Hey guys I'm putting a request for someone to trade some Pokémon with me. I would use the GTS but so many people lie about what the Pokémon has. I want a male Espurr that has a Calm nature, perfect IV's preferable all but I'd be happy with just Hp, SpA, SpDef and Def. He also has to have his Hidden Ability and preferably has the move Trick. I am willing to trade almost anything from shiny Pokémon to legendaries so if you're interested send me a PM.

Ash and Salem ran through the castle until they finally got to the throne room, they were both surprised and slightly worried to see that the doors had been blown off their hinges. Ash looked inside the room and saw a Gallade holding the Queen with one of his blades at her throat. There was also a man sat on the throne was smirking at the King who looked distraught and in the corner of the room there were two badly wounded shiny Togekiss in a heap.
"Now if you want your precious Queen to keep her head you will kneel before me." the man sat on the throne said.
The King looked at the Queen who shook her head not wanting to see him do it, he gave her a sad smile and then fell to his knees while he stared at the ground. This made the man start cackling maniacally at the kneeling King. Ash couldn't standby and watch this anymore so he walked into the room and was followed by Salem and their Pokémon, all of them were glaring at the man who turned his attention from the King to them.
"Ah look more pests." the man said mockingly.
"Who the hell are you and why are you doing this?" Ash asked.
The man responded with another cackle, he then got up and walked down the steps stopping just in front of the King who was still looking at the ground.
"I go by the name Kane now. As for why I am doing this, well years ago I was exiled from this Kingdom by my father. In one fell swoop my destiny of becoming King was ripped away from me and instead given to my pathetic brother who now kneels at my feet as he always should have."
"Don't make yourself the victim in all this. You are the one who betrayed The Mirage Kingdom. You tried to sell all of the Kingdom's Togepi for your own profit. You allowed strangers to enter the garden and you murdered the most loyal guard our family had ever had. You were extremely lucky father didn't have you executed."
"Shut up."
Kane backhanded the King who somehow managed to remain on his knees and now had blood trickling from his mouth. Ash moved towards the King but quickly stopped when he saw Gallade now press his bladed arm to the Queen's throat drawing a little blood.
"I would stay still if I were you. It would be a shame if Gallade's arm slipped."
Ash stayed put and looked at Salem who was worriedly looking at the Queen. Both of them were now wondering what they could do to save the Queen considering the position she was in when suddenly they heard a pair of voices in their heads.
"We have an idea."
Ash and Salem were now wondering if they had both lost their minds.
"No you have not lost your minds, we are your Togetic. How we can communicate with you shall be explained later, for now we have to worry about the King and the Queen."
"Ok so what's your plan?" Ash asked.
"Both of us can use Psychic to paralyse someone however we can only sustain it for a few seconds so if we can paralyse Gallade can you stop him?"
Ash crouched down to Rai's level making the mouse turn his attention from the Queen to his trainer.
"Hey how long would it take you to get from here to Gallade using Quick Attack?" Ash whispered.
Raichu looked from where he was to Gallade trying to guess how long it would take.
'Probably ten seconds or so. Why?'
"So Togetic you heard him he needs ten seconds can you handle that?"
"Yes we should be able to do that." they both replied.
"Right when I say now use your Psychic."
"Ok."
Ash turned his attention back to Raichu.
"Ok Raichu when I say now charge at Gallade with Quick Attack."
'But what about the Queen? If I move he'll kill her.'
"Trust me, if you do what I say she'll be fine."
Rai nodded, Ash was his best friend and he would never doubt him.
'Ok Ash I'm ready when you are.'
Ash waited for a few seconds until he saw Gallade slightly move his blade away from the Queen's throat.
"Now!" Ash yelled.
With that Rai shot off with streaks of white coming off him and both Togetic glowed blue making a similar glow surround Gallade. Kane saw Rai charging towards Gallade and glared at the mouse.
"Quick kill the bitch!" Kane yelled.
The Gallade tried to draw his blade across the Queens throat but found that he couldn't move. It was then that he noticed that his body was surrounded in a blue glow so all Gallade could do was watch as Rai slammed into his gut making him fall to his knees. The King then scrambled over to his wife pulling her away from Gallade. Gallade quickly got back up and was now stalking towards the King and Queen with his blade raised. The King stood protectively in front of his wife ready to do anything even sacrifice himself to keep her safe. As Gallade was about to swing his blade the Queen got up and stood alongside her husband determined to stay by his side.
"Stop him with Iron Tail." Ash called.
Rai's tail turned metallic and he leapt into the air slamming his tail down on Gallade's head before he could attack. The force of Rai's tail made Gallade's eyes roll back and the Blade Pokémon collapsed hitting the ground unconscious. Rai then stood in front of the King and Queen who had collapsed to the floor in a defensive position as his cheeks were crackling. Everyone turned their attention back to Kane who was now clapping.
"Very clever boy I am impressed. Now I'm going to give you a chance to leave. If you stay well let's just say it won't be good for you."
"I'm not going anywhere." Ash said defiantly.
"Neither am I." Salem quickly added.
"Well I gave you kids the chance. Guys come on out and let's teach these kids a lesson." Kane said as he looked behind him.
Four men who looked just as evil as Kane then walked out and stood next to Kane. All five men then threw several Pokéballs revealing their Pokémon. Ash and Salem responded by taking all their Pokéballs off of their belts and sending out their Pokémon.
"Kingler, Heracross, Sableye and Tyrogue to the battlefield."
"Jolteon, Galvantula, Luxray, Plusle and Minun charge into battle."
Rai, Chu, Meowth and the Togetic then stood alongside them and prepared for battle. The two sides glared at each other and with a multitude of attacks called out the battle began.
The battle was brutal but Ash and Salem eventually came out the victors with only Minun, Heracross, Meowth, Luxray and Rai still conscious but they were covered in cuts and bruises. Heracross, Meowth and Luxray were still standing while they glared at Kane and his followers. Rai and Minun would have been standing but were instead sat on the ground cradling Chu and Plusle both of them looking worriedly at their love. Kane and his men looked at their Pokémon which had been beaten and they quickly returned them and started running in an attempt to escape however Ash wasn't about to let them get away.
"Heracross knock them all out with Close Combat."
The beetle nodded and flew after the fleeing men quickly beating each of them until they were knocked out. He then dragged the men back into the throne room putting them in the corner of the room.
Ash and Salem looked around the room and were amazed at the sheer destruction the battle against Kane had caused. The windows were smashed, there were massive holes in the walls and all of the banners had been shredded. They heard the King and Queen groan and quickly went to their side, helping them get to a sitting position.
"We need to find Elizabeth she might have been hurt." the King frantically said.
"Don't worry your Majesty I found her and have left a couple of my Pokémon with her so she's safe."
"Thank you Ash that is a relief." the Queen replied.
"Hey Meowth can you go and bring Elizabeth here?" Ash asked.
Meowth nodded and then darted out of the throne room headed towards Elizabeth's bedroom.
The King and Queen looked at their saviours gratefully and were confused to see that they a guilty look on their faces. The King placed his hand on Ash's shoulder and the Queen did the same to Salem which made the young trainers look at them.
"What is bothering you two?" the King asked.
"Well we've trashed your throne room." Ash mumbled back.
That brought a chuckle from the King and Queen which turned into full blown laughter. The young trainers were now the ones who confused as they were wondering why they were now laughing.
"You save us from my murdering brother-in-law and you're worried about some damage to the building. You truly are a unique pair." the Queen added.
The young trainers felt slightly embarrassed causing them to blush, Elizabeth then ran in to the room followed by Butterfree, Meowth, Meowstic, Eevee and Ralts. Ash picked up Ralts and Eevee giving them a quick hug while Elizabeth ran to her parents and wrapped her arms around them as she cried into her fathers shirt. The King and Queen held their daughter tightly until she finally calmed down.
"Thank you both so much. Our daughter means everything to us." the King said.
"I don't think we'll ever be able to repay you for everything you've done." the Queen added.
Ash and Salem were about to respond to the King and Queen when suddenly the Royal Guards who had just regained consciousness ran into the throne room and pointed their weapons at Ash and Salem assuming that they were responsible for what has happened. Heracross, Minun, Rai, Meowth, Butterfree, Meowstic and Luxray immediately stood in front of their trainers ready to defend them. The King, Queen and Elizabeth then stood in front of Ash and Salem as well making the Royal Guards lower their weapons.
"These young trainers saved our lives so you will treat them with the same respect you would give any member of the Royal Family. The men that are unconscious in the corner of the room are the real attackers. You will take them, throw them in the dungeon and then return to your posts. Now all of you are dismissed except you Richard I wish for you to stay." the King said.
The Royal Guards walked over to the unconscious men and dragged them out the room. As soon as the last guard left the room Ash and Salem let out a sigh of relief feeling glad that the situation had been resolved. The King and Queen turned around and looked at the young trainers with an apologetic look on their faces. Richard then walked to Ash and extended his arm
"I apologise for our actions. We were just worried about the King, Queen and Princess and we jumped to conclusions."
Ash shook Richard's hand with a smile on his face.
"After what just happened your reaction is understandable."
Richard looked at Salem and saw her nod in agreement. He then turned to look at the King.
"Excuse me your majesty but was there something you needed me to do?"
"Yes I would like you to take my wife and my daughter to the healer."
"Of course your Majesty but what about you?"
"I will join you soon however I must talk with Ash and Salem first."
"Very well."
Richard offered his right arm to the Queen and his left to Elizabeth, they both took the offered arm and left the room. Ash and Salem had watched them all the way as they were worried about the Queen and the Princess.
"I believe after today's events it would be better if we had our conversation about your Togetic tomorrow." the King said drawing their attention back to him.
Ash and Salem were glad the King had said that as they both felt absolutely knackered and in all honesty just wanted to get their Pokémon healed and then find a bed so they could get some sleep.
"I believe that is a good idea your majesty." Ash said.
"As do I." Salem added.
"Okay get here for about midday."
Ash and Salem nodded in agreement and then returned their Pokémon and left the throne room. After getting lost in the palace thanks to both Ash and Salem having a horrible sense of direction they eventually found a couple of guards who escorted them out of the castle. Ash and Salem headed back to the Pokémon Centre to get some much-needed rest for themselves and their Pokémon.
The next morning Ash and Salem woke up in their rooms and saw that Brock and Misty were both missing. After checking the time they saw that they had massively overslept as the clock read ten thirty. They quickly got ready and went downstairs seeing Brock, Misty and Leaf waiting for them at one of the tables with several plates of food. Upon seeing the table of food both of their mouths started watering and they wasted no time taking a seat and piling food on to their plates.
"Well good morning heroes." Brock said.
Both trainers groaned at Brock's comment as neither of them really wanted the attention.
"We only did what was right, we don't think there is any need to make a big deal out of it."
Salem nodded in agreement.
"Ash it's amazing that you've found a girlfriend who is just as reluctant as you are to receive praise for doing something incredible." Misty said
Not really having a response to Misty both Ash and Salem started eating their breakfast hoping that they would stop talking about what happened yesterday. Luckily for them Brock, Misty and Leaf could see that talking about what happened was making them feel uncomfortable so they avoided the topic and instead talked about the past Ash and Leaf being more involved as they had over four years of stories to tell each other. Ash suddenly caught sight of the clock and saw that they had been talking for a few hours, he then remembered promising to get to the castle by twelve o'clock.
"Oh crap is that the time? We better get going, the King and Queen are expecting us and we should have been there an hour ago. We will talk later guys I promise." Ash said.
"Ok Ash we'll see you and Salem later." Leaf replied.
Ash and Salem gave a small wave to them and left the Pokémon Centre heading straight for the castle as fast as their feet could carry them. They arrived at the castle a few minutes later and spotted Richard stood outside the main gate. They walked up to him and the Guard Captain gave a small bow confusing both of the trainers who decided not to question the action.
"Hi Richard we are here to see the King and Queen." Ash said.
"Ah yes we have been expecting you. I shall escort you to them."
Although both Ash and Salem didn't really think that was necessary for Richard to escort them they weren't about to argue with him. Richard turned around and signalled them to follow him inside. As the trio walked through the halls every guard they passed gave Ash and Salem a quick bow. They were both confused that they like Richard were bowing but the young trainers shrugged it off assuming that it was just their way of showing their appreciation for what they did yesterday. Richard saw Ash and Salem's reactions to the guards and chuckled.
'If only they knew what the King and Queen had planned.' Richard thought.
Richard led the young trainers into the throne room and they were amazed to see the room that they had pretty much destroyed yesterday looked almost fully repaired. There were new banners with depictions of Togepi hanging from the walls, the worst of the holes in the walls had been repaired and even the Togepi artwork had been replaced or was being restored. The King and Queen chuckled as they watched the young trainers stare in awe at the room, hearing them laugh Ash and Salem looked at the King and Queen.
"How are you, the Queen and your daughter after yesterday your majesty?" Ash asked
"We are fine thanks to you two and your Pokémon." the King replied.
The King's response did slightly embarrass the young trainers as they were both terrible at taking praise.
"Where is the Princess?" Salem asked hoping to change the subject.
"She is in her room. I'm sure she'll be here soon to greet her heroes." The Queen said.
It was at that moment that Elizabeth entered the throne room and pulled Ash into a hug that he returned.
"Hi Ash and Salem." Elizabeth said happily.
"Hi Elizabeth." they responded.
Elizabeth broke the embrace and after giving Salem a quick hug she took a seat in the chair next to the King.
"So Elizabeth how are you?" Ash asked.
"I'm fine thanks to you and Salem."
Ash and Salem were now getting desperate to change the subject so Ash looked around the room again.
"So after what happened yesterday how is the throne room looking so impressive?" Ash asked.
"We've had everyone working through the night to prepare the throne room." the King replied.
"But why? I mean I know me and Ash did a lot of damage to the throne room but wouldn't it have made more sense to repair several rooms?"
"In usual circumstances yes however for what we have planned we need the throne room." the Queen stated.
Ash and Salem were confused which was becoming a common theme for the day. They were both now wondering what could be so important that they would specifically need the throne room repairs? They looked to their Pokémon and saw that they looked as confused as them. Meowth being the curious Pokémon he was decided to join the conversation.
"So what do you have planned?"
The King, Queen and Elizabeth were startled by the talking Meowth but after a quick explanation from Ash they smiled at the cat.
"You'll see. Richard let them in." the King said.
Ash and Salem watched the doors to the throne room swing open and all the royal guard entered with several people all wearing finery. As Ash scanned through the crowd he spotted Misty, Brock and Leaf and he leant close to Salem
"I wonder what Misty, Brock and Leaf are doing here." Ash whispered
The Queen having overheard Ash got up and stood close to them.
"Well they're your friends so they should be here for this." the Queen whispered to the young trainers
Ash and Salem were now even more confused than before which they didn't think was possible. They once again looked at their Pokémon who appeared to have just given up trying to guess what was going on and were just waiting for it to happen. When the last of the crowd gathered the King got up from the throne and stood in front of Ash and Salem looking straight at the young trainers.
"Thank you all for coming to witness this. Now Ash Ketchum and Salem Ashni please kneel." said
The trainers nodded and as asked Salem and Ash knelt in front of the King. They watched as Richard walked forward with a scabbard that he presented to the King who took the blade out. Seeing the weapon drawn Ash and Salem flinched, even though they knew the King wouldn't harm them the memories of his guards pointing similar weapons at them yesterday resurfaced. As they watched their trainers flinch Rai, Chu, Meowth and even Ralts and Eevee got ready to defend their trainers however a call from the Togetic made them stop.
Ash took a look at the blade the King was wielding and could see that it was certainly finely crafted. It had Ruby's and Sapphire's in the guard, the pommel was in the shape of a Togepi which was made of gold with more Ruby's and Sapphire's and the fuller appeared to have some markings as well which could be the mark of the blacksmith who forged the blade or it could be some ancient scripture. The blade gleamed in the light and the King lowered the flat of the blade tapping Ash's shoulders and then doing the same to Salem.
"In payment to your services to The Mirage Kingdom I dub thee Sir Ash Ketchum and Dame Salem Ashni."
Ash and Salem's eyes widened and their jaws dropped as they realised what the King had just done. They looked up to see if he was serious and saw a genuine look on his and the Queen's face. They then looked at each other stunned at what had just happened.
"Rise Sir Ash and Dame Salem." the King said.
The trainers pushed themselves back to their feet. They then turned around and watching as everyone dropped to a knee in front of them. Shortly after the people got back to their feet and filtered out of the room until only Ash, Salem, Richard, Brock, Misty, Leaf, Elizabeth, the King and the Queen remained. Ash and Salem were still in shock from what had just happened and it wasn't until they felt arms wrap around them that they finally snapped out of their shock. They looked to see who had hugged them and that Misty was hugging Salem and Leaf was hugging Ash. Both trainers quickly returned the hugs and then felt a clap on the back from Brock.
"Congratulations you two." Brock said.
"Thanks Brock." Ash and Salem replied.
"Now it's time for us to tell you about your bond with your Togetic. Misty this shall also apply to you once your Togepi evolves." the King said.
Misty nodded and like Ash and Salem gave the king her full attention.
"The first thing you need to know is that you can communicate with your Togetic as well as other people who have bonded with any of the Togepi line by telepathy. I believe Ash and Salem have already experienced this."
Ash and Salem looked to their Togetic and nodded.
"Yeah it was thanks to these two that we stopped Kane." Ash replied.
"The other thing is that should you get separated you can sense their location like the telepathy this also applies to other people who have any of the Togepi family." the Queen stated.
Ash, Salem and Misty stayed quiet as they tried to process everything they were being told as it was a lot to take in.
"We know that you are trainers and will want to rotate your teams so we have a way for you to carry six Pokémon and your Togetic." the King said.
The King then pulled some odd looking poke balls out of a chest behind the thrones. Ash looked at them and saw that like so many other things in the Mirage Kingdom they looked like a Togepi. The King placed one of the Pokéballs in Ash's hand, one in Salem's hand and then he turned to Misty.
"There is also one for you Misty. I am confident that your Togepi should evolve soon so you'll need this."
Misty took the offered poke ball and then she along with Ash and Salem tapped them on their Pokémon capturing them without a fight. The trainers let the Togepi and the Togetic back out and Togepi suddenly glowed white, when the light died down a third Togetic was now in the room. Everyone looked at the King and Queen who were chuckling.
"I know I said I expected Togepi to evolve soon but I didn't think it would be right now."
"So Ash, Salem what are your plans?" the Queen asked.
"Well I'm not really sure. I guess since there is nothing else to do we'll head to Lavaridge Town to get our next badge." Ash replied.
"If you come back tomorrow we can tell you about a few things that are going on that you may be interested in."
Ash and Salem's eyes lit up.
"Sure we'll be here." Salem said.
The King and Queen smiled.
"Ok we have other business to attend to so we shall see you tomorrow." the King said.
"Right we'll make sure we get here on time tomorrow." Ash said.
With that they left the throne room and headed back to the Pokémon Centre.
As they entered the Pokémon Centre Ash went to the phones intending to call Professor Oak. Brock, Leaf, Misty, Salem, Chu, Rai and the trio of Togetic chose to go upstairs and wait for Ash leaving him, Meowth, Eevee and Ralts alone. Ash picked up the phone and dialled Professor Oak's number, a couple of minutes passed and Professor Oak still hadn't picked up the phone. Ash was about to give up when the Professor face appeared on the screen.
"Hey Professor Oak."
"Hello Ash, I have good news."
"Really? What is it?"
The Professor responded by picking something up off his desk and dangling it in front of the screen. The item was a pendant that was pale blue. As soon as he saw the pendant a big smile broke out on Ash's face and Eevee started jumping for joy.
"Well judging by your reaction you know what this is. It was delivered this morning so I was hoping you'd call. I will send it to you with one of your Pokémon if you want to transfer one over."
"Thank you Professor could you please tell Professor Rowan and Juniper how grateful I am for them doing this for me."
"I will Ash. Now you must understand that evolving Eevee into Glaceon will not be as simple as putting the pendant on Eevee. I sent a set of instruction to Nurse Joy this morning so she can bond it to Eevee."
"What do you mean bond it to Eevee?"
"Well the simple version is that Nurse Joy will have to take some blood from Eevee and it will be inserted into the pendant. You then put the pendant on Eevee and it should bond with Eevee which will in time allow her to evolve."
This worried Ash, the idea of it bonding it to Eevee didn't seem safe to him. He knew how much Eevee wanted to become a Glaceon but he wouldn't dare do anything that would put Eevee in danger.
"This won't be dangerous to Eevee will it?"
"Of course not Ash. We have done several tests on the pendant and I can tell you with certainty that it will have no negative effect on Eevee."
Ash breathed a sigh of relief.
"Good I just don't want anything to happen to Eevee."
"Well if you don't have any other questions I'll ask you who you want to exchange."
"Ok I am sending you Sableye and I want Nincada in return."
"Ok Ash I'll go get Nincada and give him the pendant."
Ash watched as Professor Oak left, he took the Sableye's Pokéball off his belt and put it in the transfer machine. He thought that Sableye could benefit from sparing with Zangoose and he wanted Nincada to come over so he could give him some much tougher training which would hopefully get him closer to evolving. The Professor came back moments later with a Pokéball that he placed in his transfer machine and pressed the button sending Nincada to Ash and receiving Sableye in return.
"So Ash is that all."
"Actually there is one last thing. Would you be able to ask Professor Juniper to make you Salem Ashni's official Professor so her Pokémon go to you?"
"That should be fine. I am guessing that Salem is the girl I saw you with the other day."
"Yeah."
"Well I'll get right on that. So if that is all then I will bid you farewell."
"Ok thanks again Professor, see ya."
Ash hung up and he gave his mum and quick call to say hello and update her on what had happened, although he didn't tell her about his relationship with Salem yet as she was not here and he thought it would be best if she were here when he did. He just hoped his mother wouldn't say anything embarrassing to Salem.
Once Ash ended the call to his mother he sent out Nincada and took the pendant that he held in her claws. He had to admit that it really was beautiful as it glistened in the light, it was incredibly cold though and Ash could feel it numbing his fingers. He placed the pendant in his pocket and returned Nincada for now. He placed the Pokéball back on his belt, took the pendant out of his pocket and walked over to Nurse Joy.
"Hey Nurse Joy I just talked to Professor Oak and he said that he had given you instructions about how to bond this pendant to my Eevee."
"Yes he did. Don't worry it won't take long I just need a sample of Eevee's blood."
Ash followed her into one of the recovery rooms and placed Eevee on one of the beds. A Chansey then came into the room, she took a needle off of the worktop and handed it to Nurse Joy. The minute Eevee saw the sharp needle she was about to flee but stopped herself when she felt Ralts and her dad put their arms around her. Like always their presence was calming and she relaxed in their arms allowing Nurse Joy to take the sample easily.
Everyone watched as Nurse Joy took the pendant and inserted the needle into it transferring the blood to it. They all sat wondering how that helped it bond with Eevee. Nurse Joy then gave it back to Ash and he put it on Eevee. Suddenly the pendant glowed and when it stopped everyone was amazed to see that there was now a small blue glow coming from underneath Eevee's fur collar. Ash moved the fur collar aside and could see that the pendant had literally fused with her.
After getting over their shock at the day's events the group spent what was left of the day together. Ash wanted to make the most of this time as Misty and Brock had to return to their gyms and Leaf was going back to Kanto to gather the badges she didn't currently have tomorrow. Eventually night came and with everyone feeling exhausted they went to their rooms, got into bed and quickly fell to sleep.

Next chapter we'll leave the Mirage Kingdom and Ash will probably find at least two new Pokémon and Salem will get one as well.
