Man, I have an external hard drive yet I fail to use it -_- anyway here's the rest of what was supposed to be one chapter :)

Predacon Rising, Sharing Pain

Ratchet met optics with Bumblebee as he dipped his head shaking it, "Bumblebee-" he started to say as Bee lifted a hand to stop him. He then stood up looking to Smokescreen who looked to the floor by the darting of his optics was looking for a solution still. Bee placed a hand on his shoulder.

"Smoke." He said snapping him from his thoughts.

"Yeah?" he replied weakly just as a response.

"Autobots…" Optimus then called wearily. "I must explain the current situation." He added.

Bumblebee patted Smoke on the arm before moving forward his winged door frames barely standing up. "Ratchet?" Smokescreen said watching him remain knelt.

"I can hear and see perfectly from here." He told him.

He nodded joining the group, Optimus looked them over, and suddenly drew a blank, "Sir?" Ultra Magnus was the first to say to the abnormal lack of fast response.

His optics focused, "Forgive me, I am not at the best frame of mind."

"You have nothing to excuse." Arcee said. "This isn't a battlefield where we haven't got time to think upon the loss of comrades, to just carry on with active duty, this war is over."

"However…"

"However-" Magnus interrupted as they looked at him, "Excuse the interruption, But as you have stated before, things have changed since the golden age, and change will continue to occur from this day, our society will start anew perhaps taken in a different direction than our previous system, mutual respect with any class or rank, to a certain degree of course."

He looked down unknown to them the millions of sparks he carried within his chassis, "Agreed." He said shutting his optics, "Autobots, I will set your minds clear, Ellen is neither dead nor living. But rather a different form of existence, that is the realism of it." he started flatly as most of them dipped there heads to that empty statement. "Do not misunderstand my words, it is with a heavy spark that I utter them." He placed his arms by his side, "You were all aware of her in some form, some of you knew her from our first days on Earth, some of you later. And I am grateful for this as ultimately you have all had an influence on her in some form as to help her understand."

"She could see reason, other days she would not. However it produced interesting scenarios…" he stopped, "I cannot describe her fully with only words, as arguably it is opinion and you can only come to your own conclusion. I can only say this and I hope you understand the weight of the name, that she was my daughter. I cared about her a great deal, even now as I stand before the beginning of a new age, I hesitate. As though I am abandoning her in this state, of suffering."

"Your not abandoning her, y-you're here." Smokescreen said confused.

He shut his optics, "That is debatable, given the circumstances." He started.

Smokescreen thought briefly, "Optimus…What happened to the Allspark?"

With his back turned her explained, "…In order to both protect the Allspark and secure Unicrons defeat, it was necessary for me to empty the vessels contents."

"Into where?" Bee asks.

"The Matrix of Leadership." He replies. "As such my spark can no longer be separated from the multitude of others within me."

Ratchet looked up with already beaten optics and now they felt like shattering, "Are you telling us that you are now…one with the Allspark?" he said.

"That's not funny Ratch, That's the kind of thing you say when someone kicks the…" Smokescreen said though before finishing his sentence understood that, that was literal. "Oh, so that's what you meant before…it has to go back. B-But-."

"To not return the Allspark to the Well, would be to prevent further generations of new life from existing on Cybertron…my quest must be completed, I cannot remain idle nor can I mourn." He said.

"Optimus, I didn't return to save a life only to lose the ones I care most about." Ratchet said.

"Ratchets restored planets, he can save Ellen, he'll find a way to save you too." Bulkhead said.

"We can turn to Vector Sigma just like we did before." Arcee added frantically.

"Save them…" is what Ratchet said quietly.

Optimus bowed his head to speak again, only to start silently wincing, grasping his arm, "Mm…"

"R-R-"

"R-Ra—" Ratchet lifted his head up as he looked at Starlight suddenly speak again.

"Another electrical surge." Ratchet said to himself flatly.

"Ra-Ra—tch-tchet." It came again.

"Ratchet?" Optimus then said hearing the distorted voice.

Ratchet remained unconvinced even when the arm started to move, "It's just a surge, our bodies do this for sometimes hours." he argued.

"No, this is not that." he said back.

Ratchet shook his head, "Don't try to disillusion me, I can't take much more, how many times have you been saved from termination and now you welcome it?" he said solemnly.

"I am-"

"Don't soften the blow of reality, I'm not Ellen. I'll tell you what this is, she's dead, and now, so are you..." he turned his head down again at Starlight, however when the fingers started to tense and lift slowly as the struggled hand tried cupping its finger, Ratchet took a hold of the fingers in slight disarray, "O-Optimus…" Ratchet almost whispered, "Optimus." He called.

"R-Ratchet…" it then said the voice sounding more clearer to Ellen's voice.

"R-Ratchet? Ratchet?" she repeated as she tried reaching another hand up to his face, though her motor function made it a very hard.

"Not, an electrical surge." Ratchet said as the group then turned around parting to make a gap as Optimus moved past them. "Ellen, are you, with us? Are you self-aware?" Ratchet said watching the optics brighten and start to move.

Her arm was reaching again she struggled to keep it up though he took hold of it to stop it from falling again and placing it on his cheek as she somewhat sighed relieved, "You—You're here, I can see you." she said sounding doubtful.

"Yes…yes I'm here." He told her his expression softened as she spoke. "We're all here."

"I, can't believe it worked."

He lightly chuckled, "I don't know what your talking about, but I don't care."

Her optics turned lively and focused, "Jim…your name…is Jim."

He sighed shaking his head, "Quiet." He said smiling relieved at her as he then placed a hand around her shoulder helping her sit up as he embraced her soon after, "O-Oh thank Primus…"

Though she in a half asleep state tried to stand, "Ep, Ep, don't even attempt to do that." He told her.

"U-Urgh, I feel like I'm de-frosting." she hissed.

"How is your vision, can you feel distortion in your systems?" she became blank trying to figure out what was going on around her, suddenly on Cybertron again and sounding so quiet, "Th-That's right, just stay calm, this will seem very frightening to a human to come around from a complete shutdown of the processor. Now answer the question, if you can."

"I don't feel anything wrong, I couldn't tell you." She said.

"can you stand?" he asked.

"I thought you didn't want me to?" she said.

"Well now I am." He said in a typical fashion.

"I, think so." She said as he helped to her feet though one side stumbled as Bee and Smokescreen took a hold of each side of her shoulder.

"We've got ya." Smoke said.

"Smokescreen? You sound so tired." She said.

"Thats not being tired, that's just, experience." he argued.

"Huh." she said.

"I Uh..." Ratchet started to mutter, "All those times when you harmed yourself as a human I never felt any doubt of recovery, but in this form I…well…its my area of ability I should have been able to…"

"Its alright Ratch, there are some things you just can't predict, it just can't be trifled with or it comes back twice as hard. or in another way not your fault." She said her hands shaking as he took a hold of it, she exhaled relieved with a slight nervous laugh, "I'm fine. Just a little shaken up. I mean robot devil, that kind of needs a little recognition. Mm, maybe a little tired as well." Ratchet grasped the top of her antenna as he moved her head side to side looking her over, "R-Ratchet, I-I'm fine."

"I'll decide that." He quietly hissed, "You've…just come out of shut down, realise the repercussions." she looked to the group as Optimus stood at the front quiet and still.

"Dad." she said suprised, "How long have you been standing there?"

"Ellen…" he confirmed relieved. "I…" he started beginning to think of a way to question her, first he raised a finger as he tilted his head a little to express the stern tone he had an idea of, then tried different positions before he let his hands drop his side. "Do not know what to say." He finally said.

"Bee got the voice he was sparked with and you lost yours, a lot of bizarre occursions are happening today."

"Agreed." He said, "I feared the worst." he added with a subtle solemn tone, "I thought I lost you sweetspark." He placed a skeptical hand on her arm to make sure she was there then pulled her into an embrace making her express a light gasp, "I thought I had lost you to oblivion…"

"Dad…publicity." She stated as emergency.

"Just, be still." he said lightly.

"Fine." She then merely rest her head against him, then she gripped his chassis with her fingertips, "I was so sure, I wouldn't get this again."

He placed a hand on her cheek, "I thought I would not get the chance to hear you again."

"Why would you want to?" She laughed before she dipped her head, "Despite everything I…only delayed the inevitable anyway. Look, I heard everything, but now that I'm here getting another chance, your leaving now. How is that any different, to when you felt solemn to what I'll feel now?"

He leant in closer, "Is this the only way you've known?" he said.

"I've known for a long while, ever since I touched Dark Energon, it wasn't clear as usual just that you were to save Cybertron and when I saw the Allspark and now that you've trapped Unicron in the container… That's why I dragged you around Cybertron and I was being all weird, just wanted to extend time, just a little more. I was scared, I'm scared now..." she wiped her face before a threatening laugh, "Now, get Primus out of planet form I'll beat his god sized ass...you think I'm joking just for some yucks, he-he-he, well I am not."

He lightly smiled, "Your thinking irrationally." He told her attempting to keep her still. "But we cannot help that."

"It's a moment of vulnerability…just like when you held Starlight. But I don't know how you can be smiling now, because I'm fine?" She said sadly, staying close to him for comfort.

"Your predicament as mentioned was, in our terms, the pit." He said. "It is an even worse feeling of grief, when there is no found peace where you were."

"Really…well, if that was eternal suffering it was kind of boring." She then shrugged with a blank expression. "I know you can repeat yourself about how this is different and how that you never really die…its just human and Cybertronian nature, no matter how you put it. besides despite your form of another realm or life. You still mourn, so don't tell me we're any different in this."

"I can tell you not to, but I cannot control you." he said. "Your feelings at least." he added making her smile.

"Nice save, Well if anything we'd be machines if our nature could be controlled." she said rubbing her knuckles, "Just how I couldn't control it now…what I did, it was just pointless to try and change the future, I could never, stop this..." She said solemnly.

"You could potentially, perhaps it was not whether you changed the future by what you did but, by the one who owned this path, the path I chose. We each hold that power, but only ourselves." She dipped her head, "Do not be disheartened, you aided me here."

"But it's not right, even if one being is sacrificed for the many to live, it still doesn't justify it." she argued clenching her fist. "If anything, I aided you to commit suicide!"

"You aided the future." He corrected softly.

"Oh sur...Yeah wel...what if the next..." she stamped a foot, "I'll, never win an argument with you…"

He lowered his head to one side to find an appropriate way of reassurance, "Your statement is correct, but this was the only way, do not see it as a means of giving up. This was a hard decision, and sometimes, produce greater results in the end, and contrary wise, sometimes it's the easiest decisions that produce greater consequences." He said.

"Which one was me?" she said.

"That is up to you."

"You know what? I really hate it when you start speaking cryptically." she said, he nodded lightly to her as he turned to face the bots she took hold of his hand as he halted, "Let me hold on…" she asked. "To say…to say, g-goodbye this time, I've never been able to before."

"It is only departure." He reassured. "You do not understand, unless you see it for yourself."

"I hope I do."

Bee stood impatiently next to them as Smokescreen kept nudging him then said bot was pushed to one side as he tapped Ellen on the shoulder, "Ellen." he said frustrated, "y-your crazy." He said.

"Come on Bee she's fine." Smokescreen said nonchalant.

"Says the bot with a twitchy optic." Bee argued.

"My optics were twitching for another reason." He argued, "My-my calibration is kind of off lately and-and I think it was from a bang on the head, from that Predacon I was fighting before remember? d'you remember that Bee?" he said nudging him again, "Huh?"

"Yes." Bee said fed up.

"Hey..." Ellen said lightly just taking it in.

"Y-Yeah…" Smokescreen said scratching his hand as he looked at his feet, "ev-even though I was keeping my cool, you know being strong for Bumblebee and everything, he kind of distracted me." he said as Bee just shrugged and sighed to the audio bashing.

"Instead of justifying being the 'cool guy' maybe you should have just stayed silent? maybe just a shrug?"

"Right, right. Well, glad your okay." He said patting her arm flatly.

"there's the 'cool guy' that's a rare occasion if any." she said.

"Rare occasion? Unicron must have left some after effect as your obviously confused and you missed a whole lot of happening down here." He said.

"Yeah, mostly yelling, on Smoke's part." Bee said.

"I was only yelling because...because i-i'm so passionate is all." he argued proudly.

She walked by him as she reached an arm up and flicked him in the forehead, "U-huh you look so dumb when you try justifying yourself."

He held his forehead, "Hey! That's obvious belittling, even if you are a little shorter."

"Yeah..." she sighed.

"Whats wrong?" he asked rubbing his helm.

"You forget?" she said slightly hurt, "I'm fine sure, but Dad...you should be focused on him, not me."

he opened his mouth as he lowered his head, "Come on don't say that, and anything is possible..." he said. "you came back."

"Because of a pull." she told him simply though he tilted his head before looking at him. "But at least...I'm here this time."

A/N Here we go the rest of the chapter a week later don't want to end up dragging it, so one fake out and one real farewell, But at least I know I've tightened your hearts and they all belong to me now :P

Yay! so Ellen's fine, happy ending, everyone's fine and...oh wait...*lifts hood up to hide*

So yeah I changed a bit of the original dialog and turned their tone way low to 'maximum depression drive' I'll say this just in case I'm approached with so many '!' and saying that I got the dialog wrong, yes I am aware, it was me and i killed it :P whoo that should do it for all those pm's I've had with those kind of comments, Urgh...apologize, I just woke up from a nap ^^'

So...i've run out of paragraphs to write :P so here's a fact: Snails can sleep up to three years at a time.
