Charles Gunn had thought about the struggles of his people. He wondered what he would've done if he'd been born a slave. Would he have tried to escape? And if so, what then? Would he have simply hidden from the slave catchers, or risked his life to fight for freedom for all. Well here he was, fighting for freedom for oppressed and enslaved races in Pylea. He was proud of himself, but it might now cost him his life. After Silas was killed the rebels who survived then surrendered. Buffy, Gunn, Angel, Spike, and Lorne were placed in this cell. Apparently foreign humans were placed seperately. Because Lorne was an immigrant he was classified as human. As they awaited trial a guard came to tell them the news. Barshon had decided to negotiate a peace with the Groosalag. The Pylea rebels had their sentances commuted, pending negotiations. But these foreign rebels were classified as simply criminals. The court found these five guilty. This was news to them, they'd barely been in this cell for an hour. Having been convicted they were all sentanced to be executed in the morning.
