Hey guys I am so sorry for not updating. I have had bad writers block for this story. This has been wrote for a few days but recently rubbish has been going on in my life so haven't had time to update. Please enjoy and sorry its only a small chapter :) Also there has been a lack of reviews with what you want to go on in this story so please say because otherwise it will have to be stopped ;),

"Take a seat" Smithy said
"In the room is Inspector Dale Smithy, PC Nate Roberts our suspect. Please state your full name" Smithy said
"Dominic Allen Carter" Dominic said
"And his solicitor" Smithy said
"Mason Alexandro" Mason stated
"It is 4:30. Dominic you know briefly why you are here. Is that right" Smithy said and Dominic nodded
"For the tape Dominic nodded" Nate said
"We are investing the alleged sexual assault and assault of Thomas Kent and Lenny Lyons. That ranged from 1989 till about 1999. What have you got to say about it"
"It is bullshit" Dominic said
"May we remind you swearing is unacceptable and we can arrest you for it" Nate said and there was a knock on the door,
"For the tape PC Melanie Ryder has entered the room" Smithy said
"Sorry Gov but we need Nate a minute" Mel said and Nate left
"For the tape PC Nate Roberts has left the room. Now what do you remember about 1989" Smithy said
"Doing my job nothing more nothing less. Now can I go" Dom said
"Its not looking too good for you Dominic because we have got CCTV footage of you assaulting Thomas. Would you like to watch it" Smithy said and pressed play. The footage was of Dominic taking his belt of and hitting Tom with the belt buckle,
"You are going to delete that now or I will delete you if you get what I mean" Dominic threatened
"You don't scare me" Smithy said
"Don't I" Dom said and pushed Smithy up on the wall by the thought then punched him in the stomach but then Smithy kneed Dominic in the no go airier making him let go and fall to the ground then Smithy grabbed his arms and twisted them around Dom's back and by that time officers rushed in and got Dom off Smithy and took him to a cell,
"You alright mate" Nate said
"Yeah lets just get this investigation over" Smithy said and walked off.
