When Buffy returned to Earth she looked for a newspaper. It was April 14th 2013. She'd been gone barely a week. Gunn agreed to take the Chalice to Giles. Angel went to see Darla and Conner. Even Spike wanted to see some familiar faces. Buffy knew she'd have to tell Xander, Willow, Faith all that had happenned. But first she had to see her mother and sister. It was still light out. Buffy had time to watch "On her own" tonight and return to school tomorrow. Things seemed almost normal again. And this was becoming the new version of normal. Buffy returned home. Joyce and Dawn were relieved. All their anger at Buffy for leaving seemed to go away, at least for now. The three Summers women just broke down and hugged each other and cried.
