Chapter 425
On Saturday April 20th Adam went to see Willow again for a briefing. Willow told Adam about Lilith. Adam told Willow about energy readings he'd done. They seemed to suggest that there was a powerfulcreature, dormant in Sunnydale. Something that Tom Warner's cult used to create Moloch. Adam feared that the Master could also use this thing for his own evil purposes. Adam vowed to keep searching for this. When Adam came Willow was watching DVD's of her favorite show "Lost." Adam had little use for television, except the news, but Willow encouraged him to give this a try. It was a smart how that helped Willow sharpen her mind. As they talked Willow's grandfather walked upstairs. Willow wasn't suppossed to have boys, or girls,in her room. Much less this human/demon/robotic hybrid. Willow began panicking, but quickly came up with a story and told Adam to just follow her lead. When David walked into the room Willow introduced Adam, as her science project. David was amazed, his granddaughter created an actual robot that could walk and talk. Adam played along, rather than risk hurting this old man's heart, and thus his alliance. Willow felt a little bad, taking credit for work she had not done. But maybe, someday, she could build an actual robot.
