Another chapter for another day. Like I said in the last author's note, Danny and Louise will work undercover for Princess Henrietta, and there will be a shocking, world shaking surprise, or just a surprise depending on you guys, at the end of the chapter! Well, enjoy!

Chapter 7: Undercover Familiar

"Again," Danny said as he watched Louise create a ball of magic. She wasn't sweating like the last time she did this, a sign that she was improving. "And make it bigger this time."

"Right," Louise said with a nod as she made the magic ball bigger. She strained a little before the ball increased in size until it was double in size. "I did it."

"Impressive," Danny commented as the ball disappeared. "You're improving at a fast rate."

"Thanks," Louise said with a slight blush. "What's next?"

"Let's take a break," Danny suggested as he stretched his arms. "You've been at it for the entire morning."

It's been almost a week after the Crumbling Dirt incident, and Louise has been getting popular lately. No longer was she mocked and called 'Louise the Zero'. A few boys even started courting her, but she ignored them. She also seemed a bit nicer to Danny, with few orders and even have him eat on the table with a full meal. Though she would be mad and scold him when Kirche would glomp him now and then.

Speaking of Kirche, she and Tabitha seemed to have become friends with Danny, much to Louise's ire. Kirche would flirt and hug Danny by surprise, much to his embarrassment, while Tabitha would just sit next to him when Illococoo was with him, sometimes talking a bit.

Danny's status to the workers in the academy also idolized Danny even more, saying that he was the shining star to them for stopping a magical thief that even the elites couldn't catch. They were treating him like a VIP, much to his embarrassment

Louise and Danny sat on the ground, letting the pink-haired girl rest. Danny was on his back, looking as the fluffy clouds passed by.

"So, how's your friend doing?" he asked as he looked at Louise.

"She's doing fine," she answered, looking at her Familiar. "With Loungeville apprehended, the heat of the theft is finally off her."

"Good for her," Danny said with a small smile. "Someone as nice as her shouldn't have to be blamed for all of this."

"Yeah," Louise said with a nod. She was happy that her friend wasn't in trouble anymore, and that she was partially responsible for it made her feel proud of herself. "I'm happy I could help her."

Danny looked at her before he grinned. Louise noticed his look before she blushed. "W-w-what are you grinning at, you dog!?"

"Nothing," he said as he closed his eyes, maybe he could take a nap.

"Miss Valliere!" a voice exclaimed, causing him to open his eyes. He looked and saw that it was a random maid. "The Headmaster is calling you. He says it's urgent."

"Wonder what it could be," Danny said as he and Louise stood up and dusted their clothes.

"It's probably important," Louise said as they followed the maid.

Later…

"This is definitely important," Danny commented as he and Louise walked through the grand halls of the castle. Leading them was a maid that works in the castle.

The Headmaster told them that Princess Henrietta was summoning the two of them, much to their surprise. Did the princess want to thank them for their work on capturing the thief? Or did something bad happen?

The maid stopped in front of a twin, ornamented door and knocked on it. They heard the princess say "enter", to which the maid opened the door and bowed, letting the two in. Danny saw that this looked like a throne room, the same one Princess Dora had, only more colorful.

At the throne sat Henrietta, looking dignified. When she saw them, she smiled as she gestured at them to come forward. When they were close enough, Louise kneeled and bowed to her with respect. Danny just stood behind her, not knowing what to do.

"Milady," she said as Henrietta walked towards her.

"Please stand up, my friend," she said with a smile. Louise stood up and the two girls shared a hug. "It is very nice to see you Louise."

The two let go as Henrietta stood in front of them. "I apologize for taking so long to thank you for your assistance with reclaiming the Staff of Destruction and capturing the Crumbling Dirt."

"Your words flatter me, your Highness," Louise said with a small blush on her face. "…But most of the work was done by my Familiar, Danny."

"Really?" Henrietta said as she looked at Danny, who just gave a sheepish smile. "It is impressive for a Commoner to defeat a Mage as strong as the Crumbling Dirt."

"You flatter me too much," Danny said with a grin. Suddenly, Henrietta walked towards Danny and offered a hand, the back of it facing him. He looked at it before at Henrietta, who's eyes were closed. Blinking, he grabbed the hand and shook it, surprising the two girls. "How do you do?"

"Idiot!" Louise exclaimed, slapping Danny from behind the head. "You were supposed to kiss her!"

"What? You want me to kiss the princess!?" Danny exclaimed as he stared at Louise in shock. "To think you'd used me like that…"

"That's not what I meant!" Louise exclaimed, slapping Danny harder on the head. "Letting you kiss her hand is a show of her gratitude and respect!"

"Oh, well why didn't you just say so?" Danny said, rubbing the back of his head. Henrietta giggled at the scene. Suddenly, her smile was replaced by a serious look.

"Actually, I have a favor to ask from you, Louise," she said, getting their attention. "You see, there is a situation that I can't solve alone."

"What is it, your Highness?" Louise asked in a worried tone.

"I have been having problems in the local village," she said in a sad tone. "There have been reports that Nobles has been mistreating the Commoners in the village. But when I asked the Nobles about it, they would say they nothing about it."

"Well duh," Danny said, getting their attention. "You don't expect the killer to say he killed the guy just by asking him."

"That is true," Henrietta said with a downtrodden expression. "I do not know who to trust and what to do, and after what Count Mott did, I cannot trust their word. I need your help."

"But what do you want us to do," Louise asked in a confused tone.

"I need you to go undercover in the village, as a Commoner," Henrietta said, getting a surprise look from the two of them.

"A Commoner? You want me to be a Commoner" Louise gasped, getting a look from Danny.

"You make it sound like that's a bad thing," Danny said in a deadpanned tone.

"I know this is too much to ask for, but I don't know who else to rely on," Henrietta said sadly. "Please Louise, help me!"

Louise looked at her friend, who had her head down. She didn't want to see her like this. She then looked at Danny, who simply just shrug, showing that this was her choice.

"I'll…I'll do it," Louise said, getting their attention. "I'll go undercover and find your troublemaker!"

"Louise…" Henrietta said with a small smile.

"You're not doing it alone," Danny said, standing next to her. "I'll go too. Because, it's impossible for her to act like a Commoner. Hehehe."

"Shut up!" Louise exclaimed at him with a glare.

"Thank you," Henrietta said gratefully. "I shall provide you with money and clothes. Please be careful, Louise."

"I will," Louise said before bowing. "Thank you, your Highness."

Louise and Danny walked out the throne room, to prepare for their mission. As they walked, Danny was silent, something that Louise noticed.

"Is something wrong, Danny?" she asked, causing her Familiar to look at her.

"It's just…so many people have to suffer because of this inequality," Danny said as he thought about the people who were helpless against the ones with power. "I…I used to be a hero in my old world, always helping those who can't…"

"Really?" Louise asked in surprise. To think that her annoying Familiar was a hero, but that would explain why he was so different from the rest of the Commoners.

"Yeah, but I retired because of how it never ends," Danny said as he looked down. "I knew it was wrong…but all the fighting, all the hate…I couldn't stand it anymore, so I ran away from my duties. Maybe that's why my friends left me, they didn't like how cowardly I've been acting…"

Louise didn't know what to say or do, never seeing her Familiar like this before. It was weird to see him frowning instead of having his goofy smile.

"But now, that hero inside me wants to come out," Danny said and looking at Louise with a smile. "And he wants to help this world…Thank you, Louise."

"Huh?" she didn't hear the last one.

"Nothing," Danny said as he looked forward. Because of being summoned here, he finally realized what was missing in his life. "I hope your acting skills are good, Louise, because you need to be very convincing to pass as a Commoner."

"Shut up, you stupid dog," Louise mumbled as she looked down.

Later…

"These clothes are uncomfortable," Louise grumbled at her clothes. She was wearing a black dress and a hat, carrying a small hand bag. Danny was beside her, listening to her complains. It's been half a day since they began their mission, and Louise was about to lose it.

She changed her cotton and silk clothes to the clothes of Commoners, which she hasn't worn before. Though the clothes she was wearing now was the closest thing to how she wore, but they were still Commoner's clothes.

"Why can't we buy a horse?" Louise asked again, glaring at her Familiar. He decided that Louise might not be trusted with the money, so he decided to keep it safe.

"A Commoner doesn't need a horse to walk," Danny said as he looked at the village. "Besides, a horse is expensive. Princess Henrietta only gave us enough money for a Commoner. A horse will only hurt us."

"Can't we make more money?" Louise said with a frown. "I know Commoners go to gamble houses to make more money."

"No," Danny said with a stern look. "We're not going to risk losing our money just to make more. Besides, this is enough until we find the Nobles who are causing trouble."

Louise frowned at him before they kept walking. Danny was looking around the village. It looked the same as last time, with people doing whatever they're doing; shopping, selling or just walking and talking. He looked around the place, thinking on what to do to capture the crook red handed.

He then spotted what looks like an inn and a bar. Maybe he'll find some clues there. After all, he remembered in all those RPG games that a bar is where information is.

"I'm gonna go and ask some questions," Danny said before he took some money from the poach and handed it to Louise. "Don't spend it all in one place."

Louise glared at him, not liking that he was treating her like a child. With a huff, he took the money and walked off. Danny watched her go, right towards the place where people gamble. He sighed, but wasn't surprised. This could be a valuable lesson for her.

He walked towards the inn and entered through the wooden doors. Inside, the people who were either eating or drinking were being waited by pretty girls with great bodies.

Yup, this was definitely a place where those Nobles would harass Commoners. He sat on the counter and was greeted with a pretty girl with long, black hair that was kept by a white bandana and was wearing a green dress with a white apron. Like every girl here, she was also well developed.

"Hey there handsome," she greeted with a wink. "Can I get you something?"

"Just a glass of water, please," Danny said as he rested his arm on the wooden counter and looked around. The girl placed a glass of water right in front of him, so he took a sip.

"Haven't seen you around here before," the girl said as Danny put the glass down.

"I've been around," Danny replied before he looked at the girl. "Tell me, have you guys been having…problems with the upper classmen?"

The girl paused a bit before she kept working, acting like she didn't hear him.

"Why would a stranger want to know that?" she asked, still in the welcoming tone.

"I and my master were sent here to help," Danny explained as he put the glass down and looked at the girl. She looked at him, straight at his eyes, like she was trying to look for some form of deceit.

"…A pair of Nobles would come to the bar every night to harass us girls," she admitted with a frown. "We complain and asked them to stop, but they threatened us. Even our boss can't do anything, even though he wants to."

"I see," Danny said as he mused. "Will they be coming again tonight?"

"Who knows," the girl replied with a shrug. "They're becoming cautious lately."

"Okay then," Danny said as he stood up. "Then I guess we're staying here until they show themselves."

"What?" the girl said with a surprised expression.

"Like I said, I and my master was sent here to help," Danny said. "Until we catch those Nobles red handed, we'll be staying here."

"Really?" the girl said before smiling widely. "Thank you. Truth be told, we were beginning to lose hope. Can I ask for the name of the man who will help us?"

"It's Danny," Danny said with a small grin.

"Unusual name," the girl said with a grin herself. "My name is Jessica."

"Well then, Jessica, I'll see you later," Danny said as he stood up from his seat. "I just need to get my master before she spends all the money I gave her."

He walked out the inn and towards the place where Louise went. Sure enough, Louise was outside the casino, looking at the ground in anger.

"So I guess you lost all your money," Danny said, getting Louise's attention. She glared at him, not liking the knowing smirk on his face. "I told you so."

"Shut up!" Louise grumbled as Danny chuckled.

"Anyway, I got a lead on our troublesome Nobles," Danny said as he pointed at the inn. "They go to that inn every night to harass the girls working there."

"I see, good job," Louise said, looking a bit happy.

"But they're being cautious," Danny said with a sigh. "So we need to go undercover and work in the inn for a few days until we see them."

"What!?" Louise exclaimed, looking at Danny in disbelief. "Do you expect me to-mmh!"

"When being undercover, you don't shout," Danny said with a deadpanned expression as all the people looked at them. "C'mon."

He dragged Louise towards the inn, ignoring her shouts of outrage being muffled by his hand. They entered the inn, and Louise was shocked silence. The girls were wearing such indecent clothing, in her opinion, and were happily serving these men. She looked at their bouncing chests before at her before she pouted angrily.

"Oh, is this your master?" Jessica said, leaning on the bar as she spotted Danny and Louise. "Have to say, she's kinda small."

Louise turned red at that comment, staring at her chest. Danny didn't notice as the two sat down.

"So, can we talk to your boss?" he asked as Louise sat down.

"Sure, I already told him what you plan to do," Jessica said with a grin. "Monsieur Scarron! The guy's here!"

"Oh my!" a masculine voice that tried to sound feminine exclaimed. They looked and saw a man in great shaped, wearing a purple leotard, have puffy lips, a very curly moustache and goatee, and well-combed hair. "These are the kind people that will help us? They are so young!"

"Well, you can't judge others by appearance," Danny said in a deadpanned tone.

"A man in a leotard…" Louise said, not able to process what she was looking at.

"But still, I am so grateful!" Scarron said as he winked at the two. "My girls and I have been afraid of those Nobles and couldn't do anything to stop them, so thank you!"

"Don't thank us yet," Danny said as he looked around the place. "Until we find those Nobles and stop them, you guys are still in hot water. So, do you accept our help?"

"Of course, Monsieur Fenton!" Scarron said with a wink. "With such a reliable looking man like you here, maybe my precious fleurs can sleep well tonight!"

"Hey, I didn't agree to this!" Louise exclaimed, looking at her Familiar with a glare.

"Well, you lost half of our money, so I'm calling the shots," Danny said with a smirk at her, causing her to turn red. She looked away with a huff as Scarron started explaining what their job will be.

Later…

"Welcome!" all the girls shouted as customers entered the inn, causing the men to grin and blush. At the end of the row of girls, Louise was red in the face. Never in her dreams has she thought that she would dress in such an inappropriate outfit. She was dressed in a green maid's outfit, complete with the apron and headdress.

She swore that after this mission, she is going to kill Danny.

Speaking of Danny, he was busy making food with Jessica. As it turns out, he can cook a little. He was still wearing his clothes, with an apron on. His weapon was behind the bar, since it might make people uncomfortable to see him armed.

"Wow, you're really good," Jessica said as she watched Danny cook the stew.

"When you have parents like mine, you learn to cook," Danny said as he remembered the hotdogs that tried to eat him.

"Oh? What did they cook?" Jessica asked in a curious tone.

"You don't wanna know," Danny said as he finished the stew. "Stew's done!"

Louise was carrying the food and drinks to the table, spilling a bit. She never thought that she would do something like this, doing servant's work. And the way those men stared at made her a bit uncomfortable. She doesn't why the other girls would willingly flirt with those perverted men, even thanking them for the compliments.

"Hey there, new girl!" one of the men exclaimed as she gave them their food, causing Louise to cringe. "Wanna keep me company?"

"No," she said with a huff before walking away. That was the third man that attempted to flirt with her, and it was starting to annoy her. To think that people do this for a living.

After a while, the drunk people started walking out the inn to go home. All the girls lined up to receive their pay.

"You all did good, girls!" Scarron said happily as he gave them their well-earned pay. "Well, except one."

When he was in front of Louise, he gave her only a little pay, barely enough to buy a piece of bread.

"Hey, how come my pay is so little!?" she exclaimed as she stared at the boss.

"It's because you weren't being a good host, petite fille," Scarron explained with a wave of his fingers. "You need to make those men feel welcome and comfortable."

"Why should I?" Louise said as she crossed her arms with a huff.

"Now, now, don't be like that," Scarron said with a giggle. "After all, you could use this experience to seduce a man, ufufufu."

"S-s-s-seduce?" Louise stammered. For some reason, Danny flashed in her mind, but she quickly shook it off. "I can't do that!"

"Ufufufu, it's not healthy to deny your urgers," Scarron said before he pulled out an outfit from somewhere. It was a very small, inappropriate maid's outfit. The frilly skirt was too short, black stockings and a shirt that was just a cloth to cover the chest. To the other maids, this was too small, but it was just the right size for Louise. "With this, every man will fall for you, despite your body."

"I can't wear that!" Louis exclaimed, her face redder than a tomato.

"Take it," Scarron said, forcing the outfit in Louise's hands. "You might need it. Now, go home safely, my beautiful fleurs!"

With that, Scarron and the girls left the room, leaving a red faced Louise, holding the maid's outfit.

Meanwhile, Danny was outside, in the air and invisible, watching the girls and making sure the girls won't get attacked. It's been a long time since he did a stake out. There was no way he was going to let this girl get attack at night, the most cliché way for an ambush.

As he watched them go home safely, he started musing about the Nobles and Commoners problem. He read a lot about this in history classes, how the rich misused their power towards the ones who can't fight back.

It reminded him of Plasmius, who misused his powers to gain wealth and political advantages. But even with all that money and power, he still wanted more, things that he could never have.

Will the ones with power always want more? To what end will they greed end? And without him to stop that power-hungry lunatic, are other people suffering?

"Focus," Phantom muttered as he rubbed his head. "Geez, I'm so homesick that I'm starting to miss the Fruitloop."

Once the last girl was safely back home, he flew back to the alley next to the inn and transformed. Once he was Danny again, he entered through the back of the inn.

"Hey there," a voice said. He looked and saw Jessica, minus the headdress. "What were you doing out there?"

"Just looking around, making sure there weren't any shady characters out there," Danny said with a shrug. "What are you doing here? Shouldn't you be going home?"

"I sleep in the inn," Jessica replied with a shrug. "Besides, I live in the countryside, it's far away."

"I see," Danny said with a nod. "Why are you so far away from home?"

"Well, it's quiet out in the countryside," Jessica said with a smile. "Everyone know each other and all you do is farm and raise animals. I mean, it's nice, but it's too peaceful for my taste."

"So you moved here?" Danny said, understanding a bit. That was why he was here in the first place, he got bored.

"Yeah," Jessica said before looking at Danny. "What about you? I can tell you're not from around here."

"How can you tell?" Danny said as he crossed his arms.

"Because you're here," Jessica said with a small smile. "No one would ever help us against the Nobles. Everyone is too afraid of them."

"Well, I'm not like everyone," Danny said with a smirk.

"So I've heard," Jessica said, confusing Danny.

"What do you mean?" he asked.

"I heard about you from my cousin," Jessica said. "She works in the academy."

"Do I know her?"

"I think you do," Jessica said. "After all, you saved her."

"…Siesta?" Danny said with surprise. "I didn't know you were related to her…but I can see some resemblance."

"I heard how you saved her from that Noble creep," Jessica said. "That's why I'm glad that you're the one helping us. If someone can actually stand up to Nobles, maybe we won't be so afraid anymore."

Danny smiled, feeling a bit happy from her words. In all his time of being a hero, no one has ever said something like that towards him.

"Well, I better get to bed," Danny said as he started walking towards the stairs. "Goodnight, Jessica."

"Goodnight, Mr. Hero," Jessica said with a smirk as Danny walked upstairs. Monsieur Scarron was kind enough to let them sleep in the attic free of charge. He would have let them have the nicer rooms, but Danny didn't want to take advantage of their hospitality.

And he wanted to teach Louise a lesson on how hard Commoners live.

He entered the small door and saw Louise lying on the small bed, looking she was having trouble sleeping, must be because of the hard bed. She turned her head and blushed when she saw him.

"Feeling okay there?" he asked as he removed his jacket and placed his naginata on the wall.

"I'm fine..." she said as she avoided looking at him. The words Scarron said echoing in her head. She distracted herself by focusing on the bed. "This bed is so hard!"

"It's actually comfy compared to other beds," Danny said with a smirk.

"How do Commoners sleep on these?" she said as she punched the hard mattress.

"Work really hard all day and that hard mattress will be the softest bed in the world," Danny said before he laid his jacket on the ground. "Well, goodnight Louise."

Louise looked and saw Danny getting ready to sleep on the ground, with only a jacket as his comforter. She looked down, not knowing why she was complaining earlier. She was on a bed, which was way softer than the wooden floor. Even back at the academy, he was sleeping on the ground, with a bed made of hay.

"Um…you can sleep on the bed with me if you want," she said, looking away to hide her blushing face. Danny stood up and looked at her with a raised eyebrow.

"You sure?" he asked, noticing how small the bed was. "It's pretty small for two people."

"It's fine," Louise said, turning redder. "As your master, I order you to sleep with me."

"…You know that sounded dirty, right?"

"Just get on!" Louise exclaimed, both annoyed and embarrassed.

Danny gave her a small grin before he sat on the bed. He lied down on his back and could feel his feet dangling on the edge. It was uncomfortable, but it was better than the floor.

"Goodnight, Louise," Danny said as he closed his eyes and fell asleep.

"…Goodnight…"

Three Days Later…

"Here, enjoy it, you dog," Louise said as she handed the food to her customers.

"Thank you!" they all exclaimed with heart for eyes.

She tried to be as nice and welcoming as the other maids, but when one of them groped her butt, she lashed out at them. For some odd reason, all the men started asking for her service. They seemed to enjoy her shouting and ordering them. Soon enough, Louise was in the lead of having the most customers.

"There are so many kinds of people in the world," Danny commented as the men started barking, standing next to Jessica.

"At least business is booming," she said with a chuckle.

"I don't feel comfortable with the idea of Louise doing this kind of work," Danny commented in a deadpanned tone.

"Worried for her?" Jessica asked.

"Actually, I'm worried for myself," Danny said. He didn't want to be whipped by Louise. He's seen the adult magazines hidden under his sister's bed, he's not interested.

Suddenly, they heard a commotion outside. Everyone quieted down as they stared at the entrance, hearing some horses and loud voices. The wooden doors were suddenly kicked open, and two Nobles came strutting in. One was an obese blond guy dressed in to small clothes, and the second one was so skinny brunette that a gust of wind could blew him away and the clothes he was wearing looked too big. Walking behind them were about a dozen or so guards.

"It's good to be back," the fat man said, looking like he was having trouble breathing just saying the words. "That damn princess is becoming too nosy for my taste."

"Why does she even care about these dirty peons," the skinny one said in a nasally voice. "We have the prestige, so we can do whatever we want with them."

As to prove his point, he grabbed a plate full of food that a nearby guy was eating and threw it to the ground before spitting on it.

"To think they would eat this slop," he said as he began stepping on it. The men all glared hatefully at him, but they were too afraid to fight back.

"Okay, now it's personal," Danny said as he cracked his knuckles as the two Nobles started grabbing the women and kicking the men off their chairs. Soon, the guards were following their example, ignoring the protesting woman.

"Hey, cut it out!" Louise shouted, getting their attention. "They didn't do anything to deserve this!"

"You were born as trash," the fat guy said with an ugly sneer on his face. "That's enough reason for us to do this. We were born on a higher hierarchy, so we can do whatever we want, so get lost you flat girl!"

Louise froze before she turned red with anger. With a growl, she pulled out her wand that was hidden in her dress and aimed at the two Nobles, who looked at it with shock. A glowing ball appeared on the tip, growing in size before it was the size of a boulder. With an indignant roar, she fired at the two men.

There was a bright light and a loud booming sound inside the inn. Everyone coughed as the smoke and dust slowly disperse. The two Nobles were on the ground, covered in burns.

"No, my clothes!" the skinny one complained as he looked at his expensive clothes.

"You…who do you think you are, brat!" the fat guy exclaimed in anger.

"I am Louise le Blanc de la Valliere!" Louise exclaimed, shocking the two Nobles. "And in the name Lady Henrietta, you are under arrest for abusing your powers!"

The two Noblemen were shocked and afraid. They didn't know that the princess had a spy here. Thinking quickly, they both pulled out their staves to silence Louise. Before they could cast a spell, a pair of hands grabbed their staves and with a twist of a wrist, broke the wood.

They turned around and saw Danny with a smirk, their guards piled behind him, unconscious. Now they were afraid.

"W-w-w-w-who do you think you are, Commoner!" the fat one cried, a wet spot appearing in his pants.

"I'm the Familiar of Louise," Danny replied as he cracked his knuckles. "I was also the temporary chef of the place."

He turned his attention to the skinny guy, who also had a wet spot appear on his pants.

"Oh don't worry," Danny said as he smiled at them. "I won't hurt you. They will."

He pointed behind them. They both looked and paled when they saw every Commoner in the room all glaring bloody murder at them, holding whatever they can grab as weapons.

Screams of pain echoed through the village that night.

Later…

Danny was lying on the bed in their new, bigger and clean room. It was way better than the attic, and the bed was a nice improvement. Scarron was so grateful for their help in stopping that Nobles that he wanted them to spend their last night in the best room he could offer.

Since it was a reward, he couldn't refuse it. Louise seemed happy to finally not sleep in the attic. He was waiting for her, wondering what was taking her so long. She told him that she has something for him, what it was he didn't know.

The door suddenly opened, causing Danny to sit up straight. His eyes widened when he saw Louise, only she was dressed differently. She was wearing a very revealing maid's outfit. The skirt was so shirt that if she took a step, it'll show her underwear, the shirt only covered her chest, she was wearing black stockings and cuffs on her wrists.

Louise was looking away from Danny, her face an unhealthy shade of red. She didn't know what made her put on this embarrassing outfit, but since it was the last night in the inn, she might as well try it on.

"Louise?"

"Y-yeah?"

"What are you wearing?"

"I-i-i-i-it's something Scarron give me as a reward for doing such a good job!" Louise stammered, saying the first thing that was on her mind.

"Okay…" Danny said, not sure what to say about the man's idea of reward. He had to admit, it did look good on Louise. It actually made him blush. "It…looks great on you."

Louise froze when she heard that. She looked and saw that he was a little flustered, and she was the one who made him like that. This made her feel a little brave. With new determination, she walked towards him and, surprising further, sat on his lap.

"…Are you feeling okay?" Danny asked, looking worried that Louise might have drank some alcohol. Why else would she act like this?

"Just be quiet…you dog," Louise said, remembering how some of the men enjoyed being called dog. She calls Danny dog all the time, but maybe she needs to be more demeaning. "You stupid dog. You probably enjoy being picked on by your master."

"…You are definitely drunk," Danny said with a deadpanned expression. He then put Louise on the bed and stood up. "I'm gonna get you some water."

Louise watched as Danny exited the room, to get some water. Her blush intensifies and she buried her face on the pillow, groaning as she felt her pride getting crushed.

"Stupid dog, stupid dog, stupid dog!" she cried as she kicked the bed. She didn't hear the door open. Danny saw Louise's small tantrum. Since she was kicking, her skirt got lifted and he could see her underwear. He stared at it for a few seconds before he put the glass of water on the ground before slowly closing the door.

"Well, time to go to the attic," Danny said as he walked towards the attic. He didn't want to be near his drunk master right now. Who knows what she might do to him.

Somewhere…

Deflinger was finally out of that rusty old weapon's store. It's been so long since he was out of the store. It happened so suddenly, just a few weeks ago, he was sold to a merchant from another country, saying that he was the sword he was looking for.

Since then, he was carried by the merchant for many days now. He wondered what the merchant wants with him, probably as a circus attraction since he can talk and all. Still, it was better than being in that dusty barrel.

Deflinger was shaken out of his rusty thoughts when he noticed the building in front of them. It was a cathedral; grander than any castle he's ever seen. Inside, the place was practically sparkling, so different compared to the weapon's store.

"Ah, you have arrived, and with the sword," a male voice said. "Miss Dani, the sword is here."

Deflinger suddenly felt it, the power of Gandalf. Looking through his nonexistent eyes, he saw a young girl that looked almost like that kid that took Ryo ni Kiba. And on her right hand was the ruins of Gandalf.

"So, it's finally time," Deflinger thought as the girl took the sword, causing the ruins to glow brightly.

"So…my name is Deflinger," he said to his new owner. "What's your name?"

"It's Dani," the girl said with a smile. "Dani Fenton."

And there you go! Since some of you were saying that I was copying Dr, Forgotten Fables' story, I decided to do something you guys weren't expecting, I turned Dani into Gandalf! Ha! He didn't do that, so I'm not stealing his work! And the two's mission was done differently. Two obnoxious Nobles got beaten by the Commoners, and Louise is trying to be a woman. Hehehe, that's funny.

Well, hoped you like the chapter. Since Danny and Dani are Vindalf and Gandalf, then that means Vlad will be Mjovitnir. Let's face it, it's kinda obvious I was gonna do this after I revealed Dani is Gandalf.

Next chapter, love is in air, or is it? Love potion mishaps is gonna happen!
