Faith spoke to her daughter about the situation with Dawn. Faith's desire to slay Dawn was evident, but president Wilkins seemed more understanding.
Faith: Are you actually on Buffy's side?
Wilkins: We're all on the same side here Faith. Besides, I like Buffy's commitment to family. That's rare these days.
Faith: Dawn id dead. That monster dishonors Dawn by wearing it's face, but it's not her. And Buffy is protecting the monster.
Wilkins: We need to work with Buffy and her group against the Master. Buffy will eventually realize that her sister is gone. She'll do what her slayer ethics demand. Until then our alliance requires certain concessions, give and take.
Faith: Okay. I won't slay Dawn until after the Master is defeated.
Wilkins: That's my girl. Be careful. And Faith, I love you.
