Oh, hello there! See, this was originally going to be out a little bit later but due to the coaxing of my friend not to be mean to you guys (or maybe she just meant herself...) and the fact that... HOLY CAMOLI THE MANHUA ENDED! (Well, at least the main one...)
I can't believe it took 70 chapters to complete what was supposed to be 68 chapters in eight novels. (Don't ask me how many volumes it took for the manhua because I'm not that knowledgeable. I'm lazy.)
Also, I wish the chapters for the sequel would HURRY UP AND COME OUT BECAUSE MONTLY WAITING KILLS ME. Ahhhhh!
But well, here's to another chapter and hopefully more people become interested in the fandom. Let us all bring in one or two people into the 1/2 Prince universe.
I'll try to update the next chapter soon, because like I said, I wanted to have a double chapter update but well, things happen. Or people happen.
Anonymess, this chapter goes out to you. (Since she helped out with the ideas and stuff.)

The weekend came and went, with it, now came Monday. Feng Lan and Yang Ming had both woken up early to make it to class on time.
Okay, it was something like Yang Ming was knocking at his sister's room at exactly eight in the morning, yelling that he was hungry and he wouldn't leave the house unfed. At that exact moment, her alarm rung. With a sigh and rubbing her eyes, Feng Lan had thrown her alarm clock at the door, so that hopefully Yang Ming would leave and the annoying ringing would stop.
However, not everything goes as one hopes. Feng Lan had broken her alarm clock and had to buy a replacement because, unlike everyone else, she didn't use her phone to put a alarm.
{Well... At least it was the alarm. Less expensive that way, because where would a tranny like my sister get money for a new phone anyways?}
Fed, ready to go and a in-tact house, Feng Lan locked the door behind her, giving silent thanks that they still had a place to return to.
If everything was left up to Yang Ming, we'd be homeless by now! I'm so glad I'm the older twin!
"I'm driving to school, do you want a lift?" Feng Lan said, twirling around the set of keys for their hover bike.
"I think I would rather use the transport gate like the sane few of us, who aren't in a hurry to die thanks to people like you who are speed demons, thank you very much." Yang Ming said, as he made sure he had everything in his bag.
"Suit yourself!" Feng Lan said with a shrug as she opened up the garage. "But let me at least follow you to the gate, wouldn't want my lil' bro getting lost now."
"I think you have it backwards." Yang Ming said and just walked away. "I'll see you at campus... If you're still in one piece, not lost, or dead."
"Har, har. You're a comedian!" Feng Lan said as she went to fetch the bike.
Feng Lan only hoped that her brother was right, and she would be able to make it to class on time. Yet knowing how bad her luck was at times, she'd be sure to cause or witness some kind of accident in her way over to the university.
Alright! She thought determinedly as she reeve'd the bike up and took it out of the garage, locking the door behind her. Let me go and prove that idiotic brother of mine wrong!
{-}
Feng Lan, however, realized that luck was not on her side as she dragged herself to class in a groggy state and as soon as she entered the class she just plopped down into her seat. Her twin, Yang Ming, was already n his seat, he being the one scrolling through his own tablet this time. He glanced to her with a smirk.
"Oh, hello, miss tardiness." Yang Ming placed the tablet down and leaned towards his sister and poked her. "Hey, Lan, at least we're watching a movie today right?" He snickered.
Feng Lan groaned in response. "Yeah... Leave me alone."
"You should have used the gate transport like me. Man, I swear it was a breeze to get to campus. It only took ten minutes!" Yang Ming said. "What took you so long?"
"There was some sort of traffic jam." Feng Lan mumbled.
Yang Ming shrugged. "Anyways," he said, trying to change the topic back to the movie. "Is Mulan a tranny in the sequel too?" He whispered. "Because, seriously, that is just the most hilarious thing."
"Why?" Feng Lan couldn't help but ask, raising her head a little and swatting his hand away.
"Because," he said snickering, "Mulan is so you." Feng Lan simply kicked him.
Gu Yun Fei and Lu Jing walked in at that moment and seeing the seats next to Yang Ming and Feng Lan open, walked over while waving their hands excitedly.
"I can't believe we're watching a movie again!" Lu Jing said excitedly. "How lucky can we get?"
"We're watching that horrible, horrible, cheesy musical." Gu Yun Fei reminded her.
"The sequel!" Lu Jing corrected.
"Hurray..." Gu Yun Fei and Feng Lan both said at the same time sarcastically.
"Good afternoon." Gui said as he walked into the classroom with his laptop and bag.
"Good afternoon professor Gui." They all chirped happily. Everyone was excited that today was movie day.
"As you all know, today we will watch the sequel to Mulan." He said as he placed down the laptop and the bag.
"We know!" They all exclaimed happily and cheered. "You're the best teacher ever!"
"Oh, really?" And he smirked. "We have a quiz afterwards."
The entire class groaned.
{-}
Near the end of the movie, all the girls in Gui's literature class were bawling their eyes out. Feng Lan was no exception to this, and sniffling, she tried her best to remain focused in the movie. She was finding it hard to do, because not only did she did not expect a children's movie to shift into something like this so drastically but the way it happened...
The projector was showing the part where the protagonist, Li Shang and Fa Mulan were hanging in a bridge that was falling apart rather quickly and without enough strength to support them both... A hard decision would have to be made.
Feng Lan didn't know whether to laugh or yell at the two of them, because at a moment like this they chose to bicker with each other than to come up with a solution. All of a sudden, Li Shang let go of Fa Mulan's hand and all everyone saw, was his body fall into the rapid currents of the river.
To make sure she was not seeing wrong, Feng Lan quickly turned to her brother, who was really into the movie by this point. She threw him a pencil to grab his attention.
Once the pencil hit his desk, Yang Ming glanced around, curious as to where it came from. "What?" He said, directing his attention back to the movie, where Mulan was in utter shock and disbelief that Li Shang was just gone. It seemed in that moment he was distracted, she had gotten saved before the bridge fully collapsed.
"Okay, seriously? I can't believe I missed her rescue." Yang Ming uttered.
Feng Lan sighed and kicked him. That got his attention to her. "Fine... That's kind of..." Yang Ming said once he noticed Feng Lan was staring at him, trying to find the words to say. "I was not expecting that."
"I know!" Feng Lan said tearing up. "He sacrificed himself!"
"He may not be dead?" Yang Ming said, trying to cheer her up. But really, what kind of cheering up could anyone do when a character falls to their death like this?
"He fell off a bridge," Feng Lan pointed out, "right into the water!"
"He's strong, he can survive this." Yang Ming said with a sigh. He was surprised they were talking about this right as the movie kept rolling along.
From the corner of his eye, he saw Mulan gathering her courage up and trying to remain calm and collected. Her fiancé just fell into what seemed like ice-cold water not too long ago and right now, she was going on and on about fulfilling their role and escorting the princess to the place they had to go to. Even if it meant she had to get married in their place.
"Seriously?" Yang Ming said again.
"I don't want to watch anymore." Feng Lan said. She too had given attention to the movie at the same point and sighed in disbelief at what she was seeing. "Her loved one died less than five minutes ago, yet she's willing to place any doubts away that he might be alive and instead chooses to sacrifice her life for the sake of the princesses and their happiness instead."
"Perhaps she's the wrong kind of you." Yang Ming added, for extra measure.
"What does that mean!?" Feng Lan pouted.
"It means," Yang Ming said, "you are not that selfless." He leaned towards his sister and whispered, "Look, sis, Gui survived a fatal wound... Compared to that, this guy? Pffft. It's nothing."
Why do you think I'm bawling my eyes out you idiot!" Feng Lan stated as if her brother would even understand. But, of course he wouldn't, and she knew no one but herself would be able to.
Seeing Li Shang throw himself down the river, letting go of the hand of his loved one, so that she could survive the ordeal instead, brought forth memories she did not want to remember. Those memories, from a year or so ago, where she too, was placed in a situation where someone close to her, sacrificed himself for her sake.
Feng Lan bit her lip, fighting back the tears that now threatened to fall, not because of the movie and Fa Mulan's non-stop crying, but because in her mind she could see, she could hear that battle with Long Dian as if it was happening that very moment.
She didn't remember much from that battle, and she didn't want to. She did however, remember her precious friends being injured, the crimson red of all the blood spilled, and because of a lunatic, almost losing those that matter the most to her.
And that was reason enough for her to start bawling non-stop, along with Fa Mulan, who in the movie was grieving the loss of her most important person. Feng Lan, however, was crying in remembrance of a won battle and how grateful she felt that even though she knew what Mulan was going through, her own sufferings didn't end so tragically.
"Don't be such a cry-baby. The movie isn't over yet." And with that, Yang Ming kicked his sister then went back to watching the movie.
After Yang Ming kicked her, Feng Lan was snapped out of her daze. Glancing back to the movie, she now saw a determined Mulan, who despite all that had occurred moments earlier, had decided to follow through her mission. No wonder Yang Ming was jokingly calling Mulan more selfless than her. Who would even do something like that? Drying her eyes, Feng Lan kept watching the movie to see how everything would end. There couldn't possibly be another sequel, right?
{Twenty minutes later}
"I can't believe I cried..." Lu Jing exclaimed ashamedly to Feng Lan after class was over. Gui had not given them a quiz after all and they were free to leave after the movie ended.
"What I can't believe," Gu Yun Fei stated, "is that you were sniffling for as long as Mulan was. She was crying for like, a minute non-stop!"
"At least the movie had a happy ending." Yang Ming said. "Isn't that what counts?"
Feng Lan was still in her seat and didn't look like she planned to move from that spot anytime soon.
"Uhhhh Lan?" Yang Ming said, poking her. "Class is over. We can, you know...go home."
Feng Lan didn't budge one bit. Completely unresponsive.
"Is she okay?" Lu Jing asked worriedly.
"She'll be fine." Yang Ming said.
"She doesn't look fine." Gu Yun Fei said. "Look, she started mumbling things."
"... They get married." Feng Lan whispered to herself.
"Well, at least she's not gone mute." Yang Ming said.
"They get married..." Feng Lan uttered again.
"What is she going on about?" Lu Jing asked.
"They actually get married..." Feng Lan stated. "And the guy didn't die."
"FENG LAN YOU ARE BROKEN SNAP OUT IT!" Gu Yun Fei said.
"I got this," Yang Ming said, and as his twin uttered once again "they got married," he processed to hit her with his notebook. "GOT HER!"
"They get..."
"Say, 'they get married' one more time, Lan," Yang Ming interrupted her. "And I'll be the one to cook dinner tonight."
"LET'S GO HOME!"
