Wolfram and Hart never got along with the police. Many cops viewed these lawyers as getting rich, violent criminals free from justice. But on Sunday morning, May 12th, the police were at Wolfram and Hart's main building,identifying bodies. Hundreds of dead, no survivors. Blood wall to wall. Kate Lockley was called in, because of her suppossed expertise. These police officers knew the importance of keeping this crime scene clean, but not all could resist the urge to vomit. Kate Lockley understood. Despite what these lawyers might've done, even they didn't deserve to die like this. Lindsay was also brought in to identify bodies. Lindsay had left this den of vipers, just in time it seemed, but these people had been his friends once. Lindsay knew that whatever did this would likely go after the rest of Wolfram and Hart next. The field-ops, those who'd called in sick this day. Perhaps it would go after the desserters like Lindsay and Eve. And anything that could do all this alone, was something to be feared.
