Chapter 14: Laurens Rescue.

Lauren quickly got everything back in her Hockey bag like her father asked her to do. She knows they're on their way to come and save her. Her mind went to Joey was he ok will he be able to protect her again? Was her father pissed off at him for letting Peter take her? Will he remember anything from two days ago? She kept on asking herself questions what ifs. Then the song Wrapped in your Arms by Fireflight popped in her head.

Is this the whole picture

Lauren played that song over and over in her head. It has a double meaning one for her father and Joss; and one for Joey. For Joss and her father they're her savior the ones who came to her, when she needed someone after her mum was killed. Joey, she liked him from the moment she laid eyes on him. Although she'll never admit it to her father or Joss. They could probably figure it out on their own. Joey and I have had conversations about pursuing a relationship after I turn 18 of-course. Bloody age limit what ever thingy. Lauren could wait for him and he will wait for her. Just when she was putting her hockey gloves back in to the back she heard a lot of shooting and screaming, coming from the outside. Her father came with the calvery to rescue her.

"Joss, Shaw and Fusco; find her get her out of here. Make sure she doesn't look back." John said he knew he was going to kill everyone in this warehouse. Lauren is a tough teen. But watching him kill anyone, he wont know what that will do to her.

"John be careful." Joss said kissing him one more time before going into battle mode.

Joss and Fucso went to the far back entrance. John and Shaw went to the front entrance. They went bursting through like a hurricane. Shaw caught up with Joss and Fusco. John wasn't to far behind after killing five of the Russians mobsters. Joss and John went looking for rooms and for Peter while Shaw and Fusco went on killing everyone else.

"Lauren if you can hear me hit something, scream do something." Joss said out loud, hoping Lauren was still alive. They found Peter and John was about to snap.

"Where is she?" John said grabbing Peter by his collar. Peter face went from a normal color to a 'holy shit I'm not going to get out of this alive' pale color.

"John stop let him go you're not going to get him to answer you, when he's choking to death." Joss said placing a hand on Johns upper arms. John dropped Peter.

"Joss go look for Lauren. Get her out and to safety." John said kissing her quickly on the lips. Joss looked at John who was going to torcher the hell out of Peter. Hell he might even kill him she thought.

"Lauren sweetheart bang on something to let me know your here." Joss asked out loud. She was wondering if the teen heard her.

"Joss, Joss, JOSS." Lauren screamed and hitting on a loose pipe on the wall. She kept on hitting it so Joss can hear her.

"I hear you. Step away from the door Lauren." Joss said Lauren was already away from the locked door. Shaw and Fusco came running to Joss location.

"Hey Joss, Need help with the door." Shaw asked she got a nod from Joss. Shaw pulled out a lock picking kit and unlocked the door. Lauren grabbed her hockey gear and ran to the trio.

"Where's dad?" Lauren asked no one in particular.

"Probably killing Peter as we speak." Fusco said Lauren eyed him he figure there was some truth in his statement.

"Lauren we gotta go. Give Shaw your gear and your riding with me." Joss said.

"No way, dads still here." Lauren replied she was stubborn just like her dad not leaving anyone behind.

"We need to move." Shaw said Joss grabbed Lauren and rushed her outside to where her bike was. Shaw and Fusco killed a few more Russians before joining Joss and Lauren as back up for when someone decided to follow.

Meanwhile John was still beating the crap out of Peter. He was one pissed off ex CIA operative. No one fucks with HIS family especially HIS Daughter.

"Please John what would your daughter think if you kill me." John knew what HIS Lauren will think, He killed the man who had the nerve to kidnap her and allow his goons to hit her. She would be happy that the nightmare Peter put her through is over.

"Lauren wouldn't mind me killing you but Joss will. So I'm going to gift wrap you all nice and tight until Fusco comes back and puts you behind bars. So help me God if you send anyone else after MY Lauren. I will kill you." John said as he shot out Peters Knee caps more than once.

Joss, Lauren, Shaw and Fusco made it back to Johns loft. Right when they walked in the door.

"Lionel?" Fusco answer his cell.

"Got a present for you all nice and wrapped." John said getting on his Ducati.

"Is that daddy?" Lauren asked while trying to grab the phone from Lionel.

"Your daughter wants to talk to you." Fusco said to John, he handed her the phone.

"Are okay sweetie?" John asked.

"Yes, daddy I am please come home." Lauren replied. She wanted her daddy home

"I'm about twenty mins away. Give the phone to Joss." John said to his daughter, he heard her sigh at relief he's okay.

"Please tell me you didn't kill him." Joss asked the question everyone was wondering. Fusco didn't say anything about what John told him.

"No he's a live but he lost both of his knees. He'll be disabled for a long ver long time" John said with a smirk Joss can see him wearing on his face.

"Get home so Lauren and I can stop worrying about you." Joss said giving the phone back to Fusco.

Lauren was about to fall down from dehydration. Joey came in right at that moment and caught her before she hit her head on the floor. Shaw called Dr. Tillman the woman John saved a few years back. Dr. Megan Tillman said she'll be there with in 30 min.

John rushed back after hearing Lionel said "gotta go Lauren just collapsed." John broke almost every speed limit to get back to his Loft. Lauren was still passed out by time John got there. Joey refused to leave her. Everyone was walking eggshells when John asked Dr. Tillman a million questions.

"Will she be okay?" John asked.

"Yes, giving her an IV so she can get hydrated. She needs rest i'm also taking her blood to see what they knocked her out with. Shaw and Joss I know you have Medical experience so I will need you to Take this bag and replace it with a new one. After the second bag has emptied the needle can come out. She'll still need plenty of water." Dr. Tillman replied. The moment she laid eyes on Lauren she knew that this teen was Johns daughter. The next couple of days will test the team. Lauren's life is still endangered. With Joey still off from duty who will replace him for the next week.

Mschessplayer: GO WILD!... LOL anyways Rut ROH is right but the only person survived was Peter himself. John couldn't kill him because he knows Lauren will hate him more then Joss.

ReadtoRelax: yeah I normally do but right now the chapters are getting more intense so with that said no in of the chapter paragraph don't want anything leaking out. Besides it leaves mystery to what happens next.

RavenHusker: Lauren is smart :D which is why she has two of everything.

Iheartshules: yeah Zoe isn't gone yet key word yet... I have plans for Zoe in later chapters. That will put more women in Lauren's life regardless if she wants it or not.

Chubbard: Lauren does speak her mind. And Yes shes learning to keep her mouth shut. But when it comes to Zoe who clearly doesn't get that John is off-limits. Laurens gonna speak her mind to her when ever she can.

Stlouiegal: Lauren knows the danger she's in but that wont stop her for marking her territory. Zoe needs to know that. Who else is better to tell her John's off-limits. He's said it once and Zoe didn't take the hint.

As for the one Guest who keeps on leaving reviews saying I need a betta. I have one she's currently sick. So with that said all mistakes are mines. And I'm proud that I can make them.

Minnie me and Pint size are Lauren's nick name. As for Zoe knowing that she can pick it up. I have major plans for Team Machine.

John was a bit harsh toward Zoe. But there's a reason for it...

PS: April 7, 2014 I lost my birth mother I'm dealing with the lost my way. I haven't started writing chapters fifteen yet but I will soon.
