A/N: So I bet you're currently thinking: What?! I thought AngelZ finished this story! Why is she updating? Weeeeeeeell, I re read this story just for the sake of it and realized how terrible the ending was. It was terrible; I was pissed at myself for giving you the crap. So, I decided to give it a much better ending. Next chapter will be the end by the way. So I hope you all enjoy, please review and let me know what you think.

Coming Home

"So let me get this straight…" Eddy began slowly, his fingers pinching his brows in annoyance. "You are now living at Shovelchin's house…" He paused before correcting yourself. "You have been living at Shovelchin's house, and now you are both together." Looking over at the said read head, he frowned. "And now, he's going to start sitting with us?" He looked over at Nazz, "But while you are in a relationship, you two are pretending to be in a relationship because of some creep?"

Edd smiled nervously, "So far, you are correct." He rubbed his hands nervously, "I know I should have told you two earlier but Kevin had a rule about staying quiet." He tried, glancing over at his glaring boyfriend. Right, the two hated each other. How was this going to work out?

Nazz smiled, "To be honest, I'm just not ready to come out. If I tell this creep, an attractive man in many girls' eyes, that I'm not interested in him, everyone will wonder why." Noticing everyone's blank stare except for Kevin's, she smiled. "I'm not into men. Dudes are overrated; girls are who I go after."

Eddy coughed hard on his food, Ed clapped happily as he congratulated her and Edd simply nodded. The hat wearing Ed had already assumed as much seeing the way the blond had constantly looked at Marie.

Ed wore a large grin, "Kinda like how me and Rolf are, huh Nazz? Double D?"

Eddy looked over at him in shock, "You and Rolf! What is this? Some kind of gay confession? Well I am straight, straighter than a damn board." He looked back at Ed, "You and Rolf though? What?" He looked for the bluenette and noticed the farmer staring this way. "What?"

Edd giggled at his shorter friend's confusion, "Congratulations Ed." Squeezing Kevin's hand underneath the table, he sighed contently. "I'm glad everyone is confessing their feelings about everything." He looked over at Ed, "Have you two… you know…"

Ed grinned and nodded while Eddy looked like he was about to throw up. "Yes! Rolf really knows what he is doing Double D."

Now Kevin looked like he was about to throw up, "Let's not talk about this. For once, I think I'm starting to think alike with Shortie over here." He groaned before noticing everyone begin to stand up, signaling that lunch was over. "We should head to class, Dork."

Edd nodded and stood, picking up his tray with his one free hand. "Indeed, hopefully we don't get run over." His chuckle was only half hearted as he watched the crowd of others try to push passed each other. His feet moved slower as he wasn't ready to get all caught up in that. Waving good bye to his friends, he was surprised to see Nazz no longer beside Kevin like she usually was. Shrugging it off, he pulled his hand away from Kevin's so no one could expect anything. "So… My father called me last night. I guess they're going back home in a few days, isn't that good news?"

It was good news but at the same time, it was bad. That meant he would no longer have to stay at Kevin's house. No longer would he wake up to see those gorgeous green eyes of his or smell that strong cologne he always wore. No more large shirts to wear to bed or meals with others. It was good news, but at the same time, it was bad.

"Oh." That was all he said as he simply continued to stare forward. Was he getting the same thoughts? Probably, Kevin was the clingy type surprisingly so it was probably twice as worse for him.

Edd held in the sigh that wanted to be let out before tossing away his tray. "Let's just make the best of each night alright? My parents are gone all the time anyway so you could always come over if you wanted." He tried, hoping to lift the others spirits. He gave a smile when noticing the corners of Kevin's lips twitch upwards. "Plus we'd be completely alone, that means no interruptions or muting our sounds."

Kevin nudged him, "To be honest, I really wanna just shove you up against the wall and kiss you hard." He smirked at the reddening nerd. "Or possibly skip class so we can do more but I know you would never be up for that."

Edd found himself smirking also, he knew what Kevin was trying to do, if only he was stupid enough to fall for it like Kevin thought he would be. "Seems like you know me so well…" He began walking faster so he was now ahead of Kevin, "Maybe next time or something."

Kevin easily caught back up to him, "Maybe so." He shoved his hands in his pockets, "I love you." He mumbled softly.

Edd looked over at him, not being able to hold back his gapped tooth grin, "I love you too."

With that, the two headed to English to endure their next class.
