Autobotschic: XD I don't blame you for feeling sorry for her. XD I do too sometimes.

IvoryCrawler: XD Sorry. I had to work a lot of extra hours that week. I had planned it to be longer, but I didn't have to time to write it.

Answerthecall: If Sunny can. MWUHAHAHAHAHA

Zrexheartz: THERE'S NOTHING BETTER! Whoot!

Sunstreaker's Girl: XD Hopefully! Synchro and Striker might end up doing more harm than good though.

Crypt and Charger ran down the halls. A internal comm. message had started playing through all the comm. systems. "All untrained personnel please head to the designated safety zones. Trained personnel report to the first floor rec room, and prepare for hostage situation."

"You think Covenant got them?"

"No." Charger snorted. "It's Synchro."

Crypt rolled his optics. "How do you even know this?"

"Easy, That's where Bluestreak was meeting Smokescreen. Oh, and Smokescreen told me that Striker threatened him over comm to get the slag out."

Crypt groaned as they slid to a stop. "Ironhide probably isn't even going to be here."

"You told me earlier that you were pretty sure Covenant took Barricade, right?"

"Um, yeah." Crypt nodded.

"Chromia isn't going to take that well. She might even go murderous."

Crypt smirked. "So she might." He quickly knocked on the door. "Chromia, it's me, Crypt. I have news on Barricade!"

The door slid open, and Chromia stood in the doorway. "Did you find him?"

"No, but we know who took him."

Chromia grabbed Crypt's throat and lifted him up. "Spill."

"A femme named Covenant!" Crypt fell to the ground when Chromia released him.

She nodded. "Where is the femme?"

"In the base now. She's also trying to kill Bluestreak."

Chromia frowned. "Why?"

"No idea. We're working on it though."

Chromia nodded. Turning back into her quarters leaving Crypt and Charger standing there confused. After a moment Chromia came out with a huge blaster. "Let's go." She pushed passed the two. "Where is she?"

"Sunstreaker has her in the second floor hall." Charger smiled.

Chromia nodded. "Alright then."

Sunstreaker grunted as another kick jabbed his side. "I trained you, and your brother." Covenant growled. "Targa and I!"

Sunstreaker grabbed her pede as she went in for another kick. He pulled and the femme fell to the ground. "Since when has that meant anything?" Sunstreaker quickly scrambled to his pedes.

Covenant slowly stood up. "It means I know what you can do, and I know how to defend against it. As long as you and your brother are separated, I can destroy the two of you."

Sunstreaker scoffed as he gripped his sword. "Good luck keeping us apart for long. You're all by your lonesome."

Covenant laughed. "Who says I'm alone?"

Sunstreaker frowned. "Scrap."

/Sides! She's not alone!/

Sideswipe jumped as a BANG rang out from the hall he was running down. A shot hit right in front of him. Sideswipe glanced around quickly. No one. "Scrap. A sniper, really?"

/Sides! She's not alone!/

/I know./

Sideswipe heard a click before he jumped out of the way, just in time to miss being hit. "Who's there?"

"Who wants to know?"

The voice echoed around the room, and Sideswipe cursed. There was no way he was going to find the sniper by sound. He'd just have to follow the shots. "The name's Sideswipe. Cool huh? I like it."

"I'm sure you do." Click.

BANG!

Sideswipe jumped out of the way, rolling to the side. "Air duct, really?" Sideswipe smirked as A gray mech slid out from the air duct.

"Seemed nice at the time."

Sideswipe's helm fell to the side. "Have I seen you before?"

The mech shrugged. "I've been around." He threw his rifle to the side before two compartments on his thighs opened up. Two blasters sat waiting for him to grab them. He did.

He pulled the guns out and started shooting at Sideswipe.

Sideswipe quickly pulled out his sword. He easily deflected the energy blasts as he charged forward. He pulled his sword up, and swung down.

The mech crossed his guns into and 'X' shape easily blocking Sideswipe's swing. "The designation is Livewire, by the way."

Sideswipe jumped back. "You're on Bluestreak's team of Snipers." Sideswipe cursed.

Livewire shrugged. "I am. I had no idea he was our target though. That was a shocker. I actually thought it was Freefire."

Sideswipe jumped away from Livewire. "Your mistake I guess."

Livewire smirked. "I guess it was." He brought his blaster up and shot.

Sideswipe cursed as the shot his wrist and his sword went flying. "Frag!"

Livewire smiled as the sword impaled itself into the wall behind him. "Lovely." He slowly stepped forward, both blasters aimed at Sideswipe. "Shame. I thought this was going to be a challenge."

"Me too."

Livewire jumped quickly turning to the voice behind him. BANG!

Sideswipe stared wide opticed at the yellow and gray mech that had just shot Livewire in the side of the helm. "Hi, I'm Freefire!"

"H-hi."

Freefire smiled as he crouched down next to Livewire. "Just between the two of us. Livewire was an awful wingman."

"I'm sure." Sideswipe walked over to the back wall, and pulled his sword free. "Uh, thanks."

"Anything for a beautiful mech like you." Freefire stood up. "Maybe we can frag sometime. You know the fragging that bots do when somebody saves their life and they're just so overjoyed!"

"No."

Freefire shook his helm. "Fine. Uh, did I hear that somebody was after Bluestreak?"

"Do me a favor." Sideswipe smiled. "Go to the Prime and tell him that we have a dangerous intruder, and not to worry about the rec-room."

Freefire nodded. "Sure."

Bluestreak glared up at Synchro. "What is your problem? You're in trouble now!"

Synchro crouched down, and smiled at Bluestreak. "I'd murder everybody on this planet if it means protecting my family."

Bluestreak frowned. "That would totally sweet if it didn't point towards psychotic tendencies."

Synchro smiled. "It would be sweet, wouldn't it?"

Bluestreak rolled his optics. "Let everybody go, Sire."

"They aren't the hostage here. Anybody else could go any time they wanted. You can't."

"Why?"

Striker kicked Synchro. "Get up."

Synchro snorted. "Shut up. I'm talking to our-"

"Could you not say that?" Bluestreak looked away. "I don't like it."

"Okay, I'm talking to my youngling."

Striker rolled his optics. "Yeah, well too bad."

Synchro slowly stood up. "I'll be right back, Blue." He grabbed Striker's arm, and pulled him passed Bluestreak's hearing range. "What did you do?" He hissed.

Striker rolled his optics. "Why is it when I say anything, I did something wrong."

"Because you are ALWAYS doing something wrong!"

"I like being wrong!" Striker huffed. "Besides. I didn't do anything wrong this time."

"Tell me how holding all these bots hostage isn't wrong. Not that I care, I'm just making a point."

Striker shook his helm. "I'm not doing anything wrong besides that!" Striker pointed up. "There's a bug up there."

"A bug?"

"Like a listening device!"

"I know what it means!" Synchro glared. "Why didn't you shoot it earlier like you did the other two!"

"Because this one belongs to the Autobots. I don't know if they're using it, or that crazy glitch is!"

Synchro shook his helm, pulled out a blaster. "Show me where."

Striker smirked. "I always liked it when you took charge."

"I know."

Ironhide slowly stepped towards the recreation room, blaster ready. He jumped when he heard a shot, and his audio feed for the recreation room went out. "Frag." He stepped cautiously towards the entrance, and kept to the wall. "Synchro! What are you doing?"

"Ironhide, nice of you to join us!"

"Striker." Ironhide greeted blandly. "How about you two let everybody out."

"How about we not." Synchro answered.

Ironhide sighed. ::Ironhide to Optimus::

::How is it going?::

::Unfortunately not well. This scrap could have all been avoided if Red would just get if aft in gear.::

::Red?::

::Red Alert, he's the best in the security business. Anywyas, I'm going to need more bots::

::none are there? They should have all gotten the message::

Ironhide frowned. ::There's something else going on here. Optimus stay in your office. Ironhide out::

"Synchro, what's going on?" Ironhide yelled.

Synchro's helm popped out of the room, and Ironhide jumped. "Frag it, Mech!"

Synchro nodded. "Hello, I'm not sure if you're aware, after all, you did leave the Helix Group, but there's a psycho femme after Bluestreak, and she's in the base right now."

"What?"

"Charger and Crypt were supposed to talk to you, but I guess they didn't get around to it. Her name is Covenant. We've known about her for awhile, but she's proving hard to find. She kidnapped Sliver and Scatterfrost at one point. She tortured them for information."

"She's after Blue cause he…"

"She was against Sentinel. We don't know why she's after him."

Ironhide nodded. "You're keeping those bots safe." Ironhide cursed. "You could have thought of a better way to do that!"

"You put two leaders of Praxus's underground crime organizations together in a room! Of course it's going to turn into a hostage situation. Listen, just find the femme, and take her out."

"Got it." Ironhide sighed.

::Optimus, we have a problem.::

"And then Livewire just tried to kill the poor, incredibly cute Sideswipe! What else was I supposed to do? He had to go! Nobody tries to kill that cute of a mech! Oh, and then Sideswipe said there was a dangerous intruder, and not to worry about the rec-room!"

Optimus stared at the yellow and gray mech. "You did the right thing. I'm not sure it was for the right reasons, but good job."

"Are you going to send help? Freefire by the way. I'm single."

Optimus frowned. "I'm sorry?"

"I asked if you were going to send help!" Freefire yelled. "Primus! This isn't the time to try and get in the berth with me, but after this, I am totally free."

::Optimus we have a problem::

Optimus turned his helm away from Freefire. ::Indeed. There's an intruder in the base::

::Ho-::

::A young mech came to tell me. Find the intruder::

::Yes, sir!::

"It is being taken care of now, Freefire."

Freefire sighed. "Oh thank Primus. So maybe we can go for dinner sometime?"

"Gather anybody you know who is trained, and find the intruder. Help Ironhide."

"Okay!" Freefire smiled as he left the room.

Sunstreaker grunted as his frame was thrown against the hall's wall. Covenant used her forearm to hold his neck up against the wall. "You're weak."

"I guess… Targa must have been… too."

Covenant growled. "Don't you dare go there!"

"Why are… you even doing… this?"

Covenant punched Sunstreaker. "Because what else am I supposed to do? Kaon is running with Decepticons. Targa is gone, murdered by some slagging aft! And I'm all alone!"

"What about those slagging younglings, huh?"

"WHO CARES ABOUT THEM?" Covenant threw Sunstreaker against the ground. "Who cares? What about me? I was there! I watched with glee as Sentinel was shot down, and then his stupid body guard! How was I supposed to know that was Targa?" Covenant growled. "I was I supposed to know I was kicking the helm of the closest thing to love a person from Kaon could have! How was I supposed to know I was looting the graying frame of Targa?"

Sunstreaker grunted as he slowly stood up. "That's your problem."

"So is that fragging sniper. He's going to be torn limb from limb. He's going to be in so much pain when I'm done with him, that he won't even remember what it was like NOT being in pain!"

Sunstreaker snorted. "It's too bad your delusions will never be reality!" Sunstreaker tackled to femme to the ground. He straddled her, and started punching. "What fragging right do you have to take MY friend away?"

Covenant held her servos up to block the punches. Sunstreaker grabbed the femme's wrists and brought pinned them above her helm. "I asked a slagging question!"

"What right did he have to take my Targa away?"

"More right than you have right now." Sunstreaker brought his helm down against the femme's with a sickening crack. The femme's optics fizzled before going dark.

Crypt, Charge, and Chromia slid around the corner. Charger stared at the scene with a smile. "Wow. I would have loved to see this."

Sunstreaker slowly stood up, and walked over to the group. "No, you wouldn't."

"She's the one that took Barricade?" Chromia slowly walked up to the femme, giving her a hard kick in the side. "So where is Cade?"

"Probably back with the cons."

Chromia turned to the red mech holding his wrist coming out of another hallway. "Sideswipe, right? What do you mean?"

"Covenant said he was a piece of Decepticon engineering. I doubt he was a real youngling." Sideswipe grunted. He walked passed the femme and over to Sunstreaker. He placed his servo on his brother's shoulder and smiled. "Blue's safe. He's in the first floor rec room still."

Chromia glared down at Covenant. She growled before she turned away. "She faked the files. There never was a youngling coming to stay with us, was there?" She turned back to the femme, her leg ready to give another kick. "Where'd she go?"

Sunstreaker turned to the spot where the femme formerly laid. "Slag it!"

Sideswipe slowly. "Blue!"

Bluestreak glared at the doorway. Synchro smiled as he and Prowl walked through. Prowl had a glare on his face, and his doorwings were in a 'V'. He walked over to Bluestreak, and stared down. "Covenant is here."

Bluestreak's face fell, his mouth fell open as he tried to say something but nothing came out.

Synchro glared over at Prowl. "I told you not to tell him!"

"Lying is what made you and him fight in the first place." Prowl crouched down in front of Bluestreak. "I would not worry. We have it-" Prowl's sentence was cut short when the lights in the recreation room went out. The room was thrown into darkness. "The generators should kick on in a moment." Prowl stood up glancing around the room.

The room was left in darkness for more than five breems, until the lights kicked back on. Prowl glanced around the room, and frowned. "The generators should have kicked on faster than that."

Synchro nodded. "They should have."

Striker laughed. "Oh wow! Anybody else see that dead mech over there?"

A mech hung from the wall, an energon blade in his chest pinning him up.

The room went into hysterics. Mechs ran out of the room. Synchro stared at the body with wide optics before he turned to Bluestreak. "We need to go." He grabbed Bluestreak's arm, and pulled him up. "Come on!"

Bluestreak pulled his servo away from his Sire's. "I can run without holding your servo!"

Synchro stared and Bluestreak and nodded. "Alright then. Come on."

The small group of mechs ran out of the room, and took a quick left into the many halls of the Iacon base. Bluestreak slowly fell to the back of the group, before stopping all together. He watched the rest of the group run away before he turned around. "You're back there, right?"

A green femme slowly walked around a corner. "It was stupid of you to stop."

"I know."

"You know I'm going to terminate you, right?"

Bluestreak nodded. "Y-yeah."

The femme growled. "And you're just going to let me?"

"I-I… Yeah." Bluestreak's doorwings sagged as he looked away. "I deserve it. I'm awful."

"You are." Covenant stepped forward. "You disgusting, horrible, and everything I hate!" Covenant pulled out an energon blade. "You're going to be terminated now."

"Good." Bluestreak nodded. "I don't know what I did to you personally, but I know what I did to others!"

"You- You killed Targa! You piece of slag!" Covenant readied her blade, and stabbed.

Bluestreak heard the scream of "STOP!" and suddenly everything went slow. He saw everything at once. He watched the Green and Gray jump in front of him, arms flared out to block him. He watched the energon fly out in all directions. He watched as the twinkle of happiness in Covenant's eyes faded into anger. He watched as his Sire fell to the ground, leaking life energon from his chasis.

"S-sire?" Bluestreak fell to his knees, his servos hovered over Synchro, unsure of what to do. "Sire."

Covenant started giggling. "Oh, was that your sire? That's too bad."

Synchro glanced over to Bluestreak. "Idiot." His optics started flashing before they went black.

Bluestreak felt his intakes stop. "S-sire?" He listened as the green femme giggled. He felt the anger bubble up. He wasn't mad at Covenant. No. It was his fault. "SHUT UP!" He yelled.

Covenant fell silent. "Oh, what? Does it hurt? Are you mad at me? Good! Cause this is what you did to me! This is better than offlining you! Primus! This is so much better. This is li-" The femme went flying back as Bluestreak's fist connected with her face.

"I SAID SHUT UP!" Bluestreak stepped forward. "All of a sudden, I don't care what I did to you! Maybe you deserved it! Maybe I did the word a favor!"

Covenant growled as she stood up. "I know I did the word a favor!" She threw her own punch, hitting Bluestreak in the gut. He slid back with moan. Covenant slowly stepped closer. "You are the disgusting one here." She gave Bluestreak a kick. "You are the low no good piece of scrap!" She crouched down. "You're worse than the lowest thing in the galaxy!"

Bluestreak growled as he angled his helm and head butted the femme. He felt his chevron graze the side of her helm, and he watched as she hissed and hit the ground.

Bluestreak stepped over to her, and reeled back his leg, kicking her in the side. "Shut up!" He kicked again. "You don't know anything!" He stomped his pede down on her gut. "You think you do! Pit, you think you know me! You think I'm a monster!" He kicked the femme's helm. "And maybe I am!" He gave the femme one last kick, and watched as she groaned on the ground. He slowly stepped back. "No, I know I am."

"Bluestreak!" Sideswipe slid to a stop taking in the scene. "Oh…"

Sunstreaker skidded to a stop next to Sideswipe. Ironhide slowly walked out from another hall. He walked over to the femme, and pulled her arms behind her back, and cuffing her. He glanced back at Bluestreak who just stood staring at the ground. "It's okay, Blue."

Ironhide pulled the femme up to her pedes. "Move."

Covenant could barely limp as she made her way down the hall, led by Ironhide. Bluestreak glanced over to his sire, and fell to his knees. Sunstreaker glanced over to Sideswipe and elbowed him. /What are we supposed to do?/

Sideswipe shrugged. /Comfort him?/

Chromia ran around the corner followed by Crypt and Charger. Charger took in the situation quickly and cursed. "Crypt, med kit." He held out her servo, and Crypt quickly dug in his subspace before pulling out a medical kit. "Go call Ratchet, and I'll do what I can."

Crypt nodded before running down the hall.

Optimus stood in front of the femme's cell. He glanced inside, and nodded. "I am Optimus Prime."

"I don't care." The femme glared.

"I am in charge of choosing your punishment."

"Terminate me."

Optimus frowned. "If I refuse?"

"Then let me go." Covenant looked away.

"I can't do that either." Optimus sighed. "I'll think of something. Watch her, Inferno."

Inferno, a huge Red and gray mech nodded. "Yes, sir."

Optimus walked out of the brig and stopped in front of a troubled Ironhide. "Are you alright, Ironhide?"

"No. I just stood and watched as Bluestreak beat the scrap out of that femme. I stood behind a wall, and just let him at her."

Optimus frowned. "I see."

"Synchro is in the medical bay. He offlined. Nobody has the spark to tell Blue yet." Ironhide shook his helm. "He thinks his sire is still in surgery." Ironhide cursed. "Striker ran off. Primus knows where he went."

Optimus put a servo on Ironhide's shoulder. "It can only go up from here."

Ironhide shook his helm. "You can always go further down. Chromia told me that Covenant planted Barricade. He's a piece of Con engineering."

Optimus frowned. "I'm sorry."

"I don't think Chromia will ever want another youngling again." Ironhide sighed. "I better get to the medical bay. I guess I'll be the one to tell Bluestreak."

"I will come with you."
