For the moment Jenny kept her husband's death on a need to know basis. She called president Wilkins because he had the neccessary items. Jenny told Buffy, Angel, and Spike and told them what Gachnar told her. With Gachnar's spell they could travel to the land of the dead. Wilkins could give them what they needed for this journey. But the only ones who could make the trip were a vampire slayer, or those who were already dead, AKA vampires. Once there they had to find Giles, ask him what he knew. In theory they could take Giles back with them. There were some legends about this happenning. But to do this, or even leave themselves, they would need permission from Hades, the god of the dead. Hades might give permission, or he might use great power to destroy all of them. Noone really knew what it was like on the other side. There were stories, myths, legends, hopes, frightened whispers, but noone really knew. Even Gachnar, who could sense where Rupert's spirit had gone, had no idea why his spirit had gone to this particular dimension. One thing was certain. Angel, Spike, Buffy, had over 500 years experience between them. But this was the most dangerous mission any of them had ever accepted.
