At Holly and Noel's cabin, the racers were all resting on the floor or couch. Taffyta was snoozing, Rancis and Candlehead were playing tick-tack-toe, which Candlehead was winning for some reason, Vanellope was trying to coordinate a plan to stop the Frostbites, and Licorice and Witchy were having a conversation with each other.
"Come on, Witchy, we have to do something," Licorice said. "Like, maybe sing a Christmas carol or something."
"Not a chance, Licorice," Witchy said, turning her head away from her. "We have more important business to attend to, like how we're going to stop the Frostbites from taking over this game and potentially the whole arcade."
"Vanellope is working on a plan," Licorice reminded. "Yeah, but I'm the leader of the scrappies, I have to protect them," Witchy replied, folding her arms.
"How come you don't like Christmas?" Licorice asked.
Witchy shrugged. "I don't know, I just think it's…I don't know," She responds half-heartedly. Licorice rolled her eyes in response.
"It's because you're a Halloween-themed racer, right?" Licorice said. Witchy nodded instantly. "Yes, and you can't like two holidays at once," Witchy claimed. "You can only like one and only one."
At that moment, Noel came in with a large Christmas tree, followed by Holly. There were tons of Christmas decorations around it. "What is that?" Witchy asked.
"You'll find out," Licorice says, smiling. Holly plugs the decoration cord in and all the sights on the tree brighten up, lighting up the room.
Witchy shields her eyes. "How does it do that?" She asked Holly. "It's actually pretty simple," Holly said. "I'll explain later on."
"YES!" Vanellope shouted, startling everyone. "I've figured out a plan to defeat the Frostbites!"
"Frostbites?" Noel said. The door swung open and Adolf appeared.
"Yes, they were part of that conspiracy I was going to tell you about until Willow cut me off," He said. "They are doppelgangers of us that live in Frosty Massif and are released when somebody stares into their reflection."
"And why did nobody bother to tell us about this?" Holly asked, piqued. Willow and Wynter gulped.
"Because I started it all," Willow admitted. All eyes turned to her. "I didn't like the conditions back at the workshop, so I left, and I was warned not to go there by Fannar, but I did so anyways," Willow explained guiltily.
"So you looked into your reflection and a Frostbite came out, causing this whole mess?" Noel asked. Willow nodded, ashamed.
"But, we've came to the conclusion that their weakness is warm temperatures like fire," Candlehead said, hoping to shed some light on the situation.
"Yeah, but the only fire is in that fireplace," Rancis said, pointing to the fireplace.
"Not exactly," Noel said, grinning. "What are you talking about?" Vanellope asked.
Noel and Holly sprinted towards a small cupboard near the door of the house.
"We usually use these when our little house gets too covered in ice," Holly explained. She opened the cupboard, revealing tons of flamethrowers.
The racers and other native game characters pushed their way towards the cupboard, and their eyes lit up.
"Oh, sweet mother of mode," Rancis said as he picked up one of the massive flamethrowers.
"Now we're talking," Vanellope grinned as ran a hand down one of the flamethrowers.
"Merry Christmas, indeed," Witchy said and picked up one of the flamethrowers.
"But how are we going to get to Frosty Massif fast enough?" Willow asked. "We may have weapons, but what about transportation."
"We got you covered on that, too," Noel said, kicking open a small door to reveal a giant red and green sled with rocket-boosters.
"This sled can drive 500 miles per hour," Holly explained.
"Oh," Willow said. "You know, why do I think we should of just told them the whole story so they could of fixed it in the first place?" Wynter whispered in his ear.
"Well, what are we waiting for?" Adolf asked. "Let's kick some frosty ass!"
(Scene Transition)
Frostbite Artie and three Frostbite wolves stood guard outside of Fannar's cave.
"I can't believe we have to guard some mountain when we should be out finding those out-of-game characters," One of the Frostbite wolves complained.
"Shut up!" Frostbite Artie snapped. "We have orders and we have to follow them!"
Before the Frostbite wolf and Frostbite Artie could say anything else, another wolf said, "Look, someone's coming!"
The four spun around to see Santa lumbering up the hill towards them, his fists clenched. Frostbite Artie wasted not time in taking off down towards him on all fours, eyes blazing with fury.
"Wait a minute, I am one of you," Santa lied. Frostbite Artie skidded to a stop and fell on his snout.
"What are you talking about?" He asked, getting to his feet. "The real Santa was successfully captured and I was created," Santa lied. "The real Santa is frozen in ice."
"You have got to be kidding me," One of the Frostbite wolves said. "Do you honestly expect us to believe that bunch of crap?"
"No, but I bet you'll believe this!" Santa shouted, and he threw his arms up and snow was flung out of his hands. Frostbite Artie and the Frostbite wolves stumbled backwards.
"He is a Frostbite," Frostbite Artie said, shocked.
"We apologize for misjudging you," One of the Frostbite wolves said. "You may enter the cave."
Santa grinned and raced past them and towards the cave entrance. "What a bunch of idiots," He mumbled to himself as he entered Fannar's room. Soon enough, he found what he was looking for: Fannar's wand.
"A-ha!" He said and grabbed the wand before taking off outside.
"I found it!" Santa shouted, raising the wand up in the air. Instantly, Fannar jumped out. "You did it!" He said joyfully.
"Um, what's going on here?" Frostbite Artie asked. "I am the real Santa, thank you very much," Santa said. "And now I have your wand! Prepare to feel out wrath!"
He aimed the wand at him and said, "Fire!"
Nothing happened.
The Frostbites stared blankly at him. "I said fire!" Santa shouted again, more urgently.
"Ha, ha, ha, I think you're looking for this!" A voice called. Santa, Fannar, and the Frostbites spun around to see Frostbite Willow, holding a wand identical to the one in Santa's hand.
"I knew you would try to retrieve this wand, so I took it and duplicated it!" Frostbite Willow explained. "The one you have is a phoney!"
As if on cue, the wand in Santa's hand melted into water. Santa and Fannar gulped in fear as they were rendered weapon less.
"Now freeze to death!" Frostbite Willow shouted and fired a blast of ice out of the wand and at Santa. However, before the blast could make contact with Santa, a blast of fire intercepted it, obliterating the blast.
Everyone turned to see where the blast of fire came from, and there, they saw the group of racers and other game characters riding on their rocket-booster, sled, Candlehead in the front with her flamethrower.
"Freeze this!" Candlehead shouted and fired a blast out of the flamethrower, blasting one of the Frostbite wolves. The wolf yelped in pain and melted into a puddle.
"What are you doing?!" Frostbite Willow shouted in horror. Candlehead leapt out of the sled and charged at the three Frostbites.
"Prepare to get heated up!" She shouted. Frostbite Artie growled and charged at Candlehead, swinging at her face. But Candlehead was ready for him this time, and ducked under the blow.
"Take this!" She shouted and blasted the fire blast directly into Frostbite Artie's face. The bear growled in pain. Candlehead did a back flip and shot a second at Frostbite Artie's leg in midair, burning it to a crisp.
Frostbite Artie collapsed on the ground. "No, wait!" He shouted, but Candlehead fired a final blast right into his gaping jaws, and instantly, Frostbite Artie erupted and exploded, showering everyone in snow.
"Let's get out of here!" One of the Frostbite wolves shouted and the remaining Frostbites took off as Candlehead shot more fire out of the flamethrower in their direction.
"What just happened?" Fannar asked.
"Fire is their natural weakness," Candlehead explained. "These flame-firing things drove them away."
"And now they're heading to Frosty Massif," Willow said pointing at the large mountain.
"Then let's follow them," Vanellope said. "But who knows how many more Frostbites are there," Taffyta reminded.
"Who cares?" Vanellope asked. "We have one chance to end them, and this is it!"
"Vanellope has a point," Rancis said. "We're done hiding. Today, for the entire arcade, we take this fight to them!"
