Outside the ship Quartz was holding on for dear life as the drone that caught him swerved around trying to shake him off. Quartz knew though that if he let go he was as good as dead, and Spellcastorous wasn't here so he couldn't use his teleport move. Quartz tried as hard as he could to pull himself on top of the drone, since they were pretty big for drones he could stand on top of them if he tried hard enough. He pulled himself up and tried as hard as he could to keep his balance.

Inside the ship a battle had already started. The Mecha-Blastoise fired it's cannons, Lapis knew that neither of the pokémon that were out could defeat the monster, so she put all her time into having them dodge to wear out the Mecha-Blastoise. The Mecha-Blastoise fired again and this time it was headed for Dratinsplash.

"Dodge Dratinsplash now!" yelled Lapis.

Dratinsplash dodged but the MB was not done yet, it continued to fire on Dratinsplash. Lapis saw an opening and she took it. She looked over at Singebark and did a silent command at the MB. Singebark knew what Lapis meant first thing as he snuck around to the backside of the MB. Singebark lunged at the MB and bit its tail. However this hurt Singebark much more than it hurt the MB. Lapis shook her head, she had meant for Singebark to bite someplace that wasn't robotized, but since this was the first time Singebark had encountered a "pokémon" like this, she couldn't blame him that much.

The MB pounded Singebark and Singebark was slammed against the wall by the force of the blow. The MB readied its cannon and was about to fire on Singebark. Dratinsplash, however, would not let his companion get killed that easily. He jumped in front of him and used his most powerful form of water gun, the MB fired its cannons and both blasts collided. It didn't take long to find out that the MB would wipe Dratinsplash into oblivion. However a white light engulfed Dratinsplash and a few seconds later an even more powerful water blast erupted from the light and out came Dragasoak. Dragasoak was a full water type with an emphasis on speed and attack. Its ears had gotten bigger and sharper on the edges, and it had more dragon-like attributes. It was blue with a bit of light blue streaks at some places. With some slightly smaller than medium sized legs and medium sized feet, a firm strong body to counter attacks and some sprouting wings. It also had a firm face with an unnamed shaping. However even in its evolved form it wasn't enough. The MB's water cannon still tore through Dragasoak's defense and blasted him away. Dragasoak was slammed against the wall by the powerful attack. Singebark stared as Dragasoak slid down the wall onto the floor. Singebark turned around and saw the MB ready its cannons. Just as he was about to fire a white light engulfed Singebark and out came Sturdiemer. Sturdiemer was a fire rock type dog pokémon that had very heavy attacks and good defense to boot. It's paws, legs and some of its body was engulfed in lightweight rocks so it could still move fast but could still attack to do good amounts of damage, some of its body was also covered in lightweight rocks however the rest of his body, head, etc. still had a sleek design that you would see on a lot of fire type pokémon. It jumped out of the way of MBs cannons. Lapis knew that attacking the MB would be suicide as Sturdiemer was now even weaker to the massive creature. But if she told Sturdiemer a more strategy oriented plan Raven could just plan against it seeing as she just heard it with her own ears. So Lapis just decided to trust Sturdiemer with this one since it looked like he knew what he was doing. Sturdiemer was jumping from wall to wall letting the MBs cannon bursts hit that instead. Outside the ship, however, a different battle of a whole other sort was going on.

Quartz dodged the drones various methods of attacks all he could but eventually one attack hit him head on and he fell off, just when it looked like he was done for a water blast hit him and knocked him all the way over to a small platform below one of the wings of the ship. Quartz looked over to where the blast had come from and saw the pink Squirtle smiling and nodding at him. Quartz returned a smile but it didn't last long as a couple of the drones flung themselves at the pink Squirtle and knocked her back into the ship. The rest of the drones lunged at Quartz. Quartz ducked and one smashed into the wing above him. The wing for the ship was huge so Quartz jumped inside; it was so big that he could walk around in it.

"Where and when did these guys get all the money to make this, and who the heck would supply them with it?!" Quartz said to himself. There wasn't much time for him to dwell on it however as a drone tore through the wing.

"What the hell is wrong with these drones?! Shouldn't they be more careful about what they hit?!" yelled Quartz.

The drones didn't seem to mind that they just tore holes in the thing keeping a good deal of people a float though as they just tore after him. Quartz ran like there was no tomorrow but soon he ran out of space to run. A drone charged stupidly at him again however and he ducked.

"It's like they're being manipulated by someone, hacke- AGH!" yelled Quartz.

Just as he was about to finish his sentence a drone tore through several wires and blasted back into the ship. Then everything went to hell. The drone had landed in the room Lapis and Raven were battling. Everything started to get sucked out.

"WHAT THE-"Raven yelled as she was sucked out of the ship. The MB was blasted against the wall and it fell to the ground, no longer moving, it was sucked out of the ship and seconds later Lapis heard a huge thump. Lapis, Sturdiemer, and Dragasoak had all grabbed on to a pole but were barely holding on. The pull got stronger and they were sucked out of the ship. Just as they got sucked out a door opened and the pink Squirtle, and all the other Squirtles she had saved and well, you can just guess what happened to them can't you? The plane/ship finally caught up with all the huge holes as it started to fall down to the ground. In the midair fall Raven was screaming her heart out.

"YOU STUPID ASS DRONES YOU DON'T DESERVE THE TEAM MECHA LOGO SLAPPED ON YOUR… oh, shit" Raven said as she finally realized she had said their names out loud.

"Nice name for a bunch of assholes!" yelled Quartz as he fell.

It looked like they were all doomed until a pink aura engulfed Quartz, Lapis, all the Squirtles, Dragasoak, and Singebark, and then they disappeared into thin air. They then reappeared safely on the ground. A few seconds later Spellcastorous teleported next to them.

"THANK YOU ARCEUS!" yelled Quartz as Spellcastorous lingered in the background, an annoyed look on his face.

A few seconds later the Team Mecha members and Raven fell into the various trees surrounding the area completely.

"Damn you… all…" said Raven as she was tuckered out.

The time for celebration didn't even last a few seconds as Quartz and Lapis heard a huge crashing sound nearby. The explosion was like hell, some trees came loose, and all the pokémon and trainers in the area were swept against the nearest hill they could find. After the explosion Quartz and Lapis got up.

"We better get out of here." said Lapis.

"No argument" said Quartz.

They all ran back to the cave in Squirtle grove, a decent mile in the Lewa forests. Back at the cave all the Squirtles gathered around the two trainers, the pink Squirtle stepped forward and smiled at Quartz.

"You did a wonderful job, if it weren't for you I'd be a, "pile of goo" let's just put it that way." said Quartz, the pink Squirtle, however, poked one of Quartz' pokèballs, Quartz quickly what she meant.

"OH, so you want to come with me?" said Quartz.

The pink Squirtle nodded and Quartz accepted her offer, I mean, how many other pink Squirtles do you run into? Quartz thought to himself. After they said goodbye to the Squirtles of the Grove they resumed their travels on the road. Quartz, however, looked puzzled about something.

"What is it Quartz." asked Lapis.

"Those drones, didn't care what they did to the ship at all Lapis, it's almost like someone hacked them." said Quartz.

"Well maybe someone did, or maybe it was a design flaw, all I want to know is are we going to be able to get to Lewa City safely and when we're there is everything going to be as peachy keen as we envisioned it before?" asked Lapis.

"I do not know Lapis, I do not know." said Quartz

They walked down the road as the day continued on, worried about what they might find out in Lewa City.
