Nick and Sophie didn't want their father to become demon dust.
They both marched up to the entrance of the sacrificial area, where they were blocked by a harpy minion. "No humans allowed!" she shouted.
Sophie didn't want harpies to get in the way of their rescue. So, she stepped on its food with her high heel. Delilah recognized that they were too late to save their old man.
"He may be scary and reckless," Nick said, "but he's our father."
As Delilah was about to hit them with a red ball, fire came out of Sophie's hand, meaning that she had powers.
"Kissterian blood," Gary whispered.
"If Sophie has powers, then that means-" Nick said as he grew wings.
"Fire wings!" Starchild shouted.
"You 2 are just like your father," Delilah growled. "A couple of irresponsible brats." She released them into the pit to distract Sophie and Nick so she could make her escape.
"Thank you," Starchild said.
"For a second I thought I was harpy food," Catman replied.
"And I would give that Deception Delilah a piece of my mind," the Demon replied.
"What's with her?" Rainbow asked.
"After Delilah was banished from Kissworld millenniums ago, she came to the human world where she wouldn't terrorize anyone again," Starchild explained.
"Oh, my," Fluttershy replied in tears. "Now she's going to control both worlds."
"Not if the Celestian Alliance has anything to say about it," Lilo said. "Sofia, we must keep Delilah from causing more harm."
"Could we play some music while you guys fight?" Starchild asked.
"What the hey?" Sofia replied as Kiss started to play.

They returned to see that Sophie and Nick took down all of the monsters. Shannon and The Demon were both proud of their kids for stopping Delilah's cohorts.
"Um, dudes?" Shaggy asked. "Like, what about us?"
"Sorry, Shagster," Starchild replied as he and the Spaceman freed them from their clutches.
Suddenly, Carlos started to turn into a mutinous creature. "Giant monster!" Stitch shouted.
Both Gene and Nick did a giant fire breath and destroyed Carlos. "Like father, like son," Stitch said.
"I suggest we get back to the show before anything else gets weird," Sophie suggested.
