1) Changes
"Can't you keep it down? I'm trying to sleep!" Daffy yelled, tightening his grip on the pillowcase wrapped around his head.
"Well I'm trying to read, and it's not easy with you tossin' and turnin'!" Bugs threw back.
"At least in prison we weren't chained together! We had a whole cell to enjoy." Bugs hugged the book in his lap just thinking about it. "Cell block number 5..."
"Well your no picnic either! You think I like hearing you rant about your great time in prison?Dyn-a-mite?!" Daffy countered. Bugs took a quick breath in a the sound of his nickname.
"You better watch it duck, because the fuse just got lit." Bugs lifted his arm in response, revealing a TNT tattoo, even hissing to make it more realistic. But none of this seemed to intimidate the duck as he reached over, and simply wiped off the picture with his thumb. Bugs gasped.
"H- how dare you! No one, and I mean no one would do something that rude in prison. Goodnight Leopold."
"Goodnight randy." Daffy hushed back as bugs flicked off the lights.
Many seconds passed in the darkness until daffy let out a sigh, knowing that the cameras have tuned off for commercials. Nothing could be heard except the faint laughter of producers off set.
"I can't believe they've got us as fugitives now." Bugs mused, opening his eyes.
"No kidding. Wouldn't be surprised if they play us as detectives next." Daffy yawned, getting comfortable.
"Ehh, you know the next scene starts in about a minute right?"
"Then the longer I can stay here the better. I'm pooped"
"Well then, it's true what they say..."
"What's true?"
"Your a stinker."
"Huh? What are you talk- oh, hahaha very funny rabbit."
"I still got it," bugs said to himself. Another few seconds passed until daffy spoke up.
"It's too bad they changed things, or else I would of still had Elmer blast your ears off during rabbit season."
"Duck season."
"No, rabbit sea-"
"Duck season"
"Rabbit season!"
"Rabbit season."
"Didn't you already hear me? I said duck season and that's final!" Daffy fumed.
"Don't you mean rabbit season, duck?" Before daffy could smack his forehead, the door suddenly opened, revealing the directors dark silhouette.
"Times up you two! Up and at it!" He yelled
Just as daffy was pulling off the covers, bugs leaped over him, yelling duck season at the top of his lungs before sprinting out the door. Even if the sets have to change, the characters didn't. And bugs always made sure it never will.
