The march was exhausting. The demons were very stoic and not very talkative. This added to the tension. They said they were with the rebellion, but were they lying? Buffy was ready to fight if she had to, although she and Barshon were largely outnumbered. Finally they reached the camp Buffy saw some faces that she never thought she'd be glad to see. Angel and Spike were oddly happy to see her as well. Buffy had survived the Covenant's torture. and now the five from Earth were reunite in the rebel's camp. Barshon was brought to see the Groosalag to hopefully negotiate an agreement.
