Poseidon brought Kate, Eve, and Lindsay to where his piec of the Chalice was. this was the only dry area of the caves. And the plants here interacted with sinlight, creating photosynthesis. Thus this area allowed these three to remove their scuba gear. This would soon help, they would need less weight. Poseidon led them to the ledge. Below was a clear pool where billions of tiny piranna-like creatures that would devour them if they fell in. In the middle of the pool was a small stone circle, with a piece of the Chalice. Poseidon told them they could take the Chalice, if they could get it. One of them would have to jump across, get the piece of the Chalice, and jump back. It was becoming less likely that all three of them would return to the surface.
