I AM SOOO SORRY! I have had some writers block with this story and I FINALLY had a break! :) Please please enjoy! :)

Danny's POV

We were back at Hogwarts. It had been two weeks since Christmas and school was actually good for once. Even Umbridge couldn't touch my good mood. No ghosts had attacked in forever, my grades (for once) we good and I was able to really relax for the first time in forever.

"The DA meeting is this Saturday" Harry said while we were working on our homework in the Library.

"Ok, what will we be practicing might I ask?" I said.

"I was thinking someone could help us with some more defensive spells." Harry said.

"What?" I said "Who?"

Sam hit her forehead with her palm "You! Lord are you clueless sometimes"

"Oh!" I said "sorry"

"Its ok" Harry said.

My good mood disappeared once the wisp of mist escaped my mouth. I groaned and Sam pulled out the Thermos. I ran behind a bookshelves in the way back and transformed. I flew outside I quickly looked around and saw Kitty on the school grounds.

I flew down and crossed my arms "What are you doing here Kitty?"

"I got sucked into a random portal looking for Johnny and ended up here" she said "Have you seen him?"

"Sorry, but no" I said "And if you could please go back to the Zone that would be nice"

"Fine Danny boy...then again...Walker is offering a pretty price on your head" Kitty said.

"Kitty" I said sternly.

"Fine! I'll go...but only if you promise to let me know when Johnny comes around here. I know he will be wanting to try for that reward." Kitty said.

"Fine, now if you could" I said.

Kitty then floated up, waved and took off.

I then saw Sam and Tucker along with Harry, Ron and Hermione running out.

"What was that?" Ron asked.

"Kitty, luckily she only wanted to find Johnny, so it wasn't too much trouble" I said looking around really quick and transforming.

"Who is Kitty?" Hermione asked.

"She is the girlfriend of Johnny 13. He rides a motorcycle and a nasty shadow henchmen that causes bad luck" I said.

"You really have a wacky bunch of loons that come after you" Ron said.

I shrugged "You get used to it"

*THAT SATURDAY*

I was ready to make my appearance at the DA meeting. Harry was having everyone practice some of the spells we had before the break.

I then felt a vibration, a small one, but a vibration none the less.

"Harry..." I said, turning to the door.

The room shook. Everyone stopped their practice.

I instantly tensed, getting into my fighting stance, ready to transform. I looked at Sam and an almost silent conversation passed between our eyes.

Is it a ghost?

No. I am not getting anything on my ghost sense.

Then what is it!

The door shook and the mirrors began to crack. Dust fell down from the ceiling.

You could here a pin drop.

Then the door blasted open and I reacted. I covered Sam with my own body, acting like a shield.

I heard screams and looked up. I saw Umbridge along with her Slytherin lackeys and Filch.

"Crap on a cracker. Sam I need you to get out of her. Don't look back or anything" I said. I then pushed her away yelling "RUN!"

Everyone scattered, spells began firing everywhere.

Me and Harry started fighting off the attackers. I was fighting Crab and Goyle at the same time, and loosing bad.

I was debating transforming when I felt my wand fly out of my hand. I cursed under my breath and clenched my hands. I was fighting to not let my eyes glow, even though my entire body was enraged.

"Come with us" Crab said tugging me and Harry along.

We were dragged to Dumbledore's office.

We enter and I see Dumbledore, Professor McGonagall, Cornelius Fudge, Percy, and two Ministry Aurors, including Kingsley Shacklebolt, that I recognized from the Order.

Crab and Goyle let go shoved me and Harry away.

"Hey! Easy!" I said dusting myself off.

"Now we can continue with our business." Fudge said.

"And that would be..." I said.

"You know very well why you are here!" Umbridge yelled.

"Really? All I know is I was assaulted and dragged here against my will" I said crossing my arms.

"Where is the girl that informed you Umbridge?" Fudge said.

"Outside, I will get her" Umbridge said. She then pulled a girl into the office. She was hiding her face by looking down.

"Come on deary. Tell the minister what you told me" Umbridge said sickly sweet.

She shook her head.

"Please Marietta, tell the minister what you know" Umbridge said. Marietta...she was apart of the DA.

"What's wrong with her?" Fudge said.

"She has a slight...issue" Umbridge said.

Marietta then looked up and large purple pimples spelling the work "SNEAK" on her forehead.

McGonagall and many others gasped. I was taken aback wondering how that happened. Then I remember Hermione cursed the paper everyone signed. I slightly grinned and made a mental note to never get on that witch's bad side...ever.

"Pleas tell us what you know" Umbridge said more forcefully.

Marietta shook her head and remained silent.

"Marietta!" Umbridge almost yelled shaking the poor girl.

"Hey! She obviously isn't talking so just stop!" I yelled. Everyone turned to me and I got a nasty glare from Umbridge and Fudge. Dumbledore slightly smiled and so did McGonagall.

"And who are you might I ask?" Fudge said.

"Danny Fenton" I said.

"He is the American, Dumbledore invited" Umbridge said "And that we, nor the American's have any record of possessing magical abilities."

"Interesting, want to tell us why you brought this boy Dumbledore?"

"Danny here is a special case." Dumbledore said "He and his friends are from a town called Amity Park. The town is constantly bombarded with ghost attacks that caused him and his friends to be overlooked once their abilities developed."

"And why did you bring them here?" Fudge said.

"Danny moved her and him and his friends attend school here on my invitation, as to see that their magic is properly learned on how to control it" Dumbledore said.

"Is this true?" Fudge said.

"Uhh yeah..Yeah its true" I said.

Umbridge then straitened herself up "Well then..I have proof these students are organizing a Defense group."

"I knew it" Fudge said.

"Yes! And these students have been practicing multiple attacking and defensive spells." Umbridge said.

I looked Dumbledore and his expression urged me to remain silent. I nodded slightly and tried keeping my mouth shut.

"And do you have proof of this?" Dumbledore asked.

"Yes! We have testimonies of many from Hogmead, staying Harry and Danny organized a group at the Hog's Head" Umbridge said.

"Yes, and how does this conflict with any rules?" Dumbledore said.

"Educational Decree.." Umbridge said but Dumbledore raised his hand stopping her.

"That was passed a few days after the Hogsmead trip, therefore these boys did not break any rules." Dumbledore said.

I was doing back flips in my head.

"So unless you have any proof these meetings occurred after that date.." Dumbledore said.

"Marietta! Tell him you have had multiple meetings!" Umbridge said.

"Marietta? Have you had any meetings since the Hog's Head?" Dumbledore asked kindly.

She shook her head. I grinned wide.

Umbridge about lost it. She was yelling at the poor girl, who was frightened and looked like she only wanted to curl up in a ball and cry.

"I see, now unless you have any substantial evidence.." Dumbledore said.

"Yes!" Umbridge said pulled out a sheet of parchment. My heart dropped. It was the DA sign up sheet...with EVERYONE'S names...

"Dumbledore's Army, eh?" Fudge said looking over the sheet "Care to explain?

"Yes, I did insturct Harry and Danny to form this Defense club." Dumbledore said.

"Professor!" Harry yelled

"Harry please" Dumbledore said "I instructed both of them to form the group and tonight was the first meeting."

"I told you he was building an army!" Umbridge said.

"I knew it! I knew it! You are trying to overthrow me!" Fudge said.

I then faked a sneeze and everyone looked at me.

"Oh sorry, I am allergic to complete crap" I said.

Harry stifled a small chuckle and Umbridge looked at me with complete rage.

"I believe we have enough evidence right now.." Umbridge said.

"Yes. Dumbledore, you will now be escorted back to the Ministry, where you will be formally charged and then sent to Azkaban to await trial!"

I was ready to transform right now and throttle Fudge and Umbridge.

"Ah," said Dumbledore gently, "yes. Yes, I thought we might hit that little snag."

"Snag?" said Fudge, his voice still vibrating with joy."I see no snag, Dumbledore!"

"Well," said Dumbledore apologetically, "I'm afraid I do."

"You seem to be laboring under the delusion that I am going to - what is the phrase? 'Come quietly.' I am afraid I am not going to come quietly at all, Cornelius. I have absolutely no intention of being sent to Azkaban. I could break out, of course - but what a waste of time, and frankly, I can think of a whole host of things I would rather be doing." Dumbledore said.

I was looking at Dumbledore. My eyes were screaming for him to give the signal and I would transform right on the spot.

"So," sneered Fudge "you intend to take on Dawlish, Shacklebolt, Dolores, and myself single-handed, do you, Dumbledore?"

"Merlin's beard, no," said Dumbledore, smiling. "Not unless you are foolish enough to force me to."

"Then what do you plan to do?" Umbridge said. Everyone held out their wands. McGonagall looked ready to jump into battle like me.

Dumbledore only put up his hand and that stopped us both.

"Shacklebolt, Dawlish arrest Dumbledore" Fudge said.

Dumbledore only gave a slight smerk and the room was filled with a blinding white light. I shielded my eyes and when I opened them I saw everyone except me, Harry, McGonagall and Dumbledore was knocked out.

"I don't have much time. Harry it is imperative you continue your lessons with Danny and Professor Snape." Dumbledore said.

"But Professor!" Harry said. I put my hand on his shoulder and shook my head. Harry hung his head.

"Danny. I trust you to protect the school and its students." Dumbledore said. I nodded.

Dumbledore then took hold of his phoenix, Fawkes and vanished in a burst of flames.

Right then everyone was coming too. I then pushed Harry to the ground and we then acted like we had also been knocked out.

Fudge, Umbridge and the Aurors then ran out to try and catch Dumbledore.

I sighed "Things are going to get bad, aren't they?" I said.

"With Dumbledore gone...yes" Harry said.
