Spike, Darla, Angel, and Conner discussed their curret situation. Vampires normally would've liked the idea of no more sunlight. But people were fleeing Sunnydale. Every plant and tree would soon die off, how much longer could humans be expected to stay? Other vampires might come to town, and fight each other for scarce resources. The Brethen might like this, although they would likely get hungrier, and even meaner. Angel, Darla, and Conner decided to leave Sunnydale, as a family. Spike was welcome with them, as both protector and family of sorts. But Spike had another idea. The end was near, sides had to be chosen. Spike decided what had to be done, and whatever the cost he would do it.
