Gotham had a decent park or two where kids could roam and play in during daylight. Colin enjoy going to them as a kid whenever he had the chance to leave the orphanage. It was always an adventure. Now, much older, he still sees the allure of this place. It was big and open, a large area of green in front of the bench he was sitting on and to the right, a smaller kid's park with swings and slides. It looked better than he ever remembered. Probably because of the Wayne Foundation's annual community donation and countless charity balls. Colin smiled and it widened when he remembered why he was there as he spots a certain Wayne strolling up to him with a big, black Great Dane in tow.
"Hey, there," Colin grins, leaning back into the bench as his boyfriend soon stepped up to him, to which Damian gives a grumpy huff back. Colin can tell just how exhausted Damian is and how for once it has caught up to him. A long case with Bruce, Colin guessed as he sits up and loops his arms around Damian's thighs, "you look cute," the redhead says, smiling up at Damian. He did, dark under eyes and all, Damian was still stunning in black turtle neck and joggers.
Damian bites back a smile, shaking his head a little as he looks down at Colin and runs a hand through his red hair, "do I?" he questions, now smirking. He liked compliments if they were from Colin.
"You do," Colin grins, his hands slipping under Damian's shirt to feel the muscle and tight, yet soft, skin that laid there. Although seemingly innocent, it has been quite some time since they had last gotten together intimately and it really began leaving Colin wanting for more. Sadly, with Damian being gone all hours of the night and sleeping through a lot of the day, as well as Colin's job and mixed patrols, there never seemed to be any time for the both of them to be together.
"There are children around," Damian rolls his eyes as he takes Colin's hand from underneath his shirt and intertwines it with his own before slipping the Titus' leash into the redheads hand. "And we are here to take this one for a walk, so come on."
With that Colin sighs and gets up, stretching by putting his arms over his head, yawning after. Damian sneaked a peek at the happy trail that went down from his boyfriend's belly button. He'd be lying if he said he didn't miss Colin for more than just his company.
"Hey there, cutie," Colin grins as he crouches down and begins to give Titus the attention he so well deserved. And boy, did Titus love it, responding to Colin by giving little licks to the boy's hand and nuzzling again his knees. Damian always loved watching the two.
The next twenty minutes were spent walking around the busy streets of Gotham with Titus being the star of attention, getting stopped every so often by little kids who wanted to pet the Great Dane. Titus didn't mind a single bit, tail wagging all throughout the trip. "Ready to go home, boy, huh?" Colin cooed, to which Titus gave a slight nod to. All this walking and interacting does make a pooch tired! He was also sure there would be a nice meal waiting for him at home. Titus gives a bark, now excited. "You ready to go home?" Colin asks again but this time to Damian, who looked like a zombie at this point. "Y'know, I could have walked himself to save you the trouble. You should have napped," Colin says, frowning as he worried after his boyfriend who then gave a shake of his head.
"It's okay, c'mon," Damian grabs Colin's hand and intertwines their fingers. How could he pass up time with the love of his life? Would Damian outright tell him that, though? No. Plus, it was cute watching the redhead worry over him.
Now back at the manor and Titus free of his leash, not that he really needed it in all honesty, and currently chowing down on a meal Alfred left out for him, Damian finally had Colin all to himself. Just barely inside the manor doors, Damian pulled his boyfriend close, nuzzling his head into the crook of his neck and letting out a deep breath. "Missed you," he mumbled which prompts Colin to wrap his arms tightly around Damian.
No one was really around so Colin leaned down to give Damian a quick peck, smiling widely into the kiss that was returned in a split second and deepened considerably. Then suddenly, their hands were everywhere. Pressing against skin underneath their shirts, tugging gently at each other hairs, cupping cheeks and just when Damian's hands going to pull on the other's belt, a bark scared them both enough to give them mini heart attacks. "Titus!"
There Titus was, sitting patiently enough with his tail wagging and ready to receive more attention from his two favorite boys! He didn't know why they were attacking each other but he was glad that his bark stopped them!
A frustrated groan or two later and a half hour spent letting Titus chase them around the manor until the pup finally felt tired enough to take a small nap, the boys could finally rest on Damian's bed. Colin had an arm wrapped around Damian's torso as they laid on their sides, his boyfriend finally letting him be the big spoon for once. Pressing into Damian slightly, he smirks slightly and gives a kiss to the other's neck, "wanna finish what we started?" he whispers.
"... Damian...?"
Great, Colin thinks, sighing softly before finding it quite easy to drift off as well. Napping together was nice, too.
all caught up!
