I know I am changing the HP plot line a bit, but I felt I needed to, to continue the story they way I want to. :) Please enjoy!

Danny's POV

On night, I woke up with a start. I heard Harry screaming in his sleep. I jumped out of bed and the whole room was up. "What's going on?" Ron said. "Someone get a teacher!" I said. There were only 7 boys in our dorm room (?) including me, Harry, and Ron. Two left to go get a teacher. "Get Dumbledore too. And alert Madame Pomfrey!" The rest left the room.

"What's going on Danny?" Ron said. "Really bad nightmare? I don't know. But I have a plan. A while back, my town was taken over by a dream ghost. I had to wake up my friends, so I overshadowed them and shocked them out of their dreams." I said.

"So your gonna?" Ron said. I transformed. "I'm going to go in. Wish me luck." I said. I took a deep breath and flew into Harry.

If felt like I was falling in darkness. I saw images of Harry's life. The horrible life he goes home to every summer. The first year at Hogwarts, seeing his parents and saving the Sorcerer's Stone. Finding the Chamber of Secrets and defeating the Basilisk. Finding his godfather, and saving his past self. The Tri-wizard tournament, and the return of You-Know-Who. I saw the happiest and saddest sides of Harry's life.

I then landed in a dark, long hallway. I saw Mr. Weasley, guarding a door at the end of the hallway. I start walking down and feel something move beside my leg. I look down and see a large snake! It slithers past and gets close to Mr. Weasley. I keep looking around for Harry, but can't find him anywhere. I see the snake, move and ready to strike. I see the snake strike Mr. Weasley again and again. I fly forward and stop the snake. I hold the snake's head and see Harry. I am really confused at first, but then realize that the snake is Harry. "Harry, snap out of it!" I yell. I am then thrown out of Harry. I land back in the room and rub my aching head.

I see Harry, now awake, and breathing heavy. "You ok dude?" I said.

"We need to get Dumbledore now!" Harry yells, jumping out of bed. I transform and run alongside Harry and Ron. We reach the bottom of the stairs and see Professor McGonagall. "Potter, what is going on?" She said.

"Mr. Weasley is in danger! I saw it!" Harry yelled. "Harry, that was just a dream!" I said.

"No it wasn't!" Harry said.

"We need to see Professor Dumbledore now." McGonagall said. We ran to his office and burst through the door.

"Professor! Mr. Weasley is in danger! I saw him get attacked." Harry said.

Dumbledore then ordered a couple of the paintings in the room to raise the alarm. Sending some to Grimwald Place, and other places to help .

"Minerva, please alert Severus. I don't believe this can wait till morning." Dumbledore said.

"Ok, I'm confused!' I said. "I saw Harry's dream. And it was very realistic, but why are we raising the alarms?" I said.

Dumbledore sighed. "Danny, when Harry survived all those years ago, a connection was made with Voldemort. Harry's connection is getting stronger." Dumbledore said.

"I think I understand..." I said. "But how did you see Harry's dream?" Dumbledore said.

"Well, a while back, a dream ghost took over my town and put everyone to sleep, even me. I was able to break free, but I couldn't defeat him alone. I was able to wake my friends by overshadowing them, and shocking them out of their dreams." I said.

"Amazing, what did you observe?" Dumbledore said.

"Well, I saw a long hallway and a door. Then Mr. Weasley was attacked by this giant snake." I said.

I turned to Harry. "I didn't actually see Harry though, which is weird." I said.

"Harry, where were you in this dream." Dumbledore said.

"I, um, was watching from above." Harry said. I frown, I looked around for Harry and didn't see him. I did see him in the snake. But if Harry wanted to keep this info to himself, that was his business, and I wanted to find out why.

That's when Snape burst in "You wanted me Headmaster" he said.

"Yes, Severus, I believe this cannot wait till morning." Dumbledore said. Snape nodded. "Come with me Potter." He motioned and Harry looked at me and Dumbledore.

"Wait! What is going on?" I said. "This does not concern you Fenton." Snape said.

"Well I wasn't asking you. Look, whatever is happening, I want to know." I said. Dumbledore nodded "Harry must start Occlumency, the art of gaurding your mind against invasions, in this case Lord Voldemort."

"Well I can help" I said, Snape scoffed. "Look, it might shock you, but I have perfected the ability to guard my mind against mental attacks." I said, crossing my arms.

"And how would you do that?" Snape said.

"Easy, in my fights, there have been ghosts and enemies with powers that attack my mind and usually control me or force me to feel emotions. Ember, the ghost rock star wanna be, I just battled here is one of them. When she got really powerful, she could control the minds of most of the kids at my school, and then me. She kinda put a love spell on me to distract me from stopping her. I was able to break it, sorta, but it did strengthen my mind." I said, rubbing my neck.

"Another villain was a ringleader, con man, with a ghost-controlling staff. I did his bidding without another thought, because he controlled me. But I was able to break his control and now my mind is sound in its defense. Clockwork even made sure to train me, to strengthen my mind against more mental attacks. Don't believe me? Ask your hat!" I said, pointing at the Sorting Hat, on top of one of the bookcases.

"Yes, the boy's mind is strong. I had to ask him to let down his defenses to even sort him!" He said.

Dumbledore looked at me with disbelief. "Amazing!" he said.

"I can help! With all the ghosts that are coming here, Harry needs to learn to also fight off overshadowing. If Voldemort recruits some ghosts, and they overshadow him... its all over then." I said.

"Then may you help Harry, please?" Dumbledore said. I nodded "I'll work with him, but I want to be present at these Occlumency lessons. I can give some good pointers." I said and Dumbledore nodded with Snape protesting.

Snape sighed "Well, come on." He said and we walked down to the dungeons.

We went into the Potions room and Snape put Harry in a chair. I looked at Snape with a scowl then turned to Harry, smiling.

"Look, its going to be hard at first. Really exhausting at times, but you can't give up. Now, first you need to clear your mind." I said.

Harry took a deep breath. "I don't know if I can do this."

"Yes you can, I know it." I said. Snape scoffed.

"Now Potter I will attempt to invade your mind. You must fight me back." Snape said, drawing his wand.

"Legitimus!" He said, and Harry started thrashing in the seat, trying to fight off Snape.

"Come on! He wasn't ready!" I said. Snape stopped, and Harry let out a deep breath.

"Untrained, stubborn, just like your father." Snape sneered. "My father was a great man!" Harry said.

I stepped between them "Woah Harry! Now I of all people would love to see you clock Snape in the mouth, but maybe we should try something else." I said.

"Now, lets work on clearing you mind. Its hard, trust me, especially when you are a teenager. But I try and focus on one thing, myself. My breath, my heartbeat." I said, moving the still fuming Harry back down into the chair.

"Now, maybe we should try overshadowing. I was able to fight off ghosts, before closing off my mind. And yes, another ghost overshadowed me. It was awful." I said, transforming.

"Are you ready? Now, this will feel weird, but you can fight it Harry." I said, and Harry nodded. I took a deep breath and flew in.

I opened my eyes and saw Snape.

" 'ello Snape." I said, through Harry. I stood up and started walking around the room, thinking 'Come on Harry fight it.'

I could feel Harry trying to regain control. I sighed and flew out. "That was a good first try." I said.

"But, I didn't do it?" Harry said. "No, I flew out. But I felt you fighting!" I said smiling. Snape rolled his eyes.

"Potter, we need to stop these silly games." Snape said. "Well, maybe a demonstration?" I said.

"Fine." Snape said, raising his wand to me. "Legitimance!" He yelled and I felt his attack in my mind. His spell was searching for any crack in my mental walls. I laughed a bit. I saw him trying to get around my defenses and put up more walls to stop him. Growing tired of this, I threw Snape out of my mind.

"That all you got Snapey." I mocked.

"You are skilled I suppose, Fenton." Snape said.

"man I kicked you butt!" I laughed. "Harry, do you think you can try?" I said. "Um sure?" Harry said, walking over to me.

"Legitimance!"" Snape yelled. Harry fell onto the floor, trying to fight Snape.

"Dude!" I yelled.

"Come on Harry, fight him! Clear your mind!" I said. Snape stopped "We have a lot of work to do Potter."

School is back Monday, so I won't be updating as often! Sorry, but reaserch papers and project due dates are coming up and I really need to get an A on them to bring up some of my grades! :)

But don' fret my children! Christmas Break is almost here! Mine starts Dec 20th, so I will probably be limited in my updates till then.
