Damian leans back into his chair, a sketchbook laid open on the desk in front of him along with a small tin of graphite sticks. He is distracted from his drawing as he hears the laughs of his brothers and Colin coming from the living room. Abadoning his sketch, Damian gets up and makes his way over, standing in the doorway.

If he was younger, jealousy would have bubbled in his chest at the sight before him. There was Dick and Tim on either side of Colin, the former telling him some sort of joke to make him laugh hard while the TV played in the background. They sat close on the couch, Dick's arm wrapped around Colin's shoulder as he continued to whisper things that made the redhead roar with laughter at what seemed to be at Tim's expense; he looked a little embarrassed, mumbling under his breath. If this had happened years ago, which something along the lines of this probably had, Damian would have pulled Colin away in a momentary fit of anger, jealous that someone else could make Colin so happy.

Damian was older now and definitely more mature in the matters that concerned his heart. So, instead, he smiles, leaning against the doorway with crossed arms and watches the absolute mirth which pulls the wide smile of Colin's lips. He was thankful that Colin got along so well with his brothers, his father and this whole... Wayne lifestyle. Damian knew it must not be easy living with him and his family but Colin made it seem so natural. And he was grateful that his brothers cared and approved and treated Colin as part of a family, something Damian knew he craved.

"Having a lot of fun without me, Wilkes?" Damian calls, a light smirk on his lips. Maybe a slight twinge of jealousy still exists deep within him. He is then pulled into the conversation, quite literally when Colin gets up and pulls him over to the couch, "You have to hear this."

For the next ten minutes, he listens to the retelling of how Tim had messed up, which was no surprise to Damian, and how Dick teased him mercilessly about it, also to no surprise. Colin was tucked underneath his arm and his legs spread out on Damian's lap as he chuckled and laughed through the retelling. Damian only smiled and gazed at his redhead. As annoying as his brothers got, he was glad his brothers were so stupid sometimes, it made Colin very happy, after all.
