Chapter 38: Danger For Everyone

We had used Goku's instant transmission to get to the lookout. Everyone had stood frozen still not knowing exactly if what they were seeing was a ghost or something.

"Oh, Goku!" Cried ChiChi as she ran and embraced her husband in a loving hug. "Please tell me your my precious husband?!"

Goku smiled down at his emotional wife. "Yes, it's me sweetheart. I missed you."

ChiChi broke down in tears while everyone else stared at the scene with tears of happiness developing in their eyes. Bulma then was jumping up and down with Dende, Puar, Oolong and Mr. Popo, while Master Roshi just simply continued to watch with a grateful smile.

I smiled as I still carried Gohan on my back while Wisheater was balancing on top of my head..

Suddenly Goten and Trunks had started running around the place and eventually ran into Goku after he had released ChiChi.

"YEOW!" Goku screamed picking up his leg off the ground.

"Uh oh.." Kid Trunks mumbles as he realized what had happened. Goten then looked up at Goku while Goku looked down at him. In an instant, Goten ran behind me. "Who is he Tania? Why does he look like me?!"

The poor kid was scared out of his mind. I smiled but before I could say anything, Gohan's father had got down on his knees and asked, "What's going on here? Is that a little me?"

ChiChi smiled and announced, "Goku, this is Goten. He's your new son."

Instantly, there came a huge grin on Goku's face as he took in the news. "Wow really?! That's great!"

Goten kept on hiding, but after seeing his father's smile, he calmly let go of me and said, "Your smile is just like my big brother's... You are my daddy!"

He then ran up to his dad and gave him a huge hug. At that moment while everyone was celebrating the return Of Goku, Gohan stirred slightly.

My eyes lowered down to him. I was beginning to worry a little. I have to get him onto a bed quickly so he can rest.

Without saying a single word, I flew over inside the place and went into a special room away from the others. I layed Gohan on the bed and prepared to put all those medical equipment to use.

"Hold on, don't do anything!" Wisheater demanded. I took him off of my head and held him in front of me.

"What is it?"

"I know your thinking about using the medical equipment on that boy, but its best not to do that in this case."

I became confused. "What do you mean its not okay? He can die if I don't use anything. What if it he starves? He needs help with his breathing and-"

"STOP AND LISTEN!" It yelled in a deep voice, immediately making me become quiet.

"I know your worried about Gohan, I can sense your emotions and read your mind. I just need you to put your hand near his heart master. Alright? I'm sorry for yelling at you." Wisheater apologized.

Nodding my head, I did as I was instructed.

"Next, close your eyes and don't think of anything whatsoever."

"Alright."

"What is this?" I ask Wisheater as we were suddenly standing in a field of beautiful flowers. Well, Wisheater was floating and I was standing...

"To ease your worry, I guess this is more of a gift to you from me." It laughed. "Well, atleast until your friend wakes up."

"I love looking at a field of flowers but-"

"Tania! Tania!" I suddenly hear a voice from behind. I slowly turned around to see Gohan running towards me with a huge smile. I covered my hands over my mouth with complete shock evident on my face. He kept running towards me.

"You didn't Wisheater?!" I almost screamed with happiness.

"I'm guessing you like the special present just for you. I took you inside of his hearts greatest desire." Wisheater explains. "His desire to see and be with you."

"Like some sort of dream?" I questioned before Gohan finally catched up to me.

"It really is you Tania. I'm gl-." The demi-saiyan begins to speak before I interrupted him with a passionate kiss then embrace. I could feel his heart racing and when I released him free, I saw that his entire face had gone red.

He was staring at the ground shyly. His blush deepened when I touched his face. "Gohan, are you alright?"

He looked back up at me and began nervously scratching the back of his head. "Y-Yes, i'm a-alright..."

"All I did was kiss him Wisheater, why is he so embarrassed as if we never had kissed before?" I whisper to the sword as Gohan was struggling to keep his nerves down.

"Remember this is a sort of dream. He might have forgotten about some events of his waking life. Anything can happen. For example, I can see here."

"But how? How does that work for you? Your a sword."

"I don't know myself, but I just can." Wisheater stated.

"Weird..."

Gohan stood frozen. It was as if he had something on his mind. I waved my hand in his face. "Is anyone home?"

I then realized that the demi-saiyan was staring at something behind me. I turned around to see a whole other scene...

"Wow!" I exclaim, "It's the most amazing stack of food i've ever seen!"

I drooled just staring at all those goodies. My stomach began growling and my tail began wagging side to side at a fast pace.

"Its been forever since we last ate! Gohan, what are you waiting for? I know you're just as hungry as I am, let's dig in!"

I then grabbed Gohan's hand and dragged him over to the beautiful pile of food. I took a deep breath, released my grip on Gohan, and ran into the food with super speed.

"Tania, where'd you go?" Gohan yelled. I resurfaced chewing a mouthful of spaghetti while holding a handful of chocolate chip cookies with my left hand and holding onto a chicken leg with the other

Gohan then had fallen over. Wisheater somehow had suffered the same fate. I swallowed the last string of spaghetti and smiled.

"I wouldn't waste any more time down there if I were you Gohan; the food is gonna vanish soon!" I gave the older boy a heads up.

"N-No wait! Don't eat everything quite yet! I'm very hungry too!" Gohan demanded after hearing his stomach growl.

Immediately, Gohan had used his instant transmission technique, but ended up in the sky upside down. He then came crashing down to the ground, probably three feet away from the piled food.

I let out a giggle as I saw him land face first on the tiled floor. Hey! I couldn't help it! It was hilarious.

"Ow!" Gohan whined while gently rubbing his face. "That really hurt."

"Maybe you should practice your aim a bit more." I suggested before breaking out into laughter again.

Gohan then turned to Wisheater. "Hey it's that sword again!"

Wisheater turned completely around and sighed heavily. "Now you notice me? How very polite of you."

Gohan's eyes widened and it looked as though he almost jumped out of his skin. "The sword... It's t-talking to me."

I just kept on watching the scene, eating a mouthful of rice. I decided to ignore whatever Gohan and Wisheater was talking about and continued to satisfy my starving stomach.

Eventually after a minute or so, Gohan finally decided to devour everything he saw or smelled. In about three minutes everything had basically disappeared. The only thing was to eat a whole bucket of spaghetti. I closed my eyes as I ate, enjoying the last food that was there.

I soon felt something tugging on my string and eventually my lips had collided against something. I opened my eyes to see that I had accidentally kissed Gohan. I pulled back, redder and brighter than a reindeer's nose.

Apparently, Gohan had noticed and also turned red. There then was a smile that formed on his face. The setting then changed to a more romantic place.

The place we were at was absolutely beautiful. There was green grass everywhere and it was sunny, but the breeze felt amazing and there were friendly forest animals around us. The trees uprooted themselves and began dancing and the flowers around the two of us started to sing lovely.

"This is..." I spoke before becoming completely lost for words.

"Magnificent?" Gohan attempts to get the word I was thinking correct.

I fell over.

"Nice try Gohan, but that was way far away from what I was thinking."

Gohan sweatdropped and rested his arms behind his head. "It was worth a shot."

I began to laugh. "I was thinking something more like magical."

I then looked behind me to see that Wisheater was trying to electrocute the animals that was attempting to touch him. I quickly ran over to the blade after picking myself off the ground.

"Wisheater, behave yourself!" I scolded. "You can really harm them!"

"They were trying to attack me, same goes for those trees! There's something off about this place." The sword tried to come up with an excuse.

I observed the animals who looked pretty scared. And the trees... They were still dancing elegantly near Gohan. "Do you honestly believe that i'm going to believe such a ridiculous excuse like that? The animals were just having fun with you and you shocked them! Now there scared. Also, the trees are nowhere near you; There by Gohan."

"But I-"

"No buts! Apologize to these poor creatures right now!"

Wisheater apologized and then began to look over my shoulders. "Tania, what's happening to Gohan?"

I immediately switched my attention to the demi-saiyan. He wasn't doing anything but smiling and waving at me. I gave Wisheater a raised eyebrow.

"Gohan... He was phasing or... glitching?" Wisheater stated as if he was sensing something suspicious or odd going on.

Once more, I faced towards Gohan and saw nothing odd or funny about him. "Uhh... You sure you're not just seeing things?"

"No! i'm not making things up, he really did, I promise! There's something very wrong here master. You gotta trust me."

"Tania? Is everything okay over there? I... um... really need to talk to you about something really important alone... just the two of us." Gohan yells over to me, a small pink tinge appearing on his cheeks.

My heart skipped a beat and I began flying over to him despite Wisheater's attempt to stop me.

My feet touched the soft grass and without time to even react, Gohan had pulled me into an embrace.

I'm gonna love you, when our time is right...
Be thinking of you, every day and every night

My heart began racing as I heard the flowers and even the animals begin to sing to Gohan and I. He kept holding onto me even tighter.

To think that you're someone in this world and someday i'll make you my wife

I could hear Gohan's heart skipping... "G-Gohan?"

So everyday we're not together, I hope that you know that you'll be alright...

Gohan slightly pulled back and looked dreamily into my eyes. His face was still red, but I can tell he's been thinking about something serious for quite some time. He slowly began to lean towards my lips as I did the same to him, closing our eyes before our lips met.

I'm gonna make you feel like you're the only girl in the world
Like you're the only one that i'll ever love
Like you're the only one who knows my heart...

"I've been t-thinking l-lately and uh..."Gohan stutters after kissing me. He suddenly began to look away from me, his blush deepening. I continued to have wishful thoughts. What if he's trying to ask me to be his-

There was a pause. The flowers had stopped singing and the animals and trees stopped dancing. Focusing on Gohan, I could sense that indeed something was horribly wrong.

"ARGHHH!" Gohan clutched onto his heart in agony. My eyes widened when I watched him fall onto his knees. I looked around to witness the trees, animals, and flowers all had evil smirks plastered on their faces. Gohan then began phasing or maybe glitching like a low def television.

He was breathing as if he was about to die. Dropping to my knees, I tried to get Gohan back to his knees. "D-Don't touch m-me!"

He pushed me away with a low powered wind ki attack. I rollled on the grass and caught myself. What's happening to him? He looks as though he's having a heart attack!

Gohan's screaming was torture for my ears. It was deafening! I ran up to him and knelt down. I could already feel my tears sliding down my cheeks at a fast rate. "Please... Let me help you Gohan! You're not well..."

As soon as I tried to touch the boy, he had punched me pretty hard in the eye. I rubbed my eye! Ow! Now that hurt! Why did he punch me like that?

"Y-You gotta leave this place at once Tania! G-Gohan is... He's beginning to become out of control! For some r-reason his heart is starting to turn impure." A familiar voice that didn't belong to Gohan warned me.

"Thornkin, it's you isn't it?" Wisheater suddenly appeared next to me.

The sky was turning to a dark bloody red sort of color.

"Y-Ya. Wisheater, it's me. L-Listen, it is not safe for you two to b-be here! Something is wrong with Gohan. H-He's not being how he usually i-is... ARGH!"

At once, a very faint looking version of Thornkin appeared beside Gohan. Just like the younger saiyan, he too was suffering from the assault in a very harsh way. He then went back inside of Gohan.

Gohan stood and l looked up at him. For the first time since i've met him, I was beyond terrified. He transformed into a super saiyan and grabbed onto my arm very rough. I literally thought my arm was going to be torn off.

He coldly glared at me before releasing some sort of shockwave through my entire body. My entire strength had left me and I blacked out.

I heard voices."How long do you think she's going to be asleep for?"

My body was a complete disaster. I couldn't even move'; My body wouldn't listen to me. I heard screaming nearby. It sounded just like... Gohan?!

I sprung up out of my bed, but then fell completely collapsed flat on my face. "Mann this is torture..."

"No way!" I hear Bulma gasp. "She's already awake!"

"ARGHHHH! ARGHHHHHHHHH!" There was the loud screams again. That's Gohan! I know it!

While struggling to get back on my feet, Bulma had catched me before I made another tumble. "What do you think you're doing young lady?"

My body felt like it was going to shut down at any moment. Of course I couldn't let Bulma know that. I stood up as best as I possibly could. Gohan's screams were then heard again.

"I-I need t-to see G-Gohan..." I weakly say as I slowly, painfully walked to the exit of the room I was in. The only thing that was helping me keep my balance was my tail.

"No you're not going to see Gohan unfortunately Tania." Bulma replies while crossing her arms. I ignored her and eventually made it to the door.

"Excuse me missy! WHAT DID I JUST SAY TO YOU!" The woman genius yelled at the top of her lungs. This did not look like this situation was going to end in my favor. Without hesitation, I slammed the door open and began running down the hall to where I heard Gohan's screams.

"HEY GET BACK HERE TANIA! YOU WILL REGRET THIS!" Bulma shouted as I continued my way to Gohan.

It looked as though I was in Capsule corp right now. Wait, why am I just waiting to hear Gohan's screams if I can just search for his ki... Hold on, something's not right... I can't sense anything. Am I not doing this right?

I attempted to search for Gohan's ki again. Nothing! The next thing I knew I realized I couldn't sense anybodys ki at all. I wasn't able to detect it... Uh-Oh.

"ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! ARGHHHHHH! AHHHHHHHHHH!"

I covered my ears to prevent it from going deaf.

"Oh, MY POOR BABY!" I overheard ChiChi weep. I followed her voice and soon made it into the nursery room.

I was about to pass out from body strain until I saw Gohan really holding tightly onto his gi, near his heart. He was squirming around in obvious pain. I began to silently cry. What's going on? I thought that whatever was happening earlier was just his dream or something...

The fighting gang was in the room, watching in horror at what was happening. I then ran to Gohan who was lying on a hospital bed. Before I made it, I tripped and fell onto my knees. My body was completely paralyzed after I used the last bit of my energy to wrap my arms around Gohan's neck. My head was resting on his chest.

"Tania?!" Everyone says at once in shock. I ignored all of them and held onto Gohan.Please Gohan, don't do this to me! I've been through enough! All I ask is for you is to get better... Is that asking for too much?

My river of tears soaked through Gohan's orange gi. For a moment he hollered one last time and then it stopped. His screaming finally ceased and the boy fell to sleep.

"His screaming stopped when Tania hugged him." Trunks stated with a blank but somewhat relieved face.

"M-My powers..." I spoke still greatly weaken. "My powers are...gone..."

Everyone's eyes almost popped out of their sockets.

"What do you mean your powers are gone?" Piccolo asked as he walked up to me in complete awe. I slightly turned my head towards the namek. My breathing wasn't doing too well.

"I know I can't do anything... I can't sense anything anymore and i'm pretty sure I lost the abilities to fly, throw ki blasts or even have super speed or strength. It all completely left me useless."

"What?!" Vegeta growled, "That's complete nonsense! Your powers can't just leave you!"

I sighed heavily. "Well, mines did..."

"Actually Vegeta, I do feel that her strength had completely almost dropped to nothing. She has a power level of a regular human." Goku announced much to everyone's amazement.

"But how does that happen?" I hear Krillin question everyone. "I'm with Vegeta on this one Goku. Your power can't just leave you just like that. There has to be an explanation."

"There is a explanation to why Tania has lost her powers and why Gohan is acting the way he is." Said a voice from the sky. I looked up at the ceiling.

"No way! KIng Kai it's you!" Goku shouted to the ceiling in excitement.

I continued to rest my head on Gohan's chest. My knees were on the ground and I was beginning to get very sleepy. Maybe, i'll take a small nap...
