Bumblebee peeked around a corner. He glanced up and down the walk way until he felt safe enough to step onto it, and start running where he was going. He took a hard left before jumped into a crack between two buildings. His small frame was huffing and puffing as his system trying to work all the heat out of his tiny frame.

He peeked out of the crack and paused. A huge black mech was standing over him. The mech hadn't noticed Bumblebee, so he pushed himself back into his hiding spot. The mech stood there for awhile until a femme came up to him. "Nobody's seen a yellow and black mech."

The mech grunted. "If that slagging femme sent us here as a set up, I'm gonna be fragged off."

"Tell me about it." The blue femme leaned against the wall next to the mech. "Did we have to come here, Ironhide?"

The mech grunted. "Yes. Ever since Barricade, you've locked yourself up in your room. Elita's asked about you twice."

Bumblebee frowned. Barricade? Covenant mentioned a Barricade before she left!

"Well." The femme pushed herself off the wall. "We aren't going to find the mech just standing here. Let's go."

The big mech nodded. "Alright."

Bumblebee watched them walk away, and peeked his helm out of the crack. A smile fell over his face. Maybe they knew Covenant!

Bumblebee walked behind the mech and the femme as they asked around for a yellow and black mech. He didn't really know who they were looking for but maybe he could help. He quickly ran to get closer to the two, and started walking between them.

The big mech sighed. "I give up."

The femme shook her helm. "What? Do you just want to go back empty handed?"

"No, but what are we going to do?"

"Find him?"

"If Covenant didn't give a name, how are we supposed to find him?"

Bumblebee frowned. They did know Covenant! He reached out and grabbed the femme's leg.

The femme shot forward, her arm transforming into a blaster. Bumblebee stared up at her, his optics wide. "Are you my Carrier?"

The femme looked confused as she glanced over to the mech. She glanced back down at Bumblebee. "No, but…if I was, I'd punt you to the moon."

Bumblebee's optics lit up. "You know Covenant! Where is she? Is she okay? Where's Targa? He's gone, and so is Covenant!"

The big mech stepped forward. "What's your name?"

"Bumblebee."

"I'm Ironhide." The mech smiled. "That's Chromia. Are you Covenant's youngling?"

"I don't belong to Covenant. I don't belong to Targa either. I can show you my house!"

Chromia glanced over to Ironhide. "We're supposed to take you with us. Covenant sent us to get you."

"And leave home?" Bumblebee shook his helm. "I can't go. Targa told me not to ever leave without him."

"Targa. Who is Targa?" Ironhide asked.

"Targa is always with Covenant. Covenant is always with Targa."

Chromia sighed. "You can trust us. Come with us."

Bumblebee frowned. "Why?"

"Because it's dangerous here." Ironhide crouched down. "You need somebody to take care of you."

"Targa takes care of me."

"Targa isn't here right now, is he?"

Bumblebee frowned. "No."

"He's been gone for a while, hasn't he?"

"Y-yeah."

Ironhide stood up. "Come with us."

Bumblebee glanced back in the direction of his place before he looked back at Ironhide. "Okay."

Bluestreak hummed as he walked into room. He jumped when he saw Hound. "Hound!"

Hound stared at Bluestreak for a moment. "Blue. I kinda thought you left. You hadn't been here in a while."

"Oh… I, uh, Sorry."

Hound shrugged. "It's fine. It's none of my business. How are you? I heard."

Bluestreak frowned. "Yeah. I'm better."

Hound nodded. "I'm actually going to go stay with Mirage for a while. He got a room to himself and he's kinda, well, lonely."

Bluestreak nodded. "Yeah. That's cool. Have fun."

Hound gave Bluestreak a small smile as he ran out the door.

Bluestreak frowned. "I don't remember talking to Hound being so awkward." He shook his helm as he threw himself onto his berth. He still needed to talk to Smokescreen, Jazz, and Primus forbid Kaymin.

When had his life gotten so out of control? Bluestreak rolled over to his side, and stared at the wall. His optics slowly offlined. "I don't even care when it happened. I just want it to stop being so crazy."

Smokescreen knocked quietly on Ratchet's new office door. "Come in." He stepped inside and smiled. Ratchet glanced up, and threw his stylus down ontop of a data pad. "What?"

"Hi."

"What?"

"Um, I talked to Rung about Sire, and he had some concerns, so I was just going to check and see if you knew anything-"

"Get to the point." Ratchet grunted.

"Rung thinks Sire's processor has been tampered with."

"It has." Ratchet answered.

Smokescreen's doorwings flew up. "What?"

"Striker and Synchro did it."

"H-how, why?"

"How? They forced me to do it. Why? Terrabyte."

Smokescreen glared at Ratchet. "Yeah, because that one word is going to tell me everything!"

"Terrabyte won't tell you anything. Striker killed him."

Smokescreen gave Ratchet a blank look. "For what?"

Ratchet sighed. "Forget it. I answered your question."

"Why did they tamper with his processor, Ratchet?" Smokescreen growled.

Ratchet sent a glare to Smokescreen. "Because some things are better left forgotten. Now get out!"

Smokescreen stood up. "Processor tampering is dangerous, Ratchet."

"You don't think I know that?" Ratchet stood up, his optics locking onto Smokescreen. "I run extra tests on Bluestreak's processor to make sure nothing's out of place. I keep a close optic on him at all times. I warned Synchro and Striker about it, but those two never listened!"

Smokescreen shook his helm. "I had a higher opinion of you, Ratchet."

"Yeah, well so did I." Ratchet grunted as Smokescreen stomped out of his office. "So did I."
