In a very regal-looking home that looked like a huge Japanese temple, it was a rather normal day in the home of the famous Blade clan. My brother and my father, Ryu (6 feet tall, black hair in a similar style to mine, elbow length black leather gloves, black leather short sleeve coat, black pants and black leather knee-high boots) were sparring and both were giving it everything they had. My older sister, Katana (dark blue hair down to her mid-back, a black Chinese dress like I mentioned last chapter and see-through leggings socks that go up to her calfs with no toe or heel) was feeding the various animals: Dogs, cats, fish, wolves, tigers, piranha, sharks, komodo dragons, actual dragons, etc. My younger sister, Serena (short dark blue hair, a dark blue scarf, a short battle dress/kimono type-thing that goes down about as far as the school's skirts, a strap on her right leg to hold a knife and its sheath, gloves that almost reach her elbows, mostly open except they slip onto her ring finger and white stealth/combat boots with black straps around them that almost reach her knees) was in the training room doing her usual aerobics/ training exercises: many mid-air dodges and flips while dodging bow and arrows from automated wall launchers (like something you'd see in the older Tomb Raider games) and my mother, Shizune (Shoulder length dark brown hair, a beautiful silver head-crest... thing, a long red scarf, spiked shoulder armor, elbow-length ninja gauntlets with blades near the elbow, a multi-colored, full body ninja stealth suit with armor on the side of the legs down to the knee, armor on the front of the leg from the knee down and armor with two spikes on the balls of her feet and the traditional split-toe footwear. That's the best I can describe each of them. Suddenly, there was a knock at the door. "Hm? We almost never have visitors. Who could this be?" She said in her usual calm tone, walking to the door and opening it, revealing Lady and I.
"Hey, mom." I said.
"Sai! Lady! It's great to see both of you, come in." She said, hugging us both quickly and letting us in.
"Well, well, thought we'd never see you again, you been gone for so long!" Lance said as he struggled out of a kneeling position after he blocked a strike from Dad and was forced onto one knee.
"It's called college. I'd say look into it, but you're already like a supercomputer." I said.
"Staying strong, son? I hope you're still keeping up your training." Dad said as he rebounded one of Lance's attacks, knocking him to the ground.
"Way ahead of you, Dad. I've got 3 badass friends who are my equals and sparring with them takes everything I got. And I just butchered an entire army on my own not long ago." I said.
"That's my boy." He said.
"Well, sounds like you go to one exciting school." Katana said as she walked in.
"Yep. Get into a fight at least once a week outside of my sparring sessions. Sometimes with the staff. Seriously, some of them are fucking CRAZY." I said.
"Disrespecting authority, I like it." Lance said, managing to force Dad back once again.
"So, any of those girls from school come with you?" Serena asked both teasingly and hopefully.
"Just Lady. And trust me, Serena, most of the girls I hang out with would drive you insane." I said, pulling an arrow she didn't even notice out of her shoulder. "There is one chick named Selene, though, I think you'd like her." I said, remembering Damion and I talking about setting them up.
"So, what brings you here?" Mom asked.
"A school trip." I said.
"Yep. We're exploring the human world to learn their cultures, customs and personalities to better understand them." Lady explained.
"No problem for you, then." Katana said, to which she nodded.
Suddenly, there was a knock on the door once again. "Huh. Lively day so far. Who could this be?" Mom asked again, going to the door.
"Strange, I might've expected you, but now that everyone's here, I have no clue who this could be?" Lance said cautiously.
"Nice to see you're so prepared, but you've got nothing to worry about. Most of the Blade's enemies are too afraid to show their faces around us. And the ones that are don't know you moved to Japan last month. Besides, Mom has two swords on her back, I think she'll be fine. And Spirai isn't here, either." I said.
"Sai, could you come here, please?" She called.
"Coming." I said. Walking into the room she went into and looked to the door to see Moka standing just outside the doorway. "What the?! Moka, how did you find my house? I thought Lady and I left before anyone was awake." I asked.
"I guess my visit's a bit of a surprise." She said, smiling innocently.
"Not as big of a surprise as this!" I said, slamming the door, sliding the chain lock, latching the next lock and locking the lock on the knob, then hitting the emergency settings to bring down a reinforced steel door on each side. "Whew, close one." I said, wiping sweat from my forehead.
"Who was that?" Mom asked.
"One of my friends from school, but she wants to be more than friends, but I don't really like her cheery, sensitive, non-violent personality. But if you take off that rosary around her neck, she becomes a badass, blood-lusting vampire." I explained.
"Sai? What was that about?" Moka asked, somehow on this side of the door.
"What the? How the?" I said, pointing to her with one hand and the door with the other.
"Moka, can you not take a hint? Sai is trying to keep you out." Lady said, standing in the entryway of the kitchen.
Moka became somewhat angry at this. "How do you know that's what he was trying to do?! Maybe he was just joking!" She said, but then turned to me. "So, are you okay with me being here and meeting everyone?" She asked.
"Uh, sure... The first person you can meet if the Rancor!" I said, pressing a button, activating the trap door and causing her to fall into the Rancor pit.
Good thing Lance installed that last year!
[Yep. The Blade's place is totally impenetrable ]
However, she managed to jump out before the trap door closed. "Huh. Didn't realize Akashiya was a Jedi name." I said. "Okay, you can stay." I surrendered.
"Oh, Sai, thank you!" Moka said, tackle/hugging me.
"Okay, take it easy. My sons may be players, but Sai just made it pretty clear the two of you have boundaries" Mom said, with one hand grabbing Moka by the back of her blazer, pulling her off of me, lifting her into the air and setting her on her feet.
"Oh, you're his mother?! It's so nice to meet you, Ms. Blade!" Moka said, bowing.
"Well, you're certainly polite. I do like that." Mom said, bowing her head somewhat.
Later...
I took Moka and Lady up to my roomm Lady being calm since she's already seen it, but Moka was fascinated, looking all around. "Wow, this is your room, huh, Sai? It's so big!" She said.
"[That's what she said.]" I said along with my head voices.
"But, yeah, this is Casa del Sai." I said, flopping down on my queen-sized bed (fun fact: everyone in my family has AT LEAST a queen-sized bed), holding my arms out when suddenly, my hand landed on something round and soft, which made a moaning noise. "WHAAAT?" I said, doing it one more time, realizing the familiar voice. "OH MY GODS!" I said, enraged, pulling the covers off of Kurumu.
"Hi, there, Sai! Oh, did I fall asleep? Sorry about that, it's so comfy!" She said in her usual happy/ditzy tone (additional fun fact: while this is an actual line, my type of beg is made for total comfort, since it has 2 matresses: 1 for stability, since it has the springs, 1 for comfort, since it's just the mattress, nothing in it, incredibly soft).
"KURUMU, HOW THE HELL DID YOU GET INTO MY HOUSE AND WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN MY BED?!" I demanded, flames around my entire body and my eyes replaced by intense flames.
Regardless of that, she glomped me again, causing the flames to go out from my lack of oxygen. "I came here to surprise you, Sai! I heard you were going home so I decided to get here before you did! I figured I could meet your parents and maybe your sisters, since I already met your brother, then you and me could have some one-on-one playtime here alone! Best of all, I beat all the other girls to the punch because none of them would be smart enough to think of this!" She said happily and excitedly.
Moka reached out to tap Kurumu's shoulder and Lady readied a pistol, but I beat them both to it
"Kaioken!" I announced, blasting her back into a wall, gasping for air. "Now then, how did you get into my house when it's this well-defended?!" I demanded.
"Plot convenience, how else?" She asked brightly.
I deadpanned at this, silent for a few moments before. "[Fuck plot convenience...]"
At that moment, the window opened up and Yukari stood in the windowsill. "Hi, Sai! You alone now?" She asked happily, but was shocked to see everyone else.
"YUKARI?!" Everyone asked.
"HOW THE FUCK DO YOU PEOPLE KEEP GETTING INTO MY HOUSE!" I shouted.
"I just climbed in through the window after covering those machine gun turrets on the roof with my golden washtubs!" She explained, still as happy as could be.
"Yukari, is there a bush underneath the window?" I asked.
She turned her head a bit to look, then looked back and nodded happily. "Yep." She said... So I pushed her ass back out the window...
Meanwhile...
Some dude was in his truck, singing a song to himself when Kokoa suddenly passed him at insane speeds. "What?! Outrun by the strawberries?!" He asked, referring to her strawberry panties that flashed while she was driving.
She also had a piece of candy in her mouth while she was riding. "So, tell me, Mistress Kokoa, how was that candy you bought in Kyoto? I think I should mention, you're not supposed to ride your bike on-" He started, but due to the fact his eyes were closed, he wasn't paying attention and got slammed by a delivery truck.
Back with us...
I was taking a much-needed shower after throwing the rest of the girls (minus Lady) out the window, thinking of a way to keep them from getting back in and how to explain this to everyone. "Huh... A little hard to install new hardware without raising suspicion. But if they meet my family that would get crazy. Serena would be trying to figure out which one she wants to get with, Dad would vote in favor of me dating whoever is strongest, Mom might just kill them all if it gets too insane... Lance I can count on to stay out of it, but Katana would be SURE to complicate things with a certain detail *to the 4th wall* That I will bring up later. It's bad all around." I said with a sigh.
"Yeah, this definitely won't be easy." Lady said as she walked in and laid down in the tub, taking a bath.
"Any thoughts?" I asked.
"I'm personally in favor of letting your mom kill them." She said.
"Tsukune and the guys would NEVER let me hear the end of it." I said, shaking my head.
"Hey, Sai, can I come in?" Kurumu asked, stepping in, dressed in a towel.
"RAGE!" I shouted, firing up, but the water put it out. "Son of a bitch!" I whispered to myself.
"I guess that's a yes!" She said, walking closer.
"I guess that's a no!" Lady said angrily, pulling out a pistol again.
"I love guns." I said, relieved.
"Oh, no, you don't, hold it right there, Lady!" Yukari said, put slipped on a bar of soap and wound up pulling off Kurumu's towel.
[Oh, my...]
Beeewwwbs...
"Well, that's unexpected..." Lady said.
"Why, you!" Kurumu said, lunging at Yukari.
"Run!" Yukari said, bursting out, running down the stairs to where everyone could see.
Everyone had the exact same reaction... "WHAT THE HELL?!" They all shouted.
"It's all your fault Sai saw me naked in the bathroom!" Kurumu said, chasing after her, shocking everyone.
"What?!" Moka said, having gotten back in through the door.
"That's it, I can't take it anymore! Killing you both!" I said, charging after them dressed in pajama pants I quickly grabbed and my trench coat, charging at them with fire in my hands.
"Sai, wait, you'll burn the whole house down!" Lady said, chasing after me.
We all finally crashed in the stairs, fighting desperately. Kurumu trying to kill Yukari, Yukari trying to stop Kurumu from killing her, me trying to kill Kurumu and Yukari and Lady trying to stop me from killing them.
The door then opened to reveal the final member of the family, Spirai (red eyes, shoulder length purple hair except for long strands at the end on the left and right, a black dress with an opening in the back and elbow-length black nylon gloves with chains wrapped around them) walked in, to my horror, accompanied by the guys, Tsukune, Selene and Mizore. "Hey, everyone. Just won a big case!" She said, but then noticed the spectacle mentioned mentioned in the last chapter above, shocked. "Why are you wrestling 3 girls in pajamas and your trench coat!" She said, stunned.
I looked, then sighed deeply. "Oh, shit." I said.
Later... Everyone sat in the living room, I had to explain to the guys what just happened and the rest of the story to everyone else.
"Damn, that sucks." Damion said.
"Yeah, who would've expected those 3 to stalk you here?" Draco said.
"Oh, I don't know, maybe just 100% of the people who read this." Nicolas said.
"On the plus side, Damion our little plan worked perfectly." I said, moving my eyes back and forth to the right to point at Selene and Serena, who already looked like a little more than best friends.
"Anyway, I'd like to know how you two kept breaking in to our house." Mom said angrily.
"THANK YOU!" I shouted, pointing to her.
"Well, I worked my way through a reptile house and snuck up to his room while everyone was busy." Kurumu said.
"And I climbed in through a window." Yukari said.
"But I have machine gun turrets all over the house to cover every window!" Lance said, shocked.
"I covered the with golden washtubs. I'm a witch after all." She said, pulling out her wand.
"Sai, have you always lived in Fort Knox?" Damion asked.
"Well, when you're badass ninjas who make enemies with the criminal underworld, you can't take chances." I explained.
"So, let's get one thing clear now. I'm Sai's girlfriend, these chicks can't take a hint." Lady explained.
"You won't believe how much Kurumu hounds him." Mizore said.
"Say the stalker who's always peeping on Damion!" Kurumu snapped.
"Bottom line, Sai's been dating Lady... Since you were 16?" Spirai asked.
"Thereabouts." I said, trying to remember when the whole Temen Ni Gru shit went down.
"Well, our family has historically been rather polygamous..." Katana said.
"Katana, don't shut up!" I told her, earning me her sword through my head.
"What?" All the girls asked, looking at me.
"Nothing, she doesn't know what she's talking about. She's taken one too many arrows to the head." I said, trying to pull out the sword.
"Well, since the cat's out of the bag, members of our clan usually take 20 spouses. Since our lives are at such great risk, we need to expand as much as possible." She said, yanking the sword out of my head.
"Dammit!" I said, then looked at the 4th wall. "I'll explain: Back on Quotev, which is usually more of a role-playing site above all else, even though you can do tons of other shit. Anyway, Katana and Lance couldn't decide which of the many video game characters they'd want as their mates, so they made up an idea of take the top 20 they want." I explained.
"But, I usually prefer the best for my children, so let's see which of you is the strongest." Dad said.
"But if he could have 20, he could have all of us." Yukari said.
"IIII don't abide by that thing Katana was saying." I said nervously.
"Oh, what about the other girls you've had plans of dating?" Katana said teasingly.
"No clue what you're talking about." I said.
Draco cleared his throat at this moment. "Asuka Kazama, Mileena, Xiaoyu, Tsubaki, any of those?" He asked.
I slowly turned and looked at him at this moment. "Fuck you, Draco."I said.
Meanwhile...
A dude was cruising in his sport's car in front of everyone. "No one gets in front of the red wolf! I'm the fastest thing on the highway!" He said. Suddenly, Kokoa zoomed past him and out of site easily. "What?! Overtaken by the strawberry?!" He said, shocked.
Kokoa was now zooming down the highway with a fried shrimp in her mouth. "How's that fried shrimp you got in Agoya?" He asked, before getting hit by a bus (sorry if I spelled that wrong).
Back with us...
I was now holding Tsukune against a wall, grabbing the front of his shirt and lifting him off the ground. "Sai, what the hell!?" He asked.
"Maybe you forgot, but I can read minds, motherfucker. And I happened to hear what you said about all of my sisters!" I snapped.
"Oh? Do tell?" Katana said, stepping up and putting the tip of her sword to his stomach.
"I quote: 'I can't believe any of these girls are Sai's sisters! Serena is so cute and adorable, Katana's so mature and sexy! And Spirai is a little scary, but gorgeous!'" He said.
"Would he be missed if I killed him?" She asked.
"No, but he doesn't fit our target zone." I said.
"Well, I guess it's your lucky day." She said, kicking him in the head and knocking her to the ground.
"Katana, you're up. See what Chesty here is capable of." Dad said, having set up an arena.
"Wow, your dad loves a good fight, doesn't he?" Nicolas asked.
"If you three value your lives, keep down your power. If you think I'm bad or anything I've told you about my brother is scary, you'd shit yourself with what he'd do." I said.
"Well then, show me what you've got. If you love Sai, fight for him." Katana said, taking her unarmed fighting stance.
"Okay, you asked for it!" Kurumu said, growing her nails and sprouting her wings and tail.
"Manicure?" Katana asked, pulling out a nail file.
"Sai, is this really a good idea?" Tsukune asked worriedly.
"I like it better than the original episode. I mean, the fight between Mizore and Kurumu WAS pretty intense, but this is better than that whole interview thing." I explained.
"Attack!" Dad said, a smirk growing on my face.
"Checked off on my list of people to kill: Kurumu." I said.
The two rushed in, but Kurumu's speed was nowhere near as good as Katana's. In an instant, Katana had slammed her elbow into Kurumu's stomach and sent her flying into a wall. Before she could even recover, Katana appeared beside her and threw a round kick to her head, sending her skidding to our feet.
"HOLY SHIT." Everyone said at once.
Katana drew her sword and put the tip up to Kurumu's neck, ready to kill her. "If that's all you've got, you should give up now. Lady's a human and she can at least block my attacks with that bazooka and hold her ground." She said, sheathing her sword.
"Aww..." I said, disappointed.
"Well, let's hope you're a little better, Yukari. Your opponent will be Serena." Mom said.
"Alright, I'll wrap this up in a second." Serena said, walking away from Selene and into the ring where Yukari waited.
"If I'm fighting for Sai, I won't lose!" The witch said.
"We'll see." Serena said.
"Magic Wand: Golden Washtub!" Yukari said, summoning one above Serena and dropped it, but she easily caught it, throwing it like a Frisbee and hitting Yukari dead center with it, knocking her out and into a wall.
"I thought you said you WOULDN'T lose. My hearing must be going bad." Serena said in a teasing tone.
Meanwhile...
On a freakin' bullet train, one perverted and possibly drunk male passenger was rubbing the ass of the... Are they still called stewardesses on a train? Whatever, he was rubbing the stewardess' ass. "Um, sir, that's not appropriate behavior." She said nervously (wow, she's good at maintaining composure. You do that in America, she'd kick the shit out of you).
Suddenly, once again, Kokoa quickly powered past them and out of site. "That girl's wearing strawberry panties!" A girl watching her called out (why did it have to be a girl to call that out?).
In an instant, all the guys on the train were at the windows on her side, all looking for her, much to the annoyance of the few women on the train, The stewardess sighing. "We got passed by the strawberries!" They all shouted.
Kokoa now had an eel in her mouth. "Ms. Kokoa, how is that eel you bought in lake-" Kou asked, but then he was hit by the train on the opposite side.
Back with us...
"It's time for the last fight. Sai told me you were the strongest of the girls, so I sending in my strongest child. Lance, you're on." Dad said to Moka, Lance stepping up, ready to fight, giving off an aura that intimidated even the guys.
"Wait, do we have to settle it like this?" She asked.
"It's a Blade tradition, so yes." He said.
"Hold up." I said, taking off Moka's rosary, quickly sitting back down.
"Alright then. If this is what it takes, I'm up for it." Moka said.
"Well, I may have fun with this." Lance said. He rushed in and threw a punch, but she ducked under it. She got ready to throw a kick, but he saw her leg began to move and jumped back. She ran in and threw a kick to his head, but he leaned backwards, allowing himself to fall enough to get his hands on the ground to stand on them, then wrapped his legs around her still extended one and threw her out of a window. "This is getting fun. I might just have to let loose a bit." He said, turning his hands into claws of darkness similar to the way Draco can with blood and jumped out the window after her.
"Shit, if this keeps up our secret may be out." Draco said.
"Sai, wait the hell is that bloodthirsty brother of yours doing?" Damion asked.
"He's holding back, but he's going to do whatever he feels necessary to make her go all out." I explained.
Unfortunately for us, someone already did see... Tsukune's cousin and neighbor of the Blades, Kyoko. She had always thought that the Blades were strange people and now she was seeing what she thought for a while. "I knew it she said, following them.
Lance now took a stance somewhat lower to the ground, rushing in at Moka, swiping at her feet, but she jumped, trying to land a kick to his head while she was at it, but he rolled out of the way. "I'll admit, if there's one of these girls so far that Sai deserves, it's you. But I'm still capable of going much longer. Let's see if you are." He said, sprouting dragon wings from his back and taking to the air, repeatedly dive-bombing her, forcing her to stick solely to dodging.
"No way, he's some kind of monster! She must be too if she can stand up to him." Kyoko said.
We were also following them on the rooftops. "Man, if this keeps up too much longer, they'll tear this place apart." I said.
"This is pointless. I'm the only girl for you. Right, Sai?" She asked.
"Uh, yeah..." I said as convincingly as I could, but she saw through it and smacked me.
"Why doesn't her just take her down before this gets too crazy?" Damion said worriedly.
"Acutally, if she does the right move, he's toast." I said.
"I think it's time to put a stop to this." He said, flying as far back as he could before running into another building, then rushing back at her at Ludicrous speed (I won't say it this time, you'll have to work to find the reference).
"I agree and it's time you learned your place!" She said, kicking and launching an energy wave at him like what she did to the giant monsters in the first chapter of this season.
Lance saw it, but he was going too fast to move out of the way. "Shit!" He said, managing to bring himself to a stop and block a split second before it hit. There was a small smoke cloud before he flew out of it, crashing into Kyoko and knocking her out, skidding across the ground to a stop back in his normal form.
"What the hell did she do to him?!" Nicolas asked.
"Energy attacks, his exact opposite, even a couple hits he's done." I said.
"So if he were in DBZ he'd be fucked?" Draco asked.
"Basically, ki and energy are pretty much the same thing, I think." I confirmed, then noticed my cell phone was ringing and answered it.
"This episode's big showdown took a whopping 83 seconds, whee~" Kou said before he hit a sign.
"Not again, Kou, come on, we're almost there!" Kokoa shouted, cycling past a police officer, who put on his lights and siren.
"You in the strawberry underwear on the bicycle, pull over, you're exceeding the speed limit!" He shouted. But still, she took off...
Moka came back and everyone looked at her approvingly. "Not bad at all, Moka. If you and Sai ever do start dating, you certainly have my approval." Dad said.
"Thanks. I look forward to it." She said, taking the rosary back from me.
"Still won't happen." Lady said in a cocky tone just before she put it back on.
"Uh... Yeah, sure, what she said..." I said, trying not to give away the fact I've thought about it.
"Still, while we're here and before we go back to school..." Lady said, going upstairs.
"Way ahead of you, babe. We're going to sleep, no one disturb us, okay?" I lied, quickly following her upstairs, sealing the door to my room once we were both in.
Later... I know this usually ends the chapter, but there's more to this.
Kyoko woke up in the middle of the living room in Tsukune's house as his mom was dusting stuff off. "Oh, hi Kyoko, you're finally awake. " She said.
"Where are all those girls and the Blades?!" Kyoko asked worriedly.
"The Blades are all in their house and all the girls went back to the school with Tsukune and his friends." She said.
"Auntie, listen to me, there's something weird about the Blades and those girls. They could fly, shoot things out of their hands and they all had freaky powers! They're not normal and I'm worried that Tsuki's in serious danger." Kyoko said quickly.
Back with us...
"Shut the fuck up, Tsukune!" I said, bouncing his head off the window a few dozen times in response to him screaming at Serena and Selene that they were both girls and more lesbian-bashing stuff.
Back with them...
"Oh, you thought the Blades were strange the moment they moved in next door. As for those girls, they're loud, but they turned out to be nice. As for them flying, I think you might have just had a strange dream." She said calmly.
"A dream? Well now that you mention it, some of the stuff I saw did seem a little farfetched, but it still seemed real enough that I'm gonna check out this Yokai Academy for myself one day." Kyoko said determinedly.
With MY family...
They were discussing the events of the past day when a noice that sounded like a car skidding to a stop and crashing could be heard and suddenly, there was a knocking at the door that got increasingly faster and more impatient, annoying everyone, Mom opening the door and everyone glaring at Kokoa. After a quick explanation, Kokoa became exasperated. "Wait, they left this morning?! Run away all you want, I'm not gonna give up, big sister!" She said, then realized something. "Hey, you're Sai's family, right?! I challenge you all to a fight, I'll kick all your asses!" She said, but was then shocked and intimidated to see them all with weapons already in hand and piercing eyes, now faced with a Hellspawn (Mom), 2 vampires (Lance and Spirai), a demon born of darkness (Dad) and a maniac (Katana).
Ha! Guardians of the Galaxy reference! No, just kidding, Katana's a death spirit.
