Hey!
Enjoy!
"I hate you, Jerome,"
"I hate you, Jaffray."
Mara turned away from him, nose up in the air and he smirked at her. "Don't act all high and mighty, golden girl. Just minutes ago you were begging for my lips."
"Is it my fault that I was biologically designed to enjoy your kisses?" She huffed, picking up her bag, and fixing her hair. She hated that about him, he always had his damn hands in her hair, and he messed it up. She didn't want to sound like Amber but..."Keep your hands out of my hair next time." She snapped, brushing it while looking in the mirror.
Jerome glared at the back of her head, mimicking her though there was no one to see it. He rebuttoned his shirt, fussing at the collar. That was something he hated about her. She was always undoing the buttons on his shirt, holding onto his collar as she pulled him closer. As if he could actually get any nearer to her. "Well next time stop getting so handsy with my shirt."
She whipped round, placing her hairbrush in her bag "Me?" She scoffed "That's ridiculous. You're the one who obviously doesn't know where to keep their hands-"
"I thought you just said I keep them in your ridiculously curly hair?" he challenged, blue eyes glinting like steel caught in the sunlight.
She crossed her arms "You're the damn reason it's curly." She shrugged "You once said you liked it straight, so now every single day I curl it,"
Jerome glared at her, his shirt now correct and orderly. "That's right," he laughed cruelly "Because you just do the opposite of everything I say. I said once you looked nice in a red dress, now you don't wear red, and you don't wear dresses. You look ridiculous."
"Hmm, you don't seem to mind my appearance when you're pressing up me up into a wall, kissing down my jaw," She pushed her bag over her shoulder. Jerome stiffened
"That's different."
"How so?" She sneered
"How come you don't mind my mannerisms then? When you're unbuttoning my shirt? And literally pulling my hair out whenever we kiss?"
"T-that's different."
"How so?" Jerome threw her own words back at her. Mara glared at him, storming to the door, she unlocked it, tucking her hair behind her ear. And forcing a smile onto her face.
"Goodbye Jerome."
"Goodbye Jaffray." He smirked at her, sliding his hands into his pockets "Same time tomorrow?"
"Same time everyday," And she left.
Jerome stood there, watching the door. His lips still tingling. Damn. He hated her.
He collapsed onto his bed, breathing heavily, his arm resting across his stomach.
But he loved her at the same time.
