Chapter 28: Central 46

It was weird returning to the eighth division after being away from it for such a long time. When Shunsui had walked past the guards at the main gates with Rose in his arms, (because he had insisted on carrying her), they had greeted her like a returning hero. More peculiar still was the way the other members of the eighth had treated her. In the past they would whisper about how inadequate she was for their Taicho, an opinion that they never kept to themselves. Now they treated her like an old friend who had just recovered from a bad bout of flu. Even Maya was acting kinder towards Rose, a feat that had everybody staring dumbstruck for a minute. Shunsui stood back and watched as his Rose became the centre of attention as everybody kept coming up to her and asking how she was, or if there was anything they could do to help. People only started to leave her alone after Nanao had turned up and ordered everybody to return to their duties. Rose had never been so grateful to see Nanao in her life. When the crowd had finally dispersed Shunsui led Rose back to his quarters.

Before leaving the Fourth division Unohana had taken Shunsui aside and had given him some strict 'advice' on how to tend to Rose.

Earlier that morning

"Shunsui can I have a word with you before you leave?" Asked Unohana after she had appeared inside the eighth division's Taicho hospital room.

"Sure." Shunsui quickly bent down and kissed Rose on the forehead as her mouth was currently occupied with a toothbrush before following Unohana out of the room.

"Now Shunsui there are few things that you need to do whilst looking after Rose." Said Unohana after the two of them had entered her office. "Firstly, you need to make sure she eats a balanced and regular diet. Her body mass was low to begin with and with the recent events it has dropped even lower."

"Is there anything specific that I have to feed her?"

"Nothing too heavy, miso soup or rice will do nicely. Try to avoid spicy food as that might aggravate her stomach."

"Aright, anything else?"

"Yes, she needs to strengthen the muscles in her leg so make sure she does her physio exercises daily. She also requires daily exercise, but nothing too strenuous. Also and this is the most important part, do not force her into anything that she is not ready to do. And please make sure she gets plenty of rest."

Shunsui guessed that the last part of Unohana's instructions were directed towards his favourite night time activity. "Feed, exercise, rest and comfort. Right got it thanks Unohana Sempai." He summarized just to show that he understood everything.

"Oh and Shunsui before you go, you also have to clean and redress Rose's injuries regularly. About twice a day should be fine. You really just have to make sure that they are not infected and have healed nicely."

Shunsui nodded and then left the room

Shunsui opened the door to his quarters and then made his way towards the kitchen. "It's almost lunchtime. Are you hungry Rose?" He asked while depositing her down on top of one of the counters.

Rose nodded her head making Shunsui grin before turning around and opening his fridge. "I have some left over Onigiri. Does that sound appealing to you?"

"That sounds lovely." Replied Rose.

Shunsui pulled out a plate with what looked like a dozen onigiri on them and then turned around to face Rose. "Chicken onigiri with no seaweed." He gently lifted one of the onigiri and brought it up towards Rose's mouth. She took a bite out of it and sighed contently. Shunsui's cooking was really fabulous. And so the process continued with Shunsui feeding Rose bits of onigiri while taking a few bites of his own.

When the two of them had eaten enough, Shunsui bent down and kissed Rose delicately, tasting the onigiri on her lips and loving it. Rose opened her legs to allow Shunsui to step into between her knees. She gasped and moaned when she felt her lover press into her most intimate place. Rose could feel her arousal begin to increase as Shunsui kissed her harder, deeper and more passionately. Gently she bared her teeth and nibbled along her lovers lower lip making him growl in appreciation. What had started off as a gently kiss had suddenly turned into something more desperate and passionate. Rose cried out when Shunsui thrusted his hips against her, pushing his hardening member between her legs. The action sent sharp tingles up her spine and made her shiver.

And then suddenly Shunsui pushed away from Rose, panting for breath. Rose growled. "Why did you stop?" She panted but the frustration in her voice was still heard.

Shunsui chuckled. "Getting impatient are me?"

"That never seemed to bother you before."

"Yes but right now I really want to take a nice warm bath, care to join me? I remember the last time we bathed together was most satisfying." Shunsui gave Rose a roguish wink.

"A bath? Repeated Rose with a hint of shock in her voice.

"Yes a bath. You seemed shocked but don't worry I will do to you what I did to you the last time we bathed together." Shunsui leaned forwards and kissed Rose's check before turning around and leaving the kitchen.

A bath? With hot water. Images of Kurosawa dunking her in a bathtub full of boiling water swam across her mind making her feel sick. The pain, it hurt. Goosebumps started to appear on her skin as fear rose within her.

"The water is nice and hot." Called Shunsui from the bathroom. Hot, heat, the sensations of skin being burned, it was all too much. Adrenaline rushed through Rose's body, making her nerve ends scream. Should she fight it or run? Sadly she could do none as fear had her rooted to the spot.

"Rose," called Shunsui. Slowly Rose walked forwards, her legs feeling like they were made of jelly.

Shunsui was standing in his bathroom wearing only his black shihakushō. His haori and kimono had been thrown in a corner. Behind him stood the bathtub with steam rising from the water. The bathtub that Kurosawa had used also had steam rising from it. Rose felt numb and disconnected from reality as she stared at the bathtub. She had screamed, begged for Kurosawa's guards to stop. The burning pain was too much. Everywhere hurt. But they only laughed and plunged her down into the water again. Over and over they did this until her body was red raw and blistering.

Rose was so absorbed in her own thoughts that she did not notice Shunsui undressing her and picking her up.

"Please don't." She begged in an almost inaudible whisper.

"Rose?"

"PLEASE!" she screamed as panic overtook her. Shunsui looked down at her baffled by her sudden outburst. Rose didn't wait for him to put her down. She simply slipped out of his arms and ran out of the room, the flight instinct taking over. The fear of the burning water was too great, she could not take it.

Rose flew out of the bathroom and bolted towards the bedroom door. However, she was stopped by Shunsui grabbing her hand.

"Please No, please it hurts! It burns!" cried out Rose before collapsing on the floor crying.

Shunsui looked down at the crying mess on the floor in front of him completely confused as to what he had done.

"Idiot! Admonished Katen Kyokotsu. "She is obviously scared and you are not helping the situation."

Shunsui looked down at Rose, shocked by what he had obviously caused for a few seconds before springing into action. He crouched down next to her and took her hands in his. "Rose, darling Rose, don't be scared. Just tell me what's wrong and I swear that I will try to help you."

"It hurts." She sobbed pathetically.

"What hurts?"

"The water. It was always too hot and it burns my skin. Master would have his guards hold me down under the water and it hurt."

Shunsui stiffened. The burn marks on her body, it all made sense. That bastard! How dare he hurt Rose and make her tremble in fear every time she sees a bathtub.

"Rose…I am sorry if I scared you. I would never ever hurt you."

Rose looked up into Shunsui's warm, safe brown eyes with her tear stained ones and nodded. "I know you would never hurt me…it's just that, that.-"

"-that the sight of the bathtub scared you because it brought back memories of what Kurosawa did to you." Finished Shunsui.

"Yes."

Shunsui pulled Rose into his lap and gently rocked her. "Oh Rose I am so sorry for what he did to you. And please the next time tell me when there is something that makes you feel uncomfortable. I won't get angry. "

Rose nodded and dried her tears with the back of her hand. Shunsui gently rocked her for a few more minutes before sighing.

"What?" Asked Rose.

"Before we left the Fourth division I promised Unohana that I would inspect and then clean your wounds. That means that I am going to have to take you back into the bathroom and wash you. But I don't want to make you uncomfortable."

Rose looked into Shunsui's troubled eyes. "I trust that you won't hurt me." She whispered after a while.

Shunsui nodded and then gently climbed to his feet with Rose in his arms before walking back into the bathroom. He could feel Rose stiffening as he entered the room and it tore at his heart. Gently he set her down on the bathroom stool and then busied himself with finding the wash cloth and soap. Rose sat on the stool and watched as Shunsui walked about the bathroom gathering the needed items to wash her. His hard muscles contracted under his clothing with every step he took making it hard for her to breathe. Rose blushed as she remembered the feel of those muscles, and something else, pressing against her and how they would contract ad relax with every thrust he made. Her need for him returned in full force making it hard for her to sit still.

Shunsui looked up and saw Rose blush and smiled. "You like what you see." He teased.

"Yes."

"Well I could always.-" and he moved to start untying his sash.

"No don't, if you do I fear we will become too distracted and you will never end up washing me." Said Rose rather hurriedly.

"But I like it when you are distracted." Teased Shunsui with a wolfish grin on his face.

"I know. But you promised Unohana and I don't want to see what she would do to you when she discovers that you broke your promise to her."

Shunsui froze. "Yeah you are right." He sighed.

He kneeled down next to Rose and started to wash her. Rose gasped slightly when Shunsui started to gently rub her skin with the cloth and soap. Every nerve in her body was crying out for the release that it had been denied a few minutes ago.

Most of the wounds had been fully healed and there was only a scare on the left side of her lower back and the number of her thigh that still remained. Shunsui made sure that the water from the tap was warm and not too hot before starting to wash the soap off Rose's body, making excuses to wash her breast and between her legs profusely. Every time the wash cloth would pass over those areas Rose would gasp and Shunsui would smile. He knew exactly what he was doing to her and loved it.

"I-I thought you were supposed to be washing me?" Gasped Rose when Shunsui started to run his finger up and down her slit. She looked down and what she saw made her mouth run dry. Shunsui's eyes had changed and were now a darker, more intense shade of brown. Parts of his shihakushō had become wet and so clung to him, highlighting his muscular body. But what was the most impressive part was the HUGE erection he was currently supporting.

"I washed you and now I am trying to distract you." He replied seductively before inserting two fingers into Rose's burning core. She cried out at the wonderful intrusion and started to buck her hips. The pleasure was incredible and exactly what she wanted.

"AH! Shun AH! I-I CUMMING!" screamed Rose before her core exploded in a series of wonderful contraction. She could feel Shunsui lapping up her juices and groaning at the exquisite taste. He only pulled away after she had finally come down from her high, her juices trickling down his chin.

"MMM Rose that was delicious." Winked Shunsui.

Rose blushed and then noticed that he was still very hard. "What about you Shunsui."

Shunsui looked down at his hard on. "Ah yes…well what we just did was purely for your pleasure. I don't want to force you into something that you are not comfortable doing."

His voice was sincere and carrying. But right now Rose wanted sex…and badly so screw his sincerity. "What? No! I am comfortable with what you did to me…and sex…GIVE ME SEX!" She cried out

Shunsui smiled at Rose's outburst and then stood up. "Maybe later. Now stay here while I go and find you a towel."

Rose watched as Shunsui saunters out of the bathroom. "You are only hurting yourself by doing this." She calls after him. He only laughed in response

Idiot she thought when Shunsui was out of sight. Rose turned her head and looked at the bathtub, a small amount of steam still rising from it. Maybe, thought Rose, if she had been able to get into the bathtub without being scares she would have been able to entice Shunsui into making love to her. Shunsui must think of her as being too weak for sex after her breakdown and few minutes ago. She was going to prove him wrong. Even though she had just orgasmed her body demanded more release.

"You know if you trust Shunsui then you should know that he would never ever hurt you." Said Midnight Dancer.

"I do trust him."

"Then you should know that the bath water is not going to hurt you."

"I want to believe that but I'm scared."

"The bathwater will not hurt you. Shunsui would never burn you like Kurosawa did nor will he ever hurt you. I am also telling you that nothing is going to hurt you once you get into the bath. Trust the both of us."

Rose nodded more to herself than to anybody else. Full of sudden determination she stood up and walked towards the edge of the bath. Slowly she lowered one of her fingers down into the water, holding breath against the expected pain. Rose eyes flew open when she felt the wonderful sensation of warmth engulfing her finger. The water temperature was perfect. Rose quickly clabbered into the bath, splashing water everywhere and then immediately sat down. She could not help the large sigh of relief as her muscles relaxed into the water.

"Rose?"

Rose looked over and saw Shunsui standing in the doorway holding two fluffy towels. "Shunsui." She could not help the smile that spread across her face

Shunsui walked over to Rose and sat on the edge of the bathtub. "I see you got into the bath…you know you did not have to do that."

"I know but Midnight Dancer told me that there was nothing to fear and I trust that you won't hurt me. Now that I am in here I don't want to leave." And to enforce her point she started to rub her arms with the warm water, enjoying the sensation.

Shunsui bent down and kissed the top of Rose's head. "Well that is nice to hear." He smiled down and her. Rose looked at him and only then noticed the still hard erection he was supporting. It seemed that her naked, wet body was making it hard on him to relax.

"Join me." Said Rose in a surprisingly sultry voice.

Shunsui kissed her again. "Maybe another time."

Rose growled and then did something that even shocked her. She flung her arms around Shunsui neck and then pulled him down into the bathtub fully clothed. She did not even wait for him to have time to recover from being dragged fully clothes into the bathtub as she crushed her lips to his in a desperate kiss. Shunsui had no idea what to make of the situation. One moment he was sitting on the side of the bathtub and then next he was surrounded by hot water and his darling, devilish Rose was kissing him passionately.

"Naughty Rose." He growled when he finally managed to pull his lips away from hers. Rose smiled, her lips swollen from the kiss and then ran her eyes up and down Shunsui wet body. His black shihakushō clung to his body and did nothing to hide his erection.

Shunsui followed her eyes down and smiled. "You like what you see?" he teased.

"So much." Then Rose lunged forwards, wrapping her legs around his waist and grinding her core over his erection while at the same time pressing her breast to his covered chest. Shunsui moaned at the contact and thrusted his hips forwards. Rose gasped and cried out at the sudden intense pleasure that coursed through her body.

The two of them rolled over in the bathtub, exchanging passionate and desperate kisses. And when finally the two of them joined Rose could not help the scream that escaped her lips as she was filled. Shunsui groaned loudly at the wonderful sensation of being held intimately by his lover and then he started to thrust.

When they had finished the two of them lay together cuddling. Shunsui was still wearing the lower part of his shihakushō, having only moved it to release his member. The upper part of his shihakushō was floating on the water, having been discarded a few minutes ago.

"I think I like bathtubs again." Said Rose against Shunsui's chest.

"That is good to hear."

Rose felt something hard press against her thigh. "Again?" she asked.

Shunsui picked Rose up and allowed her to straddle his waist. "Yes." He said before he lowered her onto his growing erection.

The eighth division was in full party mode by the time Rose and Shunsui arrived. There were bottles upon bottles of sake and sweet plum wine scattered everywhere along with piles of food. Most members of the eighth were already well on their way to being absolutely sloshed. By the looks of it too several Shinigami from other division were also there. Ukitake and Unohana stood in a corner talking while Rangiku and Hisagi sat around drinking from their sake bottles. Even Nanao had turned up and was happily talking to Momo.

"Please Shunsui don't drink too much." Asked Rose in a quiet whispered that only he heard.

"Don't worry I promised you right?" Reassured Shunsui while picking up a bottle of sake and two glass before leading Rose off towards Rangiku and Hisagi.

The two of them looked up as they arrived. "Hey Kyoraku Taicho nice party." Exclaimed a tipsy Hisagi.

"Why thank you Hisagi-Kun. This is a time of celebration as my darling Rose has been returned to me." Replied a happy Shunsui. He poured Rose a glass of sake before pouring himself one and downing it. Rose looked down at her glass. She had never tried sake but from the looks of it, it was the preferred beverage of most people here. Slowly she lifted her glass to her lips and took and sip. The taste was sickly sweet and made her want to gag. Around her Shunsui, Rangiku and Hisagi were talking about the new tax laws on sake.

"You now this means that I have to pay an extra 2% every time I want to buy a bottle of sake." Exclaimed Rangiku in an outraged tone.

"Oh come on. An extra 2% is hardly going to bankrupt you. Plus don't other people, mainly man, buy you sake?" Replied Shunsui.

"That's easy for you to say as you are rich." Commented Rangiku.

Rose ignored the ongoing conversation and started to look around. The party goers were laughing, drinking and generally being happy which made Rose feel warm and fuzzy inside. She had never being to a party like this before. Sure she had been to a few house parties while at university but that was different. At house parties there was loud music blaring out of huge speakers with people standing around in various stages of undress and drunkenness, each trying to find a mate for the night. The eighth division party was pleasant with calming background music, food and pleasant conversation. Sure people were also getting smashingly drunk but it was a pleasant sight to behold. Now Rose understood why Shunsui loved parties so much, they were heart-warming.

"Hey Rose." Rose looked towards the now drunk and slurring Rangiku.

"Yes Rangiku?"

"I-I." Rangiku stopped and looked dazed for a moment.

Rose giggled as Rangiku tried to form a coherent sentence. She really was hilarious when drunk.

"I-I heard from…now who did I hear this from….erm…oh yeah I hurt it from my captain that you used to live with a gangsta while you grew up in Glasgow." Slurred Rangiku while trying to stay upright.

Rose's back stiffened. Hisagi, who happened to be sitting next to her at the time, leaned in closer to hear more but merely ended up collapsing face first down in a heap at Rose's feet. "Yeah so…what about it?"

"Well like…isn't he like…like missing you?" asked Rangiku.

Rose sighed. "I haven't spoken to him in a long, long time so I doubt he misses me."

"What really?"

The people Rose moved in closer to try and hear better. Facing her was Shunsui and he shot her a look that said that she did not have to tell them anything if she did not want to. But it was not like the information Rose was withholding was particularly painful, it was just that she had not thought about it in a long time. "The godfather, real name Dougal Adamson was the leader of a very powerful and wealthy gang. However unlike all the other gangs, his gang was liked and accepted by the local police force. In fact the godfather was responsible for limiting the power and activities of all the over gangs in Scotland. Over the years the gang grew in power and wealth until it was the most powerful group in Scotland. Nobody dared to cross the godfather directly. There were many attempts to limit his power but they all failed. One day the godfather catches me steeling from one of the restaurants he owned in Glasgow. Instead of handing me over to the police he took me in and partially adopted me. Sadly I was a rebellious child and ended up selling drugs in order to feed my own addictions. I knew I was hurting the godfather but I could not control myself. When I turned sixteen I was sent to a proper English boarding school. Of course I was given the choice of both staying in Glasgow and becoming a full time member of the gang or leave to the boarding school where I could build my own independent life. Life as a gangs did not appeal to me so I left to the boarding school. I stayed in contact with him but I have not heard from him in a very, very long time."

There was silence for a moment. "Ah that is so sad." Cried out Rangiku.

"Why?" asked Rose

"Well don't you miss him?"

"Sometimes. He gave me an option and I chose to leave. I still do hear from him. But staying in contact with him is dangerous as it could get me unintentionally involved."

"Well I say it still sounds sad." Rangiku pouted and lifted her sake bottle to her mouth. "Ah it's empty. Well I guess I better go and get another one." She stood up and started to make her way through the crowd. A few people continued to stare at Rose but she ignored them.

She felt his arm wrapped around her waist. "You didn't have to do that." Whispered Shunsui in her ear.

"I know…but at least now people know the truth. Plus it was not that hard to tell. I haven't thought about the godfather in a long time." Replied Rose while snuggling into him side.

Shunsui held her closely. "Are you enjoying yourself?"

Rose smiled. "Yes. Thank you."

Shunsui looked down at Rose with his eyebrow raised. "What for?"

"For being so kind to me."

Shunsui bent down and kissed Rose. "Anytime Rose, anytime."

The rest of the week passed in idyllic bliss. Everyday Shunsui would take Rose to the clearing where they first picnicked for lunch. The lunch was always delicious but the desert was always the best part. After returning from their picnic in the late afternoon Shunsui would sit down and actually do his paperwork. A shocking feat. But this was only because Rose had told him that if he did not finish his paperwork for the day then there would be no sex for him in the evening.

One afternoon, while Shunsui worked on his paperwork with Rose in his lap (it was part of the paperwork agreement), a hell butterfly flew in through the window and started to flutter above their heads. Nanao had gone to an SWA meeting so the office was empty.

"Shun I think there is a message for you."

Shunsui sighed and put down his brush before lifting his finger up to allow the butterfly to land on it. However, the butterfly did not fly towards him. "Rose I think it is for you." He said with suspicion in his voice.

"Really?" Rose was shocked. Never before had anybody summoned for her using a hell butterfly. She lifted her finger up and the butterfly flew down. Shunsui watched as the message was played for her.

After a while the butterfly flew away. "Well?" asked Shunsui, a hint of tension in his voice.

"It seems that central 46 are summoning me for a debriefing in an hour. They want me to give my testimony on the Kurosawa incident." Frowned Rose. Neither she nor Shunsui had spent much time talking about the incident as it was rather a sore topic.

Shunsui looked troubled. "I guess you have to go. You cannot ignore a summon from central 46."

Rose jumped off Shunsui lap and started to head towards the door. But before she reached it she was swept of her feet.

"Shunsui put me down!" she cried out

"It would be quicker if I shunpooed you there." Shunsui said before speeding away with her in his hands.

"You know if you only taught me how to shunpo you would not need to carry me all over the place." Said Rose after Shunsui had deposited her down outside the central 46 building.

"Yeah but then I would not have the joy of carrying you around." Smiled Shunsui.

"You are impossible!"

"I love you too."

Rose looked at Shunsui. "Well now that I am here you can head back and do your paperwork."

Shunsui looked at Rose with an expression of mock shock. "But I must stay here and assist you. Plus you can't leave me alone with all that nasty paperwork."

Rose rolled her eyes. "Go back and finished the paperwork and tonight I will reward you."

Shunsui's eyebrow lifted. "Reward me how?" Rose stood up on her tiptoes and whispered into Shunsui ear.

"Well that sounds very naughty…I look forwards to it. Good luck Rose." And with a swish of his pink kimono he was gone.

Rose shook her head. Really he was childish sometimes. With one last look at the spot where Shunsui had disappeared from she turned around and started to walk towards the central 46 building. The huge metal and wood front doors closed behind her with a bang, plunging her into darkness. And then the lights turned on and illuminated the large, magnificently furnished corridor. To her right there was a chair and next to that a cupboard for her to put her sandals in. Rose quickly removed her sandals and then made her way down the corridor. The magnificent royal red carpet felt wonderful under her feet as she walked along the corridor.

After a while she reached a huge spiral staircase that meandered downwards. Rose peered over the edge of the staircase and could see right down to the bottom. The drop was huge and looked like she had to climb down twenty or so floors just to reach the bottom. With a sigh she started the decent. Finally after a lot of climbing, Rose reached the bottom of the staircase and then turned left in order to follow the lit corridor. At the end of the corridor there was a huge, magnificent waiting room with a pair of huge, opposing looking doors at the end. That must be where the meeting room is located thought Rose.

"The members of Central 46 will call you in when they are ready." Rose turned around and saw an elderly looking man wearing a magnificent kimono. Even for a servant he was spectacularly dressed.

Rose nodded her head. "Thank you sir." The man bowed and left the room.

Rose moved and sat in one of the many chairs in the waiting room and waited, and waited, and waited. What felt like an hours later the huge doors finally opened. Rose stood up and walked through the door into a large hexagonal room. Above her, on three different levels sat the members of Central 46 with large blanks of wood hiding their faces.

"Rose Bentley, you were summoned here today to give your oral testimony on the events concerning the disgraced Shinigami Kurosawa and the convicted head of the Kido corp Aoi Kagawa. Do you swear to tell nothing but the truth?" Called out a large booming voice.

"Yes I swear to tell the truth."

"Ok you may begin."

So Rose told them about her past before Kurosawa's death in the human world and then moved on to tell them about Kagawa capturing her and the torture she had to endure under Kurosawa. Thankfully nobody asked her to go into too much details and so the process of giving her testimony hand been rather quick.

"OK, now moving on to the next item. Is it true, Rose Bentley, that you are having an unlawful relationship with Shunsui Kyoraku, Taicho of the eighth division?"

Rose looked around the room for the source of the voice, shocked by the question she had to answer.

"Your answer Rose Bentley!"

"Yes I am currently in a relationship with Shunsui." Replied Rose a little hesitantly.

"Disgraceful!"

"Outrageous!" Members of central 46 started to shout out their outrage.

"Your relationship with Shunsui Kyoraku is unlawful and goes against Seireitei law. However, as you are not a member of the Gotei 13 you cannot be punished. That being said you are a human and not a soul so you have no right to remain in the Seireitei. So it has been decided that you will hand over your Zanpakuto and return to the world of the living. But as you have been reported to have a high reiatsu level that could potentially be useful for the future of the Gotei 13 you will be monitored during the remainder of your human life. Once you return to the Soul Society in soul form you will be given back your Zanpakuto and allowed to join the academy to train and become a soul reaper. It has also been decided by the central 46 that you will end your relationship with Shunsui Kyoraku and never start it up again. A portal has been scheduled to open for you at noon tomorrow to take you back to the world of the living, you will hand over your Zanpakuto then. You will not have any contact with any member of the Gotei 13 while you live out the rest of your life in the world of the living. That is the decision of central 46."

People have been asking me about my 'godfather' character. In reality he was only supposed to play a very, very limited role in the story. However, in the future I might give him a more prominent role. But for the moment he is only a character mentioned by Rose.
