Anastasia's POV:
I open my eyes with a huge smile on my face. Today is the day. The day I am going to marry Christian Grey. The ceremony starts at five and we were having it at Bellevue. It has been to hard to abstain from sex for a month, but it is going to make tonight so much more meaningful. I roll over at look at my husband to be fast asleep. I smile grows bigger as I watch him. He has no walls up when he's a asleep and it is beautiful to watch.
"Anastasia stop staring its creepy." His eyes fly open after he speaks and he climbs onto of me.
"Sorry." I mutter and bite down on my lip. In seconds his lips are on mine and I can feel his smile.
"In nine hours you are going to be Anastasia Rose Grey." He says after he pulls away.
"Are you sure you don't want to take my last name?"
"Yes." He says deadpan.
"We have an hour before we have to leave we should get ready."
"You're no fun." Christian says like a six year old.
"Well can can stay here and not get married."
"Yeah that's not going to happen." I smile and roll out of bed.
"I'm going to shower." I say and get walk into the bathroom locking the door. I spend a good thirty minutes in the shower going over everything for the wedding making sure I haven't missed anything. I don't bother drying my hair because Franco is coming to help me get ready. I step out into the bedroom and Christian is standing there.
"Took you long enough."
"Hey it's my wedding day I can do whatever I want."
"You've got me there." He steps into the bathroom and I into the closet. I just throw on sweat pants and a t-shirt. It is an absolutely beautiful day outside. Perfect for a wedding. Gail meets me with a huge smile and a ice stack to chocolate chip pancakes.
"Nervous?" She asks.
"Not at all. I have no doubts that Christian is the one."
"I know the feeling." I take a huge bite from the stack of pancakes on my plate. Once I finish I head into my study and make sure everything is in order at Raymond Steele Inc while I'm on my honeymoon. Christian wanted to take a month off of work, but I talked him down to three weeks with the promise of a week long trip to aspen together. We will be moving into our new house after the honeymoon and I am so excited. Christian and I had a long discussion about putting in a playroom, but we had concerns about out children. We ending up making a secret room off of our closet. The chances of someone finding that is very small. Christian and I have had an amazing time decorating the place. Christian knocks on my door at nine thirty to say it's time to go. I smile at him and put my electronics into my leather backpack.
"I hope your work won't get in the way of our honeymoon."
"I could say the same to you Mr Grey."
"Excellent point." I give him a kiss and we walk into the foyer. We wait for the elevator holding hands the door opens and we step through. Sawyer, Luke and Gail follow.
"This is the last time we will be here as an unmarried couple."
"It's sad in a way."
"But wonderful at the same time." I add. The ride to is quiet it seems both Christian and I are in our own little worlds. I think back over the past year as I look out on the water from the ferry. My peace is broken when Mia and Kate run towards the car screaming. I tune them out until we get inside. It's ten now, which means we have six hours. Carrick and Grace greet me warmly with a hug and a kiss on the cheek. Graces mother on the other hand is acting just like Mia and Kate. Once everyone has had their fill of us we sit down int he family room.
"You don't need to worry about a thing everything is ready."
"I am happy to hear that. Do you mind if I go take a look?"
"Of course not follow me. Christian has to stay."
"Why?" He says
"You have had no role in planning this so it's going to be a surprise."
"Mia you know I've never been fond of surprises."
"Well too bad." He pouts and my bridesmaids lead me outside. Charlie won't be here until later this afternoon when were getting ready. I smile as we step outside. The tents that are set up remind me of the Gala for 'Coping Together'. One of them has a makeshift dance floor with a wonderful pastel curtains with a rose trimming.
"Are these real?" I ask concerned.
"Of course not."
"They look so real." We continue onto the next text, which has all of the table for dinner. I gasp in astonishment. It is beautiful. The cups are an assortment of glasses rimmed with gold and teacups. There is an assortment of four plates for each person, which are pastel, rimmed with gold. There are gold candelabras on the table and vases filled with pearls that will hold the flower arrangements. I applaud Mia. Lastly we walk to where the the wedding ceremony is to be held. There is a mixture of comfortable seats and chairs. At the entrance of the aisle there is a basket with handkerchiefs that has a sign which reads 'For happy tears'.
"Mia you have outdone yourself."
"I know right?"
"They also haven't arrived, but I got a bunch of adorable fans."
"Thank you Mia."
"No problem were going to go inside and give you time to let it all sink in." I smile and nod.
I sit down on one of the couches for a while before walking back through the tents. Once I've taken everything in I step back inside.
"Good it's time for lunch." Grace says with a smile. By the looks of it she was about to come and find me.
"What time is it?"
"Twelve you've been outside for a long time."
"Well there's just so much to take in. You and Mia have done a fabulous job." For the first time I see Grace blush.
"I can't wait to call you my daughter."
"I can't wait to call you my mother." We both smile at each other and walk into the dining room. We spend the next couple of hours putting things where they belong and dealing with all of the wedding chaos. I am more then relieved when Franco arrives and the more relaxing part of my day begins.
"Bella how are you." He kisses both my cheeks and I bring him inside. I give Christian a kiss before going upstairs with the girls. Charlie meets us soon after. While Franco does my hair the girls take there time doing each others. By the time my hair and make up are done I look at myself in the mirror. I look like a princess. My make up is subtle. But my hair is in a messy french braid, which has beautiful fake flowers inside. I smile and thank Franco before turning to the girls who are dressed in there pale pink gowns. I smile and head into the washroom and carefully put on my white lingerie.
I awkwardly walk back into the room trying to cover myself, but I give up. I get a few whistles from them before they carefully help me into my off the shoulder floor length wedding gown. Just as they finish zipping me up Ivy runs through the door.
"Ana this is for you." She hands be a wrapped box and I know it's from Christian. I open it up and inside there is a note, which reads your something new. There is a beautiful pair of pink tear drop earrings. I smile and put them in. Ivy looks adorable in he pale pink dress and a flower crown. I up on the earrings and slip on my baby blue shoes, which are covered by my dress. Mia hands me a simple diamond bracket, which was Graces so it's something old and borrowed. I check the time and its five to find.
"You ready?"
"I check myself out and nod." Ray is standing at the bottom of the stairs with my bouquet of peonies.
"Annie you look beautiful."
"Thank you dad."
"I can't believe I'm giving you away."
"I know. Christian is the man of my dreams."
"He's a wonderful man." He extends his arm and I wrap mine around his. We follow the brides maids and grooms men. We step outside and I see Christian standing in his tux and smile. I am getting married.
Ray whispers "I love you." to my ear before giving me away. I grab Christian hand and we turn and face the John Flynn who will be doing the ceremony.
"Friends, we have joined here today to share with Christian and Anastasia an important moment in their lives. Their time together, they have seen their love and understanding of each other grow and blossom and now they have decided to live out the rest of their lives as one. If anyone has any objections to this speak now of forever hold you peace."
There is a moment of silence before he continues.
"The couples have written there own vows Christian will you start."
We turn and face each other. Christian looks me in the eyes and starts to speak.
"Anastasia in your eyes I have found my home. In your heart I have found my soul. With you I am whole and alive. When you laugh I laugh. When you cry I cry. You are the breath a that I breath and my heart beat. I am yours and you are mine. You have the key to my heart where you will stay forever."
A tear falls down my cheek.
"Now Anastasia"
"Christian you have been my best friend, mentor, playmate, confidant and my greatest challenge. But most importantly, you are the love of my life and you make me happier than I could ever imagine and more loved than I ever thought possible. You have made me a better person, as our love for one another is reflected in the way I live my life. So I am truly blessed to be a part of your life, which as of today becomes our life together."
"Do you Christian take Anastasia to be your wife?"
"I do." Christian takes the ring from Elliot and slides it on my finger.
"And do you Anastasia take Christian to be your husband."
"I do." I slide the ring on to Christian's finger.
"I now pronounce you man and wife. You may kiss the bride."
Christian and I share our first kiss as a married couple.
I have yet to decide if I am going to pick this up at a later time and do married life, but I have posted my new chapter, which is Not You Again.
