Fred had a stake in one hand, a gun in the other. The humans killed these vampires without suffering any casualties themselves. They barely had any time to savor this victory before the fire came. Absolom's vampires were throwing Molotov cocktails through these stained-glass windows. The humans fled out the back. Denver hated to see this church burn, but these lives were more important. This was hardly the wedding day that anyone wanted, but they were with the people they wanted.
