Chapter 308
Colonel Mcnamara looked over professor Walsh's progress with Adam. Spike's chip meant great pain when he hurt a human, but he could handle this pain if it meant freedom. The question was would Adam withstand the pain in his chip? Walsh seemed convinced the chip would prevent Adam from hurting civilians, Mcnamara wasn't as convinced. The chip had limited amount of energy, about three yers worth. When it reached low power it would use it's last energy to destroy Spike. This was a good plan, assuming the subject didn't find some way around this. Colonel Mcnamara had his reservations. But President Wilkins ordered the project to continue, and it was ultimately his decision.
