text-align: justify;"Merlin and Arthur, walked into town in silence, both of them thinking about their agreement. Merlin wasn't sure if he'd done the right thing, but then again pretending nothing had happenedemha/emd to be better than staying inside feeling on it. Arthur was also conflicted; he felt like he was dishonoring Guinevere and his son by trying to forget. He found it strange that he loved the son that he had never met, but at the same time it felt completely natural. It seemed disrespectful somehow to ignore his jumbled memories as if they didn't exist, and he couldn't get the shame out of his head. There was a small voice in the back of his mind that tried to reassure him that it was okay, and Gwen and the others were dead and past caring anyway, but it only made him more angry at himself. He wished that his thoughts would cooperate and let him enjoy himself. Arthur /"Do you think we're doing the right thing?" he asked, turning his head to face Merlin,br /"To be completely honest Arthur, I dont know. We'll just have to see I guess." Merlin shifted uncomfortably, "I mean, I dont want to spend all of our time mourning...them and I think that we deserve to enjoy ourselves..."br /"Right." said Arthur nodding gently and stretching his hands out in front of him, "Um...where are we actually going?"br /"To the pub," Merlin paused,
studying Arthur's face, "Its sort of like a tavern. I see people there all the time and I supposed they look like they're having a good time..."br /"I see," muttered Arthur shaking his head as a tiny smirk appeared on his lips. He looked down at the ground, trying to conceal /"What?"
demanded Merlin, /"I just..." Arthur grinned, "I never thought emyou'd/embe convincing emm/eme to go drinking, that's all." br /Merlin laughed and pushed his friend playfully on the arm, "Hey! It's a one off so dont get used to it!"br /Arthur smiled, "That's if you can stomach it!"br /Merlin smiled at Arthur's childish jabs. They may have been pathetic, but it was nice to see his friend wearing a smile /"Where is it anyway?" asked Arthur,
raising an eyebrow and looking around at his surroundings. They were on a deserted concrete path that bordered the woods, and there was not a person (or car) in sight. Merlin had tried to avoid all main roads and streets to attempt to break everything to Arthur slowly. So far, all was good, but the likelihood was that it would all change /"Oh dont worry, its just around this corner..."/p
