We stood there and all they did was watch us. I was scared, petrified; I wanted to run but I couldn't my legs wouldn't let me. All I could do was look around in a panic, my brows knitted together. My vision was red from fear, it had caught a few of the members eyes before they looked back at Gon and Killua as well as keeping an eye on me. Killua walked forward, looking around him, he seemed unafraid of everything that was happening. As a natural instinct, I stepped behind him holding the back of his black vest top tightly with my fingers. Gon looked over to where Hisoka was and looked at him surprised, opening his mouth in surprise before closing it and smiling awkwardly wide to himself.

The man with black long hair walked forward, standing next to Killua as he looked over to Gon. I stepped away from him, keeping my spot behind Killua.
"What is it? You know someone here?" The man questioned. Killua rubbed the back of his head; I shook my head quickly, closing my eyes tightly.
"Ah! No…" Killua said trailing off. He spotted the girl with glasses, who was involving herself with a book.
"It's that girl!" Killua said surprised. I peeked slightly from over his shoulder and looked at the girl myself; she never brought her head up from her book.
"Oh? You know them, Shizuku?" The man with black hair asked the girl with glasses. The girl looked up from her book and looked at us, dropping her book into her lap.
"Nope, never seen them before." She said to him. Killua looked at her surprised.

The man next to her also sitting on the rubble perked up. He wore a long black coat that covered his chin and mouth. He's hair was chin length and also black. It looked from he was always worried about something.
"Oh, I remember… it's the arm wrestling kid." The man said. Shizuku looked over to him through the corner of her eyes.
"Who was that?" She asked him confused. She had clearly forgotten us, which I couldn't decide if it was a good thing or a bad thing. The huge man with long earlobes pointed at us. He was wearing blue dungarees and a three quarter length sleeved top.
"Two days ago, you lost to that kid at arm wrestling." He said, keeping a finger pointed at Gon who continued to smile awkwardly wide to himself. She looked up surprised at Gon.
"Lost? I lost? That's a lie. I would never lose to a kid." Shizuku said defensively. I began to wonder if she had memory problems, or she was so uninterested she chose not to remember what happened. The huge man lifted up his arm as he looked over his shoulder to Shizuku.
"Well, you were using your right arm…" He explained. Shizuku leaned forward slightly, keeping her hold onto her book.
"Why? I'm left-handed." She said to him, still not remembering that she lost to Gon. The man in the black coat looked at the huge man.
"Don't bother. Once Shizuku's forgotten something, she'll never remember it." He said to the huge man. The huge man dropped his arm and leaned forward, closing he's eyes. He leaned his arm lazily across he's knees and sighed in defeat.
"Never mind… I was mistaken." He said to her. Shizuku lifted her book back up to her face and began reading it once more, happy with his answer.
"Thought so." She said to him simply and began indulging herself with her book.

The man with long black hair looked over to Gon as Killua sighed in relief. Gon's awkwardly wide smile had faded into a frown.
"Oh. You actually beat Shizuku?" He questioned Gon. Gon looked over to him, keeping the frown on his face.
"Yeah." He said simply to him. I kept myself close behind Killua, not daring to look at anyone. Instead, I had my gaze transfixed to the floor, my brows still knitted in fear. I didn't want to be here, anywhere but here.
"Never would've imagined she was a Troupe member." Killua said as the man with black hair pinned the thing he was carrying onto the ground. He began trying back his hair as he looked back at Gon once more.
"Okay, I'll challenge you." He said to Gon, never taking his eyes off of all of us.

They had led us to a stone block in the middle of the room. I remained behind Killua, keeping a tight grip on his vest top as the man with long black hair and Gon took a side either side of the stone block. A few of the Troupe members stood around us as Gon and the man he was arm wrestling with got onto their knees. The man quickly shoved Gon's arm down in every match they did. He was stronger than Gon; a lot stronger than Gon. I looked at Gon worried over Killua's shoulder, my brows knitted together.
"One more time." The man said, propping his elbow up onto the stone block. Gon hesitantly did the same, his arm shaking. The back of his hand was red and sore. The clasped hands as the man looked at him with a bored expression.
"Ready…Go." The man said to him. Gon did the same again, he tried putting all his strength into bringing down his arm; but his arm wouldn't budge, not even a little bit. After a few seconds the man slammed Gon's hand into the stone block once more, then propped his elbow back onto the stone block.
"One more time." He said as Gon did the same again. I couldn't tell if it was out of fear, or because he wanted to bring down that man's arm.
"Ready…" The man said as they clasped hands again.
"Go." He said as Gon tried again to put all his strength into bringing down the man's arm.

There was nothing me or Killua could do as we just watched him. Gon struggled and gritted his teeth as he tried hard to bring down his opponents arm. The man though looked bored and continued to stare at him bored.
"Hey…When it comes to arm wrestling, what's my rank among the spiders?" The man asked one of the other members. I wasn't sure if he was asking anyone in particular or not.
"Seventh or eighth?" He questioned as Gon looked up at him slightly.
"You're not weak, but you're not strong, either." The woman with pink hair answered.
"And the strongest was this guy called Uvogin. But apparently, he was killed by the chain user." The man said. Killua looked at him with a glare as he held his arms either side of him.
"We already said we don't know who that is!" Killua said to him as I nodded my head quickly agreeing with him.
"Kid!" The man with black hair shouted, slamming down Gon's hand onto the stone block.
"If you speak without permission again, I'll kill you." The man said straightforwardly. I felt my back stiffen as my hold onto Killua's vest top tightened. I stepped behind him a little more. I could feel Killua stiffen at the man's words.

The man propped his elbow onto the stone block once more and looked back at Gon.
"One more time." He repeated as Gon did exactly what he asked. The clasped hands, Gon with his teeth gritted, sweat dripping down his face.
"Ready… Go." He said to him in a deep and angry sounding voice. Blood dripped down Gon's hand as Gon struggled to bring down his hand once more.
"He was an Enhancer. Simple-minded and straightforward, he loved a good, all-out fight. But he was fussy about time. He'd get into fights with Franklin and me when we were late. He'd beat the crap out of me in an unarmed brawl… I've known him since before the Troupe was founded. I know him better than anyone." The man with black hair spoke, sounding angry as he continued his story. It sounded like him and this Uvogin person was close, really close. The man paused as he thought over his next words, whoever this chain user was must have been strong to kill this man.
"He would never… Uvo would never lose in a fight! He must've been caught in some dirty trap!" She shouted at Gon, tears falling down his cheeks. I frowned widely, he was upset because his best friend was killed; but what about everyone else's best friends that they killed? As much as I tried I didn't feel much sympathy for him, only fear.
"I will make his killer pay. I will find him, no matter how many I have to kill. The chain user bares a strong grudge against us. The Mafia's Nostrade family hired him recently." The man said to Gon, their hands struggling against one another as they tried to bring down each other's hand.

I thought over what he said, my eyes going wide at whom that was. I knitted my brows together, that was my brother. Killua gasped slightly to himself at the realization of who it was as well. My grip on Killua's vest top tightened. Chi looked over to me through the corner of her eyes, and then smirked to herself as if knowing something.
"You might not know him directly, but you may have heard stories of him! Think hard… If you have any guesses, spill them!" The man said, his hand tightening around Gon's. Gon glared hard at the man's hand.
"I don't know anything. But even if I did, I would never tell you! I thought you were a bunch of heartless monsters, but you'll mourn the death of one of your own?" Gon said to him angrily and bitterly. Blood started oozing out of the back of Gon's hand. His aura became visible; he managed to bring up the man's arm who looked at him slightly surprised.
"Why couldn't you spare… spare a fraction of that grief… for the people you've killed?!" Gon yelled at him, slamming the man's hand onto the table. I looked at Gon wide eyed, my mouth slightly agape. He struggled so much, and yet now that he was angry, he was able to win that arm wrestling match.

The guy with the black coat suddenly grabbed Gon's arm and shoulder, instantly appearing behind him.
"You're getting too cocky." He said, pinning Gon's arm behind him and slamming him onto the stone block.
"Gon!" Me and Killua shouted at the same time, worried for our friend. We began running forward however was stopped by Hisoka who held a card to both of our necks. We stopped in out tracks as blood trickled from the wound, our eyes wide as we stayed glued to the spot, frozen in fear.
"Another step, and I'll cut you up." Hisoka said calmly to us. My vision stayed red out of fear, I wanted to swallow the lump in my throat but couldn't in fear that Hisoka would slit my throat there and then.
"Answer the question. Do you know who the chain user is?" The man with the long black coat asked Gon, keeping him pinned to the stone block. Gon looked over his shoulder as best as he could, glaring up to the man who held him against the block.
"I already said I have nothing to tell you!" Gon yelled at him. The man with the long black coat laughed slightly, bringing up his head. It seemed like he was about to do something.
"Feitan…Stop." The man with the long black hair said as he stood up from the ground. He looked at his hand and flexed his fingers slightly.
"Stop what?" Feitan asked him, oblivious to what he was doing.
"Stop what you're about to do." The man said, looking at Feitan.
"You know what I'm about to do?" Feitan asked him, never realising his grip from Gon's arm.
"You're going to break his arm, right?" The man questioned him. Gon shook on the spot as Feitan kept his grip on him.
"I'll start with a finger… Peel off a nail." Feitan said, explaining what he was going to do to Gon. I just continued to look at him in fear, cringing at Feitans words and staying glued to where Hisoka had me and Killua pinned.
"Doesn't matter where you'd start. Just stop!" The man said, never taking his bored look off of Feitan. Feitan looked at the man angrily, but he's brows stayed furrowed as if he was still worried over something.
"Why are you giving me orders? I have no reason to listen to you." Feitan said to him.

The man slammed his foot onto the stone block as the two glared at each other. For a group that seemed close, they didn't seem very stable. I looked between them all with just my eyes, not daring to move my head in fear that Hisoka would kill me.
"Hey, quit it, Nobunaga." The huge man in the dungarees said to Nobunaga. The girl with pink hair placed her hands onto her hips as she looked at him bored.
"Have you forgotten the rules?" She questioned him.
"Troupe members aren't allowed to start serious fights." Shizuku spoke up, taking her eyes off her book that she was grossly involved with. Nobunaga rolled his eyes as he removed his foot from the stone block.
"I know! If there's a dispute, we flip a coin." He said, rummaging through his pockets for a coin to flip. What an odd way to settle things, coin flipping. Then again, I was in no position to judge how they did things around here. He flipped the coin into the air and caught it, then brought it down onto his arm, keeping a hand over it.
"Tails." Feitan said simply.
"Heads!" Nobunaga said back to Feitan. He removed his hand from the coin, and looked at Feitan, his eyes holding his bored expression.
"It's heads. Let him go." Nobunaga said to Feitan, keeping the coin on his arm. Feitan released Gon who immediately jumped back towards me and Killua, holding his shoulder tightly. It must have felt sore after Feitan holding onto him like that.

Hisoka dropped the card from mine and Killua's neck. I didn't dare to rub it, in fear that any movement I made would be used against me.
"So, what do you do with them? They haven't told us anything about the chain user yet." The pink haired woman said.
"If they don't know anything, we can let them go. Well, Pakunoda?" The man wearing the dungarees said, looking over to one of the people standing off to the side. The woman wearing the purple suit walked forward as she began speaking.
"I checked on the trip here. They really don't know anything." She said, standing in front of us.
"Chi?" The man in the dungarees asked. Chi looked over to us before looking back over to the man in dungarees.
"I tried bluffing but that didn't work. So I agree with Pakunoda, they don't know anything." Chi said, shrugging her shoulders slightly as she dug her hands into her cargo pockets. I looked over at Chi before looking at Pakunoda.
"You sure?" The woman with pink hair said. Pakunoda nodded her head as she kept a hand on her hip.
"Yeah. They have no memories of the chain user." She said, making me look at her wide eyed. Did that mean she saw into our memories?
"Seems your instinct was off this time." Nobunaga said to the pink haired girl.
"That's odd… Well, if Pakunoda says so, it must be true." The pink haired girl said.

Hisoka began walking away from me and Killua. Killua ran forward towards Gon, I followed him closely behind once my legs allowed me to move. We stopped next to Gon.
"Hey, Gon! Did they do anything to you on the way over here?" Killua questioned him in hushed whispers.
"No, they just asked me a few questions." Gon explained. Killua placed a hand onto his chin in thought as he stood up straight.
"Thought so…" Killua said trailing off in his whisper. Killua looked at me sternly making me furrow my brows slightly as I looked back at him.
"You need to calm down." He said to me in a harsh whisper. I frowned widely at him and looked at him apologetically.
"I'm trying, but I'm too scared." I said to him frowning apologetically. Killua sighed, clearly annoyed at me as he looked back at Pakunoda.

The three of us fell silent as Pakunoda spoke with the other Troupe members. I kept my eyes on the ground, trying to avoid looking up at anyone, dodging the looks that people were giving me.
"If you have nothing to do with the chain user, can we let them go?" The big guy in the dungaree's asked.
"Yeah, there's no point in keeping them here." Pakunoda said, keeping a hand on her hip. The guy in the tracksuit began walking forwards as he spoke. He had short blonde hair that was slicked back and looked very tall. He's tracksuit was green with white shoulders and red lines going down from the shoulders.
"No, we can't be sure they're completely unrelated. It's possible they're being used." The man said, snapping his head towards us. I kept my gaze on the floor, not daring to look up at him as he continued speaking.
"If the chain user typically conceals his chains, they wouldn't realize he was the chain user. We shouldn't realise them until they tell us who they're working for." The man explained. Another man with blonde hair stepped next to Pakunoda, a stern look on his face. He had green eyes and wore a lilac top with no sleeves and lilac three quarter length trousers.
"Assuming they're working for someone else, it wouldn't be the chain user. Because he operates alone." The man said, although his voice sounded rather childlike.
"Then you agree with Nobunaga." The lady with pink hair said, placing her hands on her hips.
"Rather than use some kids, we can find the information we need through the Nostrade family. Since we know the chain user's a member." The blonde haired man said to her, explaining what they should do.
"That's true." The man with the dungarees said standing next to us. It made me jump slightly, as I hadn't realised he was there.
"Our target is the chain user. We should ignore everyone else." The man in purple said, looking over to us. Feitan looked over to us himself, his hands in his pockets.
"There you go. You kids are lucky." Feitan said. Killua glared at him as Gon stuck out his tongue at him.

I saw Killua look in a direction and looked at him, dragging my eyes from the floor.
"No, not yet." Nobunaga said, catching Gon's attention. I looked over myself slightly, keeping my head lowered. He was sitting by more stone rubble, his arm lazily on the stone behind him.
"I won't let him leave." Nobunaga said. I continued to stare at him through the corner of my eyes, my brows furrowed, still completely full of fear.
"Kid…Join the spiders. Team up with me." I looked at him in shock, bringing my head up, completely forgetting about my red vision.
"No way. I'd rather die than join you guys!" Gon shouted at him, glaring at him. Nobunaga closed his eyes and laughed to himself, a wide smile clawing its way onto his face.
"He really hates us… You're an Enhancer, right?" Nobunaga asked, opening his eyes and looking up. I jumped slightly and brought my head back down once more, keeping my eyes out of sight from everyone here.
"What if I am?!" Gon questioned him, making Nobunaga close his eyes once more and smile widely to himself.
"I knew it!" Nobunaga said, laughing to himself some more. I was beginning to think he had lost it as he continued laughing for what seemed like no reason.
"Hey… We're keeping them here until the boss gets back. I'm going to recommend we recruit them." Nobunaga said, keeping the wide smile on his face.
"Are you serious?" The guy in the tracksuit asked him.
"The boss will never agree to that." Feitan said to him. Nobunaga began standing up, keeping the smile on his face.
"Well, it's your call. But you have to watch them. You can't blame us if they escape." The girl with pink hair said as Nobunaga looked over to us.

Chi walked over to us and stood behind me, putting her hands on my shoulders. I jumped slightly from the touch, my eyes going wide in fear as to what she would do.
"I think this will interest you, she has Scarlet eyes." Chi said, grabbing a hold of the bottom of my chin and forcing my head up. I closed my eyes tightly, not daring to open them. I heard Chi sigh to herself and felt her thumb under my bottom lid with her first finger over my top one. She forced my eye open.
"Then we'll keep the boys to recommend recruiting and the girl to ask what we should do with her. I believe Scarlet eyes are still very highly priced on the auction." Nobunaga explained, keeping the smile on his face. My eyes went wide in fear as Chi placed her hand back onto my shoulders, my breath caught up in my chest and throat, my brows furrowed. I couldn't move, nor could I speak, I couldn't do anything; even breathing felt like a task and not something I should be doing naturally.

Nobunaga had lead the three of us to a dark room. Me, Gon and Killua had gone into the room first, which was only lit by candles scattered across the rooms. Nobunaga closed the door and sat on the ground, a knee propped up with his elbow leaning lazily on it. The three of us sat at the other end of the door, as far away from him as possible. Gon sat on a piece of stone rubble as I did the same. I sat behind Gon, my shoulder leaning into his back lightly, trying to keep myself out of view from him. I frowned widely at the ground with my brows furrowed; I was going to die here, no doubt about that. I held onto the back of Gon's jacket tightly, not daring to let go. Killua sat on another piece of rubble block, both their eyes never leaving Nobunaga's face.

Gon held onto his injured hand, glaring down at the red and bloodied mess.
"Ow…" Gon muttered to himself. Killua suddenly stood up, blue aura flowing off of him as he glared over to where Nobunaga was.
"You're wrong!" Killua shouted out of the blue. I looked up at him, my brows furrowed as Gon looked at him sternly. Killua's eyes were large, but the iris and pupils were very small. His face was dripping with sweat, he looked terrifying. I couldn't help but hold onto Gon's jacket a little bit tighter, pushing myself into his back a little more. I didn't understand, I wasn't normally this scared of Killua, but being in a room with a spider and the way Killua was acting, as if he's intend was murderous, I was petrified.
"Scary… You look like you want to kill me. Let me warn you first. Step into range, and I'll cut you down." Nobunaga said, a hand held onto the hilt of the item next to him. It clicked to me that that was a sword, a samurai sword to be accurate. Aura streamed off of Nobunaga as he spoke. Killua's head lowered slightly as he began walking forward. Me and Gon looked at him wide eyed.
"Killua!" We both shouted at him, wondering what he was thinking. Killua ignored us and continued walking forward, sweat dripping from his face as he took pausing steps towards Nobunaga. Killua stopped walking towards him and then started walking back towards me and Gon, his blue aura disappearing. Once he reached us, he launched his fist into the wall, creating a small crater in the concrete. I curled my legs closer to my chest as I looked at him with furrowed brows.

Killua's fist left the wall, growling angrily to himself as he walked back over to the rubble he was sitting at and sat down on it, his head bowed towards the ground, his arms lazily over his elbows. Nobunaga sat back down after Killua stared at him for a bit, his own aura disappearing. Killua rubbed the side of his cheek, wiping away the sweat as Gon began looking around. I looked around myself, worried and scared, fearful for our lives. Was I ever going to see my brother again? I didn't want to think about it; but it looked like I wasn't going to and all because those years ago I said I wanted to become a Hunter too, to help him track down the infamous Troupe and now that I had found them, I was too scared to do anything.

I'm not too sure how long we had been sitting in the dark room filled with nothing but candle light, but I think some time had passed. Killua had moved positions and Gon had both his hands next to him on the stone rubble. I continued to press myself against his back, holding onto his jacket tightly.
"Is Leorio okay? I hope he was able to find Zepile." Gon questioned out loud. I looked at the back of Gon's head through knitted brows. It was nice in a way that Gon still thought of everyone else while we were stuck here. Gon looked over to Killua as I did the same.
"Killua, are you okay?" Gon questioned him. Killua shook slightly and tightened his grip on his fists.
"Yeah." Killua answered simply. We stared at Killua for a little while until Gon looked at me slightly over his shoulder.
"Mishka, are you okay?" He asked me. I looked at him worried and frowning widely, before nodding my head a little, although hesitantly.
"I guess." I whispered to him, scared that if I spoke up any more I would be killed there and then. Gon looked over to Nobunaga after I gave him my answer.
"Hey, Zepile taught us wielding, exposing… what else was there?" Gon asked, looking back at Killua. I looked at Killua as well, wondering if this was Gon's way to keep the whole situation calm and collected, the best way he could really.
"I forgot." Killua said simply and coldly to him. Gon looked at me next over his shoulder. I shook my head slightly, my brows staying furrowed.
"Sorry, I forgot too." I said to him in whispered words once more.
"Side-stomping, maybe? I don't think that was it…" Gon said, looking forward with a confused look once more.
"Gon, Mishka…" Killua said grabbing both of our attentions. He spoke quietly. Me and Gon looked at him confused as Killua looked up to Nobunaga.
"I'll act as a decoy. Use that chance to escape." Killua said making me look at him with wide eyes.

Gon glared at Killua as I stared at him wide eyed at his suggestion. Why would he suggest that?! It was outrages and ridiculous.
"What are you talking about?" Gon questioned him.
"Why would we do that without you?" I asked him, looking at him with a wide frown and furrowed brows. What Chi showed me was scary, really scary; I didn't want it to become a reality so having Killua suggest we did that only made my fear worse. What if that did become reality?
"Seriously. Forget it. You're smart enough to know how much stronger I am. There won't be any chances." Nobunaga said, drawing all of our attention to him. I looked at him with furrowed brows, only peaking slightly over Gon's shoulder as I continued to hold onto his jacket tightly. Killua looked at him with a harsh glare and gritted teeth. He stood up, clenching his fists tightly.
"Shut up! I won't know until I try!" Killua shouted at him, his eyes returning to the same state as they were before. Nobunaga shook his head at Killua's statement, seeming a little bit disappointed by how he was acting. Gon stood up, pulling me up with him and walked over to Killua. I kept a tight grip on Gon's jacket as we stopped next to Killua. Gon laid a hand onto Killua's shoulder, looking at him sternly.
"Killua, what are you thinking?" Gon shouted at him, trying to work out what Killua was thinking.
"That's suicide, Killua! You can't do that!" I shouted at him, looking at him with wide and furrowed brows.
"I'll stop his Shodachi, even if it kills me. Use that chance to run away!" Killua shouted at the two of us.

Gon glared at Killua and then suddenly punched him in the back of his head. Killua shook with anger at what Gon had done. I looked at Gon surprised myself at his actions. Nobunaga looked confused as well, and raised an eyebrow at the action by Gon. Killua grabbed the front of Gon's jacket, ripping it from my grasp and started yelling in his face.
"What was that for?!" Killua yelled at him angrily.
"Don't be so selfish!" Gon yelled at him back.
"Huh?!" Killua yelled at him. I swallowed the lump in my throat and closed my eyes tightly. Bringing one hand to my chest and holding onto my dress tabard tightly I swung the other one to Killua's cheek slapping him hard. Killua looked at me with a glare.
"Why did you do that?!" He yelled at me. I tried my best to glare at him through my fear, although I could feel tears building up in the corner of my eyes as I frowned widely at him.
"You can't throw your life away like that, Killua!" I yelled at him angrily myself, trying to be as angry as I could through my fear of dying.
"Don't talk about dying like it's nothing!" Gon yelled at him back, angry himself.
"What?! You did the same thing earlier!" Killua yelled at Gon angrily himself.
"I'm allowed to do it! But you aren't!" Gon yelled at him taking Killua back by surprise.
"Huh?!" Killua said looking at him wide eyed and shocked. I did the same to Gon as I did to Killua, slapped him hard across the cheek. Gon looked at me angrily next with a glare on his face as I did my best to do the same.
"Neither of you are allowed to do it!" I yelled at him, closing my eyes tightly through frustration and what little anger I could muster.

Nobunaga began laughing at our dispute.
"You can't use logic against an Enhancer…" Nobunaga said through laughs as the three of us continued to glare at each other, although my glare wasn't as powerful as theirs as I was still absolutely terrified of what was to come.
"We can't escape unless we're prepared to die, stupid! You have no idea what I was thinking… Who's the selfish one?!" Killua yelled at him as Gon pulled himself away. Gon glared angrily back at Killua as he tightened his own fists together in anger.
"Yes, I have no idea…because I'm stupid!" Gon yelled at him angrily.
"You're both being as stupid as each other!" I yelled at the two, keeping my eyes closed tightly, my hands close to my chest. Nobunaga continued to laugh at our argument.
"You kids are hilarious! Hey, I'm not going to hurt you or anything. Just behave yourselves. I know you're serious. Don't throw your lives away." Nobunaga said to us, grabbing our attentions. We looked over to him, Gon and Killua with a glare on their faces as I looked at him with furrowed brows.
"Wait until the boss gets back. If he won't give his approval, you can leave, and if he doesn't think it's worth taking your eyes you can leave. But if you try to escape, I'll kill you. Don't make me draw my sword. If I pull it out, you'll die…" Nobunaga said, bringing up his seethed blade and pushed against the hilt with his thumb, drawing the blade out slightly.

Gon looked at the blade confused before looking at us with a wide smile, his arms either side of him.
"I remember now! It was side-stepping! Wielding, exposing… and the last one was side-stepping!" Gon said to us happily. He then looked at us seriously, holding one finger in the air. Killua looked at him as if knowing what Gon was talking about as I continued to look at him confused through furrowed brows. Gon closed his eyes with an annoyed smile on his face.
"Do you remember now?" He asked Killua and me. Killua looked at him with a smirk and held his fist close to his chest.
"Yeah, I sure do!" Killua said as I continued to look between the two confused. It was then that I caught on and smiled widely slightly to myself. Killua doubled over in excitement as Gon continued to smile widely. I did what was I told and played along with whatever it was Gon and Killua was doing, smiling widely to myself.
"How could we forget something so simple?" Gon said excitedly. Him and Killua turned to look at Nobunaga as I did the same, my fear only rising more; it was forcing my muscles to seize working, but I had to move in order for this to work.
"Now that we're figured that out…" Gon said trailing off as the three of us let our aura's become visible. We all crouched down slightly as we looked at Nobunaga.
"Let's go!" Killua shouted as I nodded my head, forcing myself through my fear to do what they were doing.

Nobunaga stood up, holding onto the weapons case.
"Are you serious? You're going to die." Nobunaga said crouching down himself. He grabbed the hilt of his sword as he looked at us with a bored expression on his face.
"I'm not skilled or merciful enough to control my strength." He said to us. Gon and Killua both ran at him quickly. I followed behind them running behind them in the middle.
"Fools!" Nobunaga shouted until we suddenly jolted to either side. I followed Gon and jumped into the air with him, both of us slamming our feet into the wall breaking it into pieces to create a new exit for ourselves. That was the only way we were going to be able to get out.

Me and Gon had separated in an attempt to confuse Nobunaga and to keep him off our trail.
"Killua, are you there?!" I heard Gon shout through the corridors making me stop in one of the corridors. I looked around trying to see if I could spot Nobunaga anywhere indicating that I would need to leave. My fear was still high as was my red vision, this was the longest I could remember ever seeing so much red.
"Yeah, I'm here! Mishka, are you there!?" Killua yelled in reply.
"I'm here too!" I yelled back to the two boys, continuing to look around on the spot.
"We can beat him together!" Gon yelled.

I saw Killua outside through the corner of my eye. I looked at him wide eyed and quickly ran over to the window, climbing out myself. It was dark, so we must have been here for a while as when we got here it was sunset. I lowered myself down, holding onto the ledge with my hands. I let go and dropped to the ground, landing on my feet with my knees bent. I stood up quickly and ran over to Killua with Gon joining us shortly. The three of us began running away from the hideout of the spiders, getting away as far as possible. We had to get away, we couldn't stay; I didn't want to stay, I didn't want to die.
"Stupid!" Killua said looking behind him slightly before looking forward again as the three of us ran towards the fence that surrounded the building.
"Man, I really wanted to beat him up." Gon complained as I shook my head quickly, keeping my eye sight forward as I ran in the middle of the two boys.
"That was impossible. He'd fought you off and killed you." Killua commented looking at Gon through the corner of his eyes, making me nod my head agreeing with him.
"One hundred percent guaranteed?" Gon asked him. We reached the fence. Killua was the first to jump up it with Gon being second.
"We don't have a chance only knowing the basics of Nen." Killua said as I jumped up last. I wasn't as great as jumper as Gon or Killua and only got halfway. I grabbed a hold of the fence and clawed my way up. Once I reached the top I quickly threw myself over, careful not to touch the barbed wire and fell to the ground, landing on my bottom.

I stood up rubbing my bottom with my hands and closing my eyes tightly wincing slightly, that hurt a lot. Gon smiled widely at us, making the two of us look at him confused.
"What is it?" Killua asked him confused.
"You finally sound like yourself again. It's my job to say crazy stuff. Your job is to stay cool and stop me." Gon said pointing to Killua before looking at me.
"It's your job to tell us when to stop being stupid." Gon said to me making me look at him with wide eyes, before smiling widely at him and nodding my head quickly. Killua turned his head away from Gon. Gon smacked both mine and Killua's shoulders with his hand as he smiled widely.
"So I'm counting on both of you!" Gon said running off.
"You're so selfish." Killua said as he ran off next with me following behind.

We ran through the dark trail, surrounded by nothing but trees. It was nice to be outside again in the refreshing air, away from all those spiders and the possibility of death being around the corner.
"Well? What should we do now?" Gon questioned as we continued to run.
"That depends on what you two want to do. But we should probably let Mishka's eyes go back to blue again first, whatever we do." Killua said as Gon nodded his head agreeing with Killua. I looked between the two with furrowed brows and frowning widely.
"I'm sorry. I was so scared; I've never felt fear like that in a while. But I want to defeat them to help big brother!" I said to the two, trying my best to look determined. Gon nodded his head as he looked back to me and Killua slightly over his shoulder.
"I want to defeat those guys too." Gon said determined. Killua closed his eyes in slight annoyance.
"Well, that matches our original objective. But we'll have to improve our Nen to do that. Nen has the potential to give us the power we'd need to stand a chance. And the fastest way to learn more would be to ask Kurapika." Killua said, making me brighten up and smile widely at him.
"Huh? Why?" Gon asked as the city began coming into view.

I looked at Gon smiling widely at him.
"Big brother is the chain user!" I said to him happily, smiling widely at him. Gon looked at me surprised as Killua nodded his head.
"Kurapika is the chain user who defeated one of them." Killua expanded making Gon look at him confused.
"You didn't realise it?" Killua asked him as we continued running.
"Is that really true?" Gon asked us as I nodded my head quickly, keeping the wide smile on my face. I was more excited about actually speaking to my brother instead of learning about Nen. I wanted to see him again badly after that incident with the spiders.
"I'm pretty confident." Killua said as I nodded my head quickly once more.
"Remember what Nobunaga said? He had a really big grudge and was hired recently as a body guard. Big brother holds a really big grudge against them and was hired recently as a body guard, so it can only be him!" I said to him, excitedly and happy thinking more and more about the chance of seeing him once more.
"If it's true, we have a chance. Because we learned Nen around the same time Kurapika did." Killua explained to him as me and Gon watched him carefully, our running speed never decreasing as we drew closer and closer to Yorknew city.
"We need to learn the techniques appropriate to our abilities. Mishka has a head start because she can conjure barbed wire. And most importantly, we need the strength to fight the Troupe." Killua said with confidence as he explained why we needed big brother. Gon continued to look at him confused.
"And Kurapika is the key to finding those answers?" Gon questioned him looking at him questioningly.
"Yeah." Killua answered to him simply as I nodded my head quickly. Me and Gon looked forward again after Killua's answer, seeing the city becoming that much closer to us.

While my vision was still red, I was happy. Happy to be out and alive from the clutches of the Phantom Troupe. That was my second encounter up close to them and I could only imagine I would have many more. Even though I was happy to be alive and away, and excited to see big brother; I was scared. I was scared that my days were drawing closer, they knew I had Scarlet eyes now; there was only a matter of time before my life was ended just for them and that was what terrified me the most. That was what kept my vision red.
