Thriller Fight.
Final chapter: The end… Or is it?
Almost three days after the whole attack and New Salem was still in shambles, the people the city were relocated until further notice or whenever the town would be repaired, the monsters were heavily effected on this attack since the Duck-Head attack had destroyed the entire monster part of New Salem, monsters everywhere were relocated while Monster High was the only building that stood alone due to Chiller and his brothers protecting the school from the duck-bots and the cy-bots. Thriller and his friends had volunteered to help clean up the mess while Duck-Head was serving his sentence in prison… Until he would escape again that is, but first a little thing had to be done, a proper funeral to be done that is…
Everyone from Monster High, Horror School, New Salem high, Single Town JR. High and New Salem had flooded the graveyard as Thriller stood on a podium and gave a few words of speech to the lost alien.
"And even though Julius and I didn't get along in the first place, I had to admit he was a true hero at heart" Thriller said, trying to hold back his sadness and tears "Julius sacrificed himself to keep humanity and monsters alive, it was his promise he made years ago to his best friend" there was the sound of sobbing from Howleen as she cried for her lost friend "would anyone like to say a few words?"
"I would" Howleen said as she raised her hand and walked up to the podium, Thriller nodded and let her take place, Howleen looked at everyone with tear filled eyes and her lips trembling "Julius… Was a brave alien, he didn't care for himself but he cared… He cared for others and risked everything he was to save them… He died to protect us all from death and did it for the one person who he loved… For the people he loved…. And… I…" Howleen burst into a wave of tears and cried as she walked back to her seat, Clawdeen wrapped her hand around her sister to comfort her.
"Thank you Howleen" Thriller said "if Julius was here right now, he would've loved what you said and we all miss dearly" Howleen looked up at Thriller and gave a small smile with tears running down her face, Thriller returned the smile and turned to Frankie to see smiling at him with a look of sadness on her face, Thriller nodded and turned back to everyone "Julius was a good hero and great friend to us all, if he were alive then I would just like to say… Sorry Julius, sorry for the fight we got into, if we met all over then we could've been friends, let us all have a moment of silence…" everyone in the graveyard bowed their heads and stayed quiet while Thriller looked up to the sky to see a cloud that slightly looked like Julius and smiled "you did good Jules, I'm proud of you" he said quietly.
Meanwhile…
Duck-Head sat alone in the prison cell as he crossed his arms and growled at his imprisonment, he looked at his prison bars and pondered on how to escape his cell but merely brushed it off… He would rather wait for Mecha-Wolf, Metal Wolf or even the Slasher Rangers X to come and rescue him.
"Blast that werewolf! Not only has he and his friend have foiled my latest scheme for world domination, but they have also placed me in this wretched cell!" he said as he got up from his bed and walked up to the bars, he gave a cold stare at the nonexistent person in the room and growled "when I get out of here, they're all going to be sorry!"
"Sorry for all the mindless destruction and the deaths you caused? I don't think so" the chief said as he walked into the room "you're sentence is 60 years, which by that time, you'll be long gone!"
"Oh I wouldn't say that" Duck-Head said "I have implanted myself with a Cybernetic heart that has given me immortal life! I should just wait to outlive everyone, but it just be more fun to kill them all!"
"Geez, you are one messed up person" the chief said as he walked over to his desk, Duck-Head returned to his bed and lied down on it… When suddenly, the wall of the prison was knocked down by a powerful force, the chief jumped out his chair with fright while the doctor smiled evilly.
"Right on time" he said, dust covered the knocked down wall and whoever had done it until a lone figure walked out of it, it was Mecha-Wolf and he was looking for the doctor, the robotic werewolf looked around the room to find the prison cell with the doctor in it and walked over to it, he grabbed onto the bars and bent them in half for a large enough size for the doctor to walk out of "it's about time!" he said as he walked out of the cell through the bars.
"Hey! Freeze!" the chief said as he grabbed his gun and pointed it at them, Mecha-Wolf looked at him and aimed his machine gun at him and fired, killing the officer and obliteration him to nothing.
"Excellent work! Now then, to remove these prison clothes and get into some more suitable for my latest evil plan to come!" Duck-Head said as he walked out of the prison with Mecha-Wolf following him and the doctor gave an evil laugh to follow.
Later the following week…
It had been three days and one week since the Duck-Head incident, the doctor had not been heard of since, everyone had heard he had escaped prison but disappeared, which was good news for the monsters and humans but bad news to Thriller, he was hoping he could face off against the doctor again so he wouldn't have to do the chores he was given… Which made Frankie and her friends laugh, much to his dismay. Thriller and Vampiress's time in the student exchange program was up and it was time for them to go back to Horror School, Heath and Abbey were more than happy to be brought back to Monster High and the two later told everyone about the experiences, to their wonder, it was almost like an alternate Monster High. During the time New Salem was getting repaired, Frankie and Jackson would visit Clair in the hospital to see her healing from her attacker, the teen girl was soon able to leave the hospital and able to go home. Much of New Salem was destroyed still and it would possibly take months or even years to repair what was once the normal town everyone lived in, there were a few of Duck-Head's robots every now and then but due to Frankie's and her friends new abilities to fight, they were easily taken care… In fact, Thriller was very impressed that he had something planned for everyone…
"Can we all look now?" Frankie asked as blindfolds were tied around hers, Clawdeen's, Cleo's, Draculaura's, Clawd's, Deuce's, Heath's and Abbey's eyes "it's been a while, you sure we can't look?"
"We're almost there" Thriller said as he led the group down the forest path "trust me, you guys will like this, everyone else is there already!"
"And how come you didn't let them wear blindfolds?" Heath asked.
"Dude, they helped make the surprise! Duh!" Thriller said, the group continued to walk down the forest path until Thriller stopped them all "okay, you can take them off now!"
"Finally!" Clawdeen said as everyone removed their blindfolds with excitement to see… An outhouse…
"Um…Thriller, this is an outhouse" Cleo said.
"And it stinks!" Draculaura said as she pinched her nose to avoid the smell.
"I told Jake not to use it!" Thriller said as he turned to the outhouse and opened the door and poked his head into the hole, making the others disgusted and nearly ready to vomit "Jake! I told you to not use it! You're not supposed to poop in it!"
"I cleaned it up!" Jake hollered from the hole, surprising everyone a bit, Thriller turned back to the group and nodded with a smug grin on his face.
"See you guys down there!" Thriller said as he jumped into the hole and disappeared, the group stood motionless for a few minutes with silence in the air, it wasn't until Heath broke the silence.
"So should we follow him?" Heath asked.
"I'm not jumping into that thing" Clawdeen said as she crossed her arms.
"Neither am I" Cleo said, Frankie became curious and walked towards the outhouse and looked inside it to see the hole.
"Frankie? What are you doing?" Clawd asked.
"Something's not right here" Frankie said as she poked her head inside the hole.
"Eww! Frankie!" Abbey said.
"Guys! Ghouls! You should see this!" Frankie said as she went headfirst into hole.
"Frankie!" the group shouted as they rushed to get her but she had already down the hole, Deuce quickly jumped into it with Clawd and Heath following him.
"Boys! Wait for us!" Abbey said as she grabbed Cleo's arm.
"Hey, wait!" Cleo said but the abominable snow monster had already dragged her into the hole, Clawdeen and Draculaura quickly ran into the outhouse but only looked at the hole with curiosity.
"You go first" Draculaura said.
"I'm not going in there, you go first" Clawdeen said, as the two began to argue who would go in first, two hands jumped out of the hole and grabbed the two by their arms and dragged them into the hole, the two screamed with terror as they slid down a series of tunnels with multiple twists and turns until finally they came flying out of a hole and crashed onto the solid floor of a room.
"Ooh, everything's broken" Clawdeen said.
"Clawdeen! Draculaura! You've got to see this!" The two looked up to see Frankie with a look of excitement on her face, standing next to her was Thriller with his signature smile on his face.
"Wha... What's going on?" Clawdeen asked as the two got up from the ground and brushed themselves off.
You're in the new base!" Thriller said.
"New base? What base?" Draculaura asked.
This one!" Thriller said, the two suddenly looked around to see a room with a large computer screen with a desk underneath it with a keyboard on it, sat around the room were four chairs and a large table in the middle, in the back of the room was a series of computer screens and multiple keyboards and devices hooked up to them, in the front of the room was an open doorway to reveal a hallway with ten or more doors with Vampiress and Jake showing everyone to them.
"What is this place?" Clawdeen asked.
"The new freedom fighters base!" Thriller said.
"Freedom fighters?" Draculaura asked "did you just seriously quote that from Sonic SatAM?"
"Hmm, you're right" Thriller said as he scratched his chin "how about the monster freedom fighters?"
"Still has the FF part, but with monster in it" Frankie said "so it's better, but why is everyone here?"
"With Duck-Head out of prison again, the world's going to need people who can put an end to his schemes" Thriller said "but when I met you guys, I knew me and my friends have a fighting chance to put an end to him once and for all".
"So you decided to make us a part of your team?" Clawdeen asked, Thriller nodded "you mean us and everyone we know?"
"Not just you guys, but freedom fighters across the planet!" Thriller said.
Wow! That's voltageous!" Frankie said.
"And with all of us working together, Duck-Head's going to have think twice about taking us on!" Thriller said "you guys in?" the three ghouls looked at each other with blank looks on their faces but suddenly smiled and nodded before turning back to Thriller.
"We're in!" Frankie said.
"Alright!" Thriller said as he gave a thumbs up, suddenly, the main computer started to go off and switched to a scene of a large mechanical robot attacking a downtown area, everyone in the base quickly ran over to it to see the robot was oddly shaped like Duck-Head "it's old Duck-Butt! Let's go get him!"
"Right behind you Thriller!" Frankie said as the two quickly ran out of the room while everyone cheered for them, Jake and Vampiress ran after Thriller with Fists trailing behind them while Clawdeen and Draculaura ran after Frankie. The group of eight ran through the tunnels and jumped out of the hole of the outhouse, doing their signature battle poses as they ran to save the downtown area from Duck-Head…
To many, adventure never ends. Even when you think it's done… It's just beginning…
