Season: I knoooooow this chapter is late. In my defense, I kept switching back and forth to update this chapter or another one I had written. I finally settled for this one because the other one I have written, is gearing up towards the final stretch to this story.
YEP! We are close to the end guys! I can't exactly say how many but it's likely between the next two-three chapters.
Thanks for your support towards The Legend Ends!
It'd be awesome if I can finish the story exactly on March 30, 2017, which will be the third year anniversary for it.
WISH ME LUCK!

The Legend Ends

The mage and the warrior that made the team of Ascendant Dragons had arrived at Infinity Castle early in the morning. At their arrival, they instantly went to find their family. Screaming at the top of their lungs how lush everything looked in the process. Prince was not surprised and Feng Wu Qing just shook his head at their antics. Both mage and warrior had not seen the renovations that went into place after everything with Long Dian.
They took Prince's and Feng Wu Qing's parents to their second conference room, which was used for minor meetings. Ascendant Dragons were currently sitting down in a very plush and comfortable love seat. Odd Squad was seated in the round table and glancing back and forth at each other.
"So," Yu Lian was the first to break the silence. "Anyone care to explain this?"
"Not really." Prince stated as he munched on cookies he had brought from the kitchen.
"Basically the little amount of time we have left in this game, they want to mooch off us." Feng Wu Qing said.
"It's not even my castle." Prince said in disbelief.
"Okay, here's an idea. Why don't we let them stay and help us out?" Ugly Wolf, the voice of reason said.
"Well, as long as they don't cause any trouble." Yu Lian relented.
"Great! It's decided. Welcome aboard, Ascendant Dragons." Ugly Wolf nodded.
Yu Lian sighed. "I'm putting them under your care." She said pointing to Feng Wu Qing, Prince and Lolidragon.
"What! Why am I included in this?" Lolidragon said. "They're not my responsibility."
"Do you really trust these two?" Yu Lian said raising an eyebrow.
"Fine." Lolidragon sighed. "I needed a helping hand anyways." She went and checked her inventory and pulled up various pieces of paper.
"What's that?" Prince asked.
"Flyers." Lolidragon said with a smirk. "Your parents will help me distribute them."
Prince blinked. "This means that I don't have to do it anymore, right?"
Lolidragon smirked. "I have a better idea for you."
Prince gulped. "Oh no."
"Anyways, can they borrow Sunshine? It'll be easier to travel across the cities."
Prince shrugged. "They can borrow him but if something happens it's not me they have to answer to."
Fairsky pursed her lips. "I want to go along too!"
Yu Lian rapped her hand to the table. "You have to stay in the castle."
"Booooo!"
"Flyers?" The mage said. "We're not messengers!"
"You're the ones that wanted to help." Prince stated happily. "Off you go."
The couple sighed.
"This is what we get for raising them to be independent." The mage said with a sad smile.
"They don't even care about their parents." The warrior agreed.
"We're not falling for a pity party." Prince stated.
"That's right!" Feng Wu Qing nodded. He had to go along with whatever Prince said if he wanted to eat tonight. He knew that after they had taught his tranny sister how to cook and do chores, their lovey-dovey parents never really cared about them afterwards.
"Make sure the flyers don't get lost or scattered." Yu Lian said. "They were expensive to make."
"HMPH!"
"Finally free of them," Prince stated happily. "Off I go. Bye."
"You're not going anywhere." Lolidragon said.
"Buuuuuuuut!" Prince whined.
"You dragged us into this." The thief said. "The festival is tomorrow."
Prince huffed.
"That's the attitude! Let's go to hair and dress up."
"Why do I have to be the speech giver and the opening act again?"
"Because you are you."
"Booooo!"
"Suck it up and smile." Lolidragon said. "We're doing a final, live photoshoot."
"I don't wanna."
"Oh Prince dear." Lolidragon said with a smirk. "It's amazing that even in these final moments, you still think everything is about what you want."
"Everyone else seems to think the world revolves around me." He pouted.
"We know the real you." Lolidragon retorted. "Your fake charms don't work on us mr; Prince Charming."
"Okay looking back on it, I admit that was a silly name."
"Glad you acknowledge it." Lolidragon stated.
Prince just shrugged and sighed, mumbling things to himself. "Let's just get this over with."
"Yep!" Lolidragon agreed. "We need to do some other things after this shoot so."
"Nooooooo."
"Yeeeeees."
Their bickering continued until they both reached the place the shoot was going to be in.
After handing out nearly all the flyers over as much ground as they could cover, Ascendant Dragons were grumpily handing out the rest of the flyers nearby Infinite Castle.
A crowd always formed near Infinite Castle. Security was top-notch, but passerbys were still allowed to be around up to a certain point. It was the perfect place to end their task.
"We shouldn't have come back..." The warrior uttered out.
"Just picture the fame we will receive after all of this for helping them out." The mage stated.
"I don't see how handing out flyers is helping out." The warrior said.
The mage begrudgingly agreed. "I feel like they just dumped on us what they didn't want to do." She said.
"Whatever, let's just get this over with." The warrior said as he handed the mage half his stack.
"Flyers! Get your flyers here!" The mage loudly exclaimed.
"Flyers?" The crowd was all abuzz now.
"Everything you need to know about the festival is in this flier." The warrior said.
The crowd rushed over to them.
"I need two." One of them said.
"I need five!" Another exclaimed.
"I need three." Someone else said.
The warrior whistled and tried to calm everyone down. "Whoever wants a flyer needs to line up."
"There's plenty to go around." The mage assured them.
While the whole flyer thing was going on, Prince was doing vocal lessons.
"Aaaaaaaahhhhh aaaaaaaa—aaaa!"
Lolidragon shook her head. "It's more like, aaaaahh aaaaa aaaa miiiiii!"
Prince threw a dirty glance her way. "I'm just warming up."
Lolidragon ignored the stare. "You're singing live and NEED to be at top shape." She said.
Prince reached for a water bottle, opened it and took a big gulp. "You're all joining in for it." He said. "I don't see you practicing."
Lolidragon smirked. "We can all be tone deaf if we want to." She reminded him. "We're not the ones known for having an amazing singing voice." She added for extra measure.
"I hate you all." Prince said.
