Since Jessie had the Master's ear not so long ago Dracula wanted any intel Jessie had. Over a few days Jessie told Dracula all he knew. Dracula would present this to the council, they wanted the Master dead as much as anyone. In return Dracula gave them money, and connections. Ever since Dracula first told his story to Bram Stoker more than a century ago there were certain people who knew him, were always looking to make a few bucks off his image. And Dracula was more vain than he liked to think. Jessie had the script that he'd wrotten with Cordelia when he was still human. Dracula's connections might like this story about the vampire slayer.
