Danny's POV
I was, for once, doing well in my classes. Hermione was helping us out, but I grasped the material fast. I had more tie than I usually had back own and my grade reflected it. My best grades were in Astronomy, Transfiguration, and Charms. Sam helped me with Herbology but my ice powers effected the plants sometimes. Snape may not particularly like me but my grades were average. It was Umbridge and DADA which was my lowest grade. Harry was trying to keep his mouth shut and so was I.
Class ended one day and I was slowly getting my books together. I told everyone not to wait up for me. I was planing on exploring the school as Phantom for a bit. I just put my last book into my bag when I heard a "Hm"
I looked up and saw Umbridge.
"Sorry, I am running a bit late today" I said, getting up.
"Oh don't worry about that. Can I interest you in some tea?" She said.
"No thanks, not much of a tea guy" I said.
"Well I may have something you'lll like. Please come up to my office." She said.
"Umm" I said.
"Please, I insist" She said, taking my arm. I sighed and went up to her office.
She pored me a cup of Hot Chocolate and gave it to me. Her office was pink and hideous like her.
"Thanks" I said sipping my drink.
"No trouble. You are one of the students from America?" She said.
"Um ya" I said.
"Why is that?" She asked.
"Um, well I was born there?" I said, unsure about what she was asking.
"Why did you come here?" She asked.
"Exchange student program" I said.
"The Ministry never heard of such thing." She said.
"Ok, well my parents moved here because of work and they didn't want me an ocean away so Dumbledore said we all could go here" I said.
"Why then did Ms. Manson and Mr. Foley come?" She asked.
"Um, there parents also traveled and I asked them to come. I didn't want to go to a new school alone" I said. I put down my cup, ready to leave.
"Drink up!" She said, shoving the drink back into my hand. I knew something was in the drink, but me being a halfa I knew it probably couldn't have an effect on me. I sipped and she smiled.
"What is Dumbledore planning?" She asked.
"What!?" I said.
"What is he planning?" She asked again.
"I don't know" I said.
"Why are you here?" She asked.
"Because I want to learn and my parents are in the country" I said.
"Why are so many students meeting? What are you planning?" She asked.
"I have no idea what you are talking about. Now thanks for the drink, but I need to go" I said.
She stopped me "You will tell me what I want to know." She said.
"Well maybe I won't. I am leaving" I said, my eyes glowing. She took a couple steps back and I ran out of her office and the classroom.
I transformed behind a suit of armor and tried to clear my head. I flew to the Fat Lady portrait and transformed, then entering the common room.
I saw everyone sitting around, relaxing and or doing homework. I sat down in huff, still mad.
"Whats wrong Danny?" Sam asked.
"Umbridge, I think she tried using some truth potion or something on me. Luckily it didn't work. So be on your toes and don't take anything she gives you" I said.
"What!" everyone said.
"Don't worry about it. Lets just focus on the next DA meeting" I said
Harry sighed "I was thinking doing something special before Christmas. I wanted to Patronuses." he said.
"Ok! what are those?" I said.
"Shields against dementors" Harry said.
"Ok, well I'll head over there early to work on the Ghost shield" I said. "I've been able to get a lot of work done on it" I said "Lots of free time due to the lack of ghost attacks"
Right then there was a large explosion and I groaned "Why does the universe hates me?" I said.
"You make it too easy dude" Tucker said.
I grabbed the Thermos and ran out of the common room, along with everyone else.
Tucker and Sam assumed the positions and I transformed. I flew out of the castle and to the grounds where the fight was happening.
I saw Wulf and Dani! They were pounding the crap out of Walker.
"Dani! Wulf!" I yelled and flew over to them. They just finished the fight and Walker was lying unconscious on the ground.
"Here, allow me" I said, sucking Walker into the Thermos.
"Hey cousin" Dani said and we hugged.
"Hej! Kiel vi infanoj ricevas ĉi tie? Tio estas tiom nekredebla!" I told Wulf. (Hey! How did you guys get here? This is so awesome!)
"Dani kaj mi estis batalante Walker kaj portalo malfermiĝis. Ni flugis ĵetis hazarde kaj aperis tie. Kie estas tiu loko?" Wulf said. (Dani and I were battling Walker and a portal opened up. We flew through accidentally and appeared here. Where is this place?)
I was about to answer when everyone started coming out of the castle.
"Crap… Ok. Look, this is a school for wizards. Only a few people know my secret. The rest think I am all ghost. You know why I came her Dani, act cool!" I said, then translating into Esperanto for Wulf.
We walked over to the shocked crowd.
"Dumbledore! This ghost has brought a werewolf to Hogwarts!" Umbridge yelled.
"Hey! He is not a werewolf! He is a ghost! And a good one at that." I said. "He and my cousin Dani just defeated Walker!"
Dani and I were battling Walker and a portal opened up. We flew threw accidentally and appeared here. Where is this place?
"Kial estas ke bufo parolas?" Wulf said. (Why is that toad talking?)
"Ugh tell me about it" I said.
"What did he say?" Umbridge said.
"He doesn't speak English. Its Esperanto." I said.
"Phantom, can you please explain what happened here and introduce us?" Dumbledore said.
"Well, Walker was a ghost that, you guessed it, doesn't like me. Dani and Wulf here fought him. Dani is my, um, cousin? Wulf is a ghost wolf that Walker tried to use to track me but he is a really good guy" I said.
"Thank you Phantom. May we continue this in my office?' Dumbledore said and I nodded.
"Come on guys, follow me." I said and we all flew up to Dumbledore's office.
We phased through and Dumbledore was walking through the door with McGonagall and Umbridge.
"Hey Dumbledore! Guys, this is the Headmater. Dani and Wulf, this is Dumbledore. This is also Professor McGonagall and Umbridge." I said, then translating into Esperanto.
"Hey Dumbledore! This is a really cool school you have here!" Dani said flying around the office.
"Dumbledore! I cannot stand for this!" Umbridge said.
"Well then sit down" Dani said and I laughed pretty hard.
"Who exactly are you?" Umbridge asked.
"Danielle Phantom. But call me Dani or else" Dani said crossing her arms.
"She's my cousin like I said before" I said.
"Cousin?" Umbridge asked.
"Um, well actually my clone." I said.
"What?" Umbridge said.
"Clone! My DNA is her DNA" I said. "Don't ask why she is a girl and I am not. Its complicated" I said.
"Ya, the fruitloop messed up in making a perfect clone son of him. I think he actually made an improvement" Dani said and I punched her arm.
"They just flew in for a bit, a portal accidentally sent them here." I said.
"If you vouch for them I can't see a problem. They are welcome to stay here as long as they need to" Dumbledore.
"Thanks" I said and was about to translate for Wulf when Dumbledore did it himself!
"You know Esperanto?" I said.
"I like to know many languages" he said.
I smiled "Can I um tell you something in private?" I said.
"Yes, McGonagall, can you escort Professor Umbridge out?" Dumbledore said. Once we were alone I transformed.
"Now, Dani here is also" I began to say when she also transformed.
"A Halfa!" She said.
"Yes, I believe you told me about her before school started." he said.
"Good" I said.
"Come on Danny! I want to see the school" She said.
I asked Wulf and he said he wished to take a nap. I said I knew a place and we transformed and went to the Room of Requirement.
"I want a place Wulf and Dani can stay" I though 3 times.
Then the door appeared and Wulf went inside to see a comfty room with a place for him and Dani to sleep.
"Come on cousin. I want to introduce you to everyone" I said.
We flew out to the Great Hall, everyone was having dinner.
"Ready for an entrance?" I said and she nodded. We flew into the Hall and everyone gasped.
"Hey! This is my cousin Dani!" I said, the Hall exploded with talking.
She flew around, laughing. "Now I know why you came here. This place is awesome!"
We then flew out and back to the empty common room, where I transformed. "Stay invisible, we will go to the room later" I whispered
Everyone came back, talking of Dani. "Lets head to the room, so we can talk" I said and we all went to the Room of Requirement to ind Wulf passed out. Dani transformed and shook Ron, Hermione, and Harry's hands.
We found some chairs and a table and talked for what seemed like hours. After a while we all left Dani and Wulf to head back to the common room.
