolled her eyes as she picked up her phone.

"Hang up then." Ricky said seriously.

"That's rude...I'll be quick...Hey Jack..." Grace said kindly as she answered her phone.

"Hey Grace. How's New York?" Jack said nicely.

"It's been really nice...We're flying back tomorrow...There's some snow and Ricky and I took a walk in it...Did you need something?" Grace said intrigued.

"That's good...Did Bob already have his trial? And...I don't know what kind of perfume, jewelry, and nail polish to get Chloe." Jack said concerned.

"Yeah he did...He got life in prison...Well...Her favorite colors are green and purple...And she probably will like any kind of jewelry...But she did have a lot of earrings and necklaces when I lived with her...And...I think her favorite perfume is the lucky brand...It smells really good...I'm surprised you got back with her." Grace said sadly and then happily.

"At least Bob got some kind of punishment...Thanks for those suggestions, Grace...I thought about Chloe a lot lately and...I thought maybe we're meant to be...I did save her life and she is really kind and sweet...She really likes me and I really like her too." Jack said honestly.

"Yeah...You're welcome...Maybe you two are meant to be...As long as you don't cheat on her..." Grace said sincerely.

"I don't plan on cheating on her...I learned my lesson about cheating from you and Madison...It really hurts and...I don't want to go through that again...I know Chloe cheated on me but...I don't think she will again..." Jack said seriously.

"I know what you mean about cheating...As long as you trust her, that will help...Ricky and I need to get some sleep so...I'll talk to you later." Grace said honestly.

"Trust will help a lot...You're still in love with him?" Jack said intrigued.

"Of course I am...Why?" Grace said suspiciously.

"I'm just making sure...Heh...I hope you two sleep well and I'll see ya later...Good night Grace." Jack said nicely.

"Heh...You are something else...Good night Jack." Grace said kindly and she hung up.

"So Jack's getting Chloe gifts for Christmas?" Ricky said intrigued.

"I guess so...I'm surprised since they just got back together...He really likes her." Grace said sweetly.

"Are you...jealous?" Ricky said concerned.

"Heh...Of course not...I'm very happy for them...And...I'm all yours, Ricky." Grace said happily.

"Good...Heh...I'm all yours too..." Ricky said smiling as he got on top of Grace and he gave her a long kiss.

"Ahhh...You know...This hotel is kind of romantic..." Grace said as she grinned and put her hands on Ricky's neck.

"Yeah it is..." Ricky said quietly and Grace gave him a long kiss.

"Mmm...I don't know if I want to wait any longer..." Grace said seductively as she licked her lips.

"Uh...Are you being serious right now?" Ricky said surprised.

"Heh...You are on top of me...I'm sorry..." Grace said awkwardly.

"It's ok...I'm glad that you want me...It makes me want you more but...You know that God wants us to wait..." Ricky said honestly.

"You're right, Ricky...But we can still make out..." Grace said honestly.

"It would be my pleasure...I love you." Ricky smirked as he leaned in closer to Grace.

"I love you too." Grace smiled and Ricky slowly kissed her.

The next day in California...

"All right...Maybe this is where the guy who shot you lives." Cappie said seriously as he went behind a bush with Rusty.

"I don't know, Cap...We've been searching for this guy for three days...I'm getting tired of it...He just shot me...It's no big deal..." Rusty said a little irritated.

"It's no big deal? You could press charges for this and get lots of money if this guy is loaded. Think about it Spitter!" Cappie said excited.

"Yeah but...I already make good money as a polymer scientist. And my insurance paid for my hospital bills..." Rusty said seriously.

"Do you want me to marry your sister or not? I need the money so I can get her a good ring." Cappie said sternly.

"What? You just said I could get lots of money." Rusty said surprised.

"We could split it depending on how much he has...Go ring the door bell." Cappie said firmly.

"All right...Hopefully this is him." Rusty said as he walked out of the bushes and walked to the front door and he rang the door bell.

"Hello...Can I help you?" A man said concerned as he answered the door.

"Hello sir...I got shot in the leg at the golf course that's close to here and...I was wondering if the person who shot me lives here." Rusty said seriously.

"Well...It wasn't me...Arnold...Come in here..." The man said sternly.

"Hey Dad...Who's this?" Arnold said confused.

"Did you shoot him in the leg?" The man said honestly.

"Uh...Yes I did...I'm so sorry..." Arnold said sadly.

"Why did you shoot me?" Rusty said concerned.

"Because...I was upset since my parents put my dog to sleep...I thought shooting someone would help me feel better..." Arnold said honestly.

"Really Arnold? Didn't we teach you better than that?" The man said firmly.

"You shouldn't have put Charlie to sleep...I promise that I won't do this ever again..." Arnold said sadly.

"Ugh...All right...I'm guessing you want to press charges...I'm Doug, by the way...How much do you want?" Doug said seriously.

"Um...I thought we had go to the police station to press charges..." Rusty said concerned.

"We could but that would take forever...I can just write you a check right now..." Doug said nicely.

"All right...How about...a thousand dollars?" Rusty said kindly.

"A thousand? There's no need to be modest, Spitter...Make it two thousand." Cappie said smiling as he walked over by Rusty.

"Forget being modest...What about being greedy?" Rusty said a little irritated as he looked at Cappie.

"Excuse me...Who are you?" Doug said confused.

"Oh, right...I'm Rusty's lawyer...Donald Hemings...And...We went to court about this entire situation and the judge said that we could get two thousand dollars from whoever shot him...I would show you the paper work but I forgot my brief case at home." Cappie said happily.

"Ooookay...You don't look like a lawyer...You're wearing a t-shirt with a hoodie and jeans..." Doug said seriously.

"That's because I called him on his day off...He usually doesn't dress up nicely when he doesn't work, sir...I'm sorry..." Rusty said smiling.

"All right...Whether you're a lawyer or not...It doesn't matter...I'll write you a check for two thousand dollars..." Doug said kindly as he pulled out his check book from his pocket.

"Thank you so much...Make it out to Rusty Cartwright." Rusty said nicely.

"There you go, son...Enjoy...And I'm sorry about Arnold...I'll have to put him in some anger management classes...First he broke the butcher shop window and now this...I can't believe it...I hope you two have a nice day." Doug said sincerely and he gave Rusty the check.

"Thanks D...I hope you have a nice day too...Let's go Spitter..." Cappie said happily as he waved at Doug and then he turned around with Rusty.

"You too Donald!" Doug said smiling and he closed the door.

"Ha ha...Donald...Do you work for McDonald's too?" Rusty said sarcastically as they got in Cappie's car.

"Heh...I guess so...Let's go cash this check and then get Casey an engagement ring." Cappie said smiling as he started his car.

"Uh...Why do you want me to go with you to do that?" Rusty said intrigued.

"For moral support...I want you to help me pick out the perfect ring for her." Cappie said seriously.

"Oh...I don't know Cap...You're the one who's marrying her...Not me..." Rusty said awkwardly.

"I know but...It's always good to have a second opinion when it comes to these things...It's going to be her wedding ring...And engagement ring...It has to be perfect." Cappie said honestly as he started to drive out of the neighborhood.

That's a wrap! Will Cappie find the perfect ring for Casey? At least Rusty figured out that Arnold shot him. And Bob got life in prison. I thought it made sense for him to get that since he didn't kill anyone and the death penalty is illegal in New York. Will Bob change or will he have another trial in California? Will Jacob and Maria stay as just friends or will Maria hook Jacob up with someone else? Will Chloe find out why Mickey became a pimp and will she stay with Jack? Who's going to win the bet between Kathy and Ethan? Is Amy going a little too far with the lingerie? At least Ben caught the rat from under John's bed but could there be more rats? Will Ashley stay with Toby? Omar and Adrian keep getting closer too. Does Jack really like Chloe? Grace and Ricky keep growing also but does Grace need to slow down some? Stay tuned to find out! Let me know what you think! Thank you! :)
