Chapter 366
When Lawson explained the Scourge to Angel they called some old friends. Spike, Darla, Conner, all had one thing in common. They were all part human, part demon. This made them enemies with the Scourge. The Scourge were descended from the original pure demons. While humanoid in appearance they claimed to hae no human blood. The Scourge were fanatically devoted to killing anyone of mixed blood, would likely turn on humans after completing this. Lawson had a copy of a propoganda film the courge made for new recruits. They all watched this together to emphasie how danderous these fanatics were. The film had images of demons fighting humans, animals fighting animals. There was an unseen narrator during this.

"In nature the strong inevitably destroy the weak. This is the natural course of events. But weak and pathetic demons transgressed these natural laws. By allowing our pure blood to be mixed with inferior human blood we have created abominations. Weaker beings such as vampires, spread their hybrid blood for centuries, forever dilluting pure blood until our specie exists no more. We cannot allow that to happen. We must fight against our own extinction. No half-breeds can be allowed to live. Complete annihilation is the only answer, lest we face extinction.
