Ichigo, blind with rage, had punched Kumagawa clean in the face. Kumagawa was sent flying, eventually hitting a close wall. Kumagawa though, emerged from the ruble, as if nothing had happened.
"Kurosaki-kun, why did you hit Kumagawa-kun?" Orihime asked, desperation and confusion in her voice.
「Yeah, why did you hit me Kurosaki-chan?」Kumagawa asked. Ichigo was shocked to see that Kumagawa didn't even have a scratch on him, then his shock was replaced with greater anger. Ichigo tried to charge at him, but Orihime had stopped him, holding him back.
"Orihime I don't know what he told you, but you have to get out of here as fast as you can," Ichigo warned. "This guy is no human, he is worse than any Hollow we have fought before, he might even give Aizen a run for his money!"
"Kurosaki-kun, please stop!" Orihime pleaded. "Kumagawa-kun was the one who came to me! He was the one who invited me to Hakoniwa!"
「Yes, that is true. It is because of me that Orihime-chan is here right now, 」Kumagawa responded. 「I was looking for Minus when I found Orihime-chan. I felt so sorry for her, how the love of her life left her without even responding to her confession.」
"You, bastard!" Ichigo growled. Ichigo continued to beat Kumagawa down. Ichigo threw Kumagawa into another wall, following up with a punch to the gut. Ichigo then picked Kumagawa up, and threw him to the ground.
Ichigo was going to continue his assault, but Kumagawa started talking. 「I see you are mad」Kumagawa said.
"There is no way Orihime is a Minus!" Ichigo yelled. "She is not as messed up as you!"
「Oh, well I can prove it, but I guess I'll have to tell you what exactly a Minus is.」Ichigo was taken aback by this. He was actually still confused about Minuses in general. He also figured he could take this information back to Medaka and everyone. 「A Minus is actually born an Abnormal, however due to trauma in the environment they live in, their ability changes. Instead of effecting their own body, they effect the environment around them. A Minus' skill has the ability to even alter space and time, and cannot be analyzed, for they make no logical sense. Sounds familiar right? 」
"Are you saying Orihime's power is a Minus!" Ichigo continued to yell. "She is not a minus!"
「Well I actually have several ways to test that」Kumagawa responded. 「One, Orihime-chan always smiles, as do all Minuses.」
"That doesn't make sense, why would a Minus smile all of the time!?" Ichigo questioned, rage in his voice.
「That's the way Minuses are. We always laugh, no matter what. Now, for the second piece of evidence. Orihime-chan? 」Kumagawa turned to Orihime, asking his question. 「Do you read Weekly Shonen Jump?」
Orihime's eyes turned bright, and she started shaking with excitement. "I love Weekly Shonen Jump!" she answered with glee, forgetting all of the fighting that had transpired before. "My favorite series was Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, but then it moved to Ultra jump. Now I really like reading series like Beelzebub, and Katekyo Hitman Reborn."
「Evidence number two, all Minuses love Weekly Shonen Jump, and or any affiliated magazines.」
"Why? That makes no sense! What does Weekly Shonen Jump have to do with being a traumatized demon that can effect reality in general?" Ichigo responded, even angrier than before.
「We just all like Jump. Mostly because it details series that not only feature people with amazing powers, but also because it shows those people win with friendship and, effort.」
At this point Ichigo was even closer to try and kill the boy in front of him. He wanted to bash the person so hard into the ground, no matter his ability, would never walk again, nor speak. 「And as you probably know, the last piece of evidence is trauma. You probably know Orihime-chan went through a great trauma as a child, which shaped her as a Minus now.」
"But Orihime was never an Abnormal in the first place! She was a normal person until she got involved with me and Hollows!" Ichigo retorted. But then it hit him. Orihime gained her powers because of the Hougyouku. It could have easily been that the Hougyouku was supposed to just give Orihime an Abnormal skill, but because of her trauma as a child, she became a Minus. The more and more he thought about it, he came to the conclusion, that he made Orihime a Minus.
Ichigo was now blind with rage. Mostly mad at himself, but was more than willing to let his anger out on Kumagawa. Ichigo went in for another punch to Kumagawa's face, but he was stopped. It was Orihime's shield. She had stopped Ichigo's attack.
"Kurosaki-kun, please stop," Orihime begged. "I don't like seeing you like this." Orihime's face was rot with fright, and confusion. It was obvious that she had no idea what was going on, and that she did not like seeing her beloved act so violently. Ichigo begrudgingly got up, and walked towards Orihime.
"Orihime, no matter what he tells you, don't listen to him" Ichigo warned, grabbing her shoulders as a means of conveying just how serious he was. "He is not well, he is not human."
Embarrassed by his actions, and still frustrated by Kumagawa's actions, Ichigo shunpoed away from Orihime.

Ichigo was sitting on one of the benches on top of the main Hakoniwa Academy building. He was exhausted from the whole encounter with Kumagawa. He had never seen someone like Kumagawa. The Minus was the strangest mix of evil, but also good. But Ichigo was tired, and he didn't want to get any further into it, but he also felt like he had to, because of Orihime.
Suddenly Zenkichi entered the roof, also looking quite exhausted. "Oh, hey Ichigo" Zenkichi greeted.
"Hey" Ichigo responded. Zenkichi sat down next to Ichigo, and let out a heavy sigh.
"You have a rough day too?" Ichigo asked in concern.
"Yeah, you could say that," Zenkichi answered. Zenkichi then went on to explain what happened with Emukae and his mother.
"Geez, this is getting way out of hand," Ichigo commented.
"Tell me about it" Zenkichi responded. "The Minuses are just getting more and more troublesome. How the hell are we going to handle them, Medaka can't beat them into submission, and her usual reforming tactic won't work on them." Zenkichi then turned his head to Ichigo, noticing his exhaustion, but also noticed that it was more mental and emotional. "What happened to you?"
Ichigo looked at Zenkichi, not wanting to talk about his experience. However, something about being around Zenkichi made him want to open up, as if Zenkichi had a safe zone around him. He couldn't explain it, but he felt like he could say anything to Zenkichi, and it would be fine.
"Well…back when I was a substitute-Shinigami, there was a girl with special powers that would help me out. Her name was Orihime, and I just found out that she is one of the new transfer-students in Class Minus 13. Then Kumagawa came and I confronted him. He told me all this stuff about Minuses, and I tried beating him down, but it did nothing but make Orihime scared. What's even worse is that she defended Kumagawa."
Ichigo's head sunk to the floor, starring down as a sign of defeat. Repeating the events of what happened, it just made him even more depressed. He truly wanted to believe none of it had happened, but at the same time, he knew he couldn't just wish it all away.
Zenkichi then put his hand on Ichigo's shoulder. Ichigo looked up to see that Zenkichi had a stern, yet compassionate face. "Ichigo, I can't know what you are going through. I am just a normal guy, but even I know when something terrible happens. So, as the General Affairs Manager of Hakoniwa Academy's Student Council, I ask you to help us defeat Kumagawa, and reform Class Minus 13."
Ichigo almost laughed at this, but at the same time, it made him happy. This guy was willing to help him, despite the fact he tried to kill the President. "Alright!" he exclaimed with excitement.

"So let's some up our current condition" The Student Council's secretary Kouki Akune said, starting the meeting on what to do with the Minuses. Ichigo was sitting between Zenkichi and the Student Council's Treasurer, Kikajima Mogana.
"Before they really do anything, it's rather lucky that we grasped their objective" Akune continued.
"Wait, what is their objective?" Ichigo asked. While he knew the backbone of what was going on, he was still in the dark about a lot of things.
"The students of the newly created Class Minus 13 desire to destroy people whom they deem are elites. Their desire is to create a world where people are blissful fools that are happy just with eating and sleeping" Medaka explained.
"That's horrible!" Ichigo exclaimed in horror. "That's no different than living as animals!"
"That is why we are trying to stop Class Minus 13" Zenkichi commented. "Now please continue Akune-senpai."
"Thank you Hitoyoshi-kun" Akune replied. "Now, we must find enough information until they arrive."
"Even so…" Kikajima responded. "We don't have much time. We must settle everything before they meet up."
"Right! Let's team up with the Enforcers!" Zenkichi suggested. "Now that Medaka-chan's uniform has been fixed, they'll have nothing to complain about."
"Not bad, but right now, the enforcers are running on Myouri-kun's charisma. Until he gets his ass out of the hospital, we can't get much help from them" Naze retorted. "Even if he does it'd be because you guys are all outlaws."
"Wait, did you guys get in trouble with the Enforcers or something?" Ichigo asked, confusion in his voice.
"Yeah, we kind of went around several of the schools rules. The last straw was when Medaka-chan refused to change her uniform" Zenkichi explained. "It turned into a fight between Medaka-chan and Myouri-senpai, which ended up destroying several of the school's buildings."
"Oh, I heard about that" Ichigo responded. "But, I didn't know it was all about a uniform. That seems kind of excessive."
"Well you know Myouri-kun" Naze replied. "The kid is crazy."
"How about Nabeshima-senpai?" Koga suggested. "Her judo will most likely work on the Minuses right?"
"That's right. I think she will help if we ask, but…" Akune started, but did not finish.
"What?" Ichigo asked. "What's wrong with that person?"
"She is a coward" Akune stated.
"She acts like a coward" Koga added.
"She's nothing more than a coward" Naze added.
Surely…she is a coward, right?" Zenkichi added.
"Coward…" Kikajima also added.
Even though Ichigo had never met this Nabeshima-senpai, he came the conclusion she was a coward.
"How about calling senior Hinokage" Medaka suggested. This time though, everyone, save for Zenkichi, did not know who Medaka was talking about.
"Hinokage?" Naze questioned.
"Oh…that's right, we still have that person" Zenkichi responded. "Medaka-chan you sure have a good memory."
"Oh well, I remembered him once you said 'even the air rots away.' Because if it was him, he'd never rot away, no matter what."
"Hityoshi-kun, who is this Hinokage-san?" Akune asked. "It seems that not everyone knows who he is. Is he you friend?"
"Nope, except for my mom and Ichigo, everyone here should know him well" Zenkichi explained. "And that's because he was out previous president."
Everyone's faces went into shock by this, save for Medaka, Zenkichi, his mom, and Ichigo. "His name is something even all the students can't remember. His existence is something even Medaka-chan can't recognize. Although he is obviously like the air, without being recognized by anybody, he protected our school for a whole year. The 97th President Hinokage Kuudou. He wasn't called 'Mister Unknown'!" Zenkichi explained.
"…..What!?" Ichigo exclaimed. "Wasn't called?"
"Yes" Zenkichi responded. "Because nobody recognized him."
