Hi guys, long time no see! Sorry for not updating in for freaking ever but this is such a hectic month for me with the Holidays and Christmas shopping and ugh! Also I'm losing motivation to continue this fanfic :( Well I had a half hour to kill in my Physics class so I decided to type this up :3 Hope you guys enjoy it!

The Challenge

Rin's POV

I was chilling with everyone in the lounge when Mr. T walked in, "Hello, everyone."

"Hi, Mr. Takahata~!" I chirped, "What's up~?"

"Nothing much, I just finished my paperwork and decided to see how you all were doing."

"We're doing great, sir." Miku smiled, "We've been doing so good with our new debuts~!"

"And it's all because of our new member of the family." Len smiled pulling me close to him making me blush,

"Oh, stop it guys." I sweatdropped,

"Have any idea for our new project, sir?" Gakupo asked and the professor smiled,

"Why, actually, yes I do."

"What is it~!" Miku and I cried excitedly,

"You've all sang Japanese songs . . . so why not shake things up a bit . . ." He smiled, "By the end of the week I want you to think of an English song to perform for our upcoming group concert." Everyone's jaws dropped,

"What!" We cried,

"Sir, are you serious?" Luka asked and he chuckled at our stunned appearance,

"Oh come on, you're all amazingly talented. I know you all can do it!" We all looked at each other then I smiled,

"Alright, hit me up, teach~! It sounds like a blast~!"

"There's the spirit! I knew you wouldn't let me down, Rin." I giggled,

"Thanks, sir."

"Well I have to ensure the concert date is still secure, get working you guys!" We waved goodbye and eh closed the lounge door behind him,

"This is gonna be quite interesting." Kaito sighed with his arms folded,

"Oh c'mon, Kaito~." Miku said nudging him, "It's gonna be fun~!" He blushed a little bit as he looked down at her then averted his eye,

"Yeah, yeah."

"Hey I have an idea~!" I said and everyone looked at me,

"What's that, Rin?" Luka asked,

"Why don't we break off into our own teams~? Guys verses girls~!" Everyone pondered my suggestion,

"Hmm, not a bad idea." The bluenette male said,

"Let's do it!" Len cried punching the air,

"You guys are going down." Gakupo challenged pointing to Miku, Luka, and I and we smiled, meeting their gaze,

"Bring it, punks!" I cheered,

"Rin!" Luka gasped in fake surprise,

"What? I'm super pumped~! Let's go~!" Without another word I grabbed their hands and ran off, them flopping in the air like fish out of water.

We all sat in the music room while the guys gathered together in the lounge with their laptops. I positioned myself so I was sitting like a certain emo panda against the so-called Justice of Kira (I do not own Death Note) I put my thumb under my lip. "So what song are we going to do?"

"Really, Rinny, you're sitting like L?" Miku asked,

"Yes, because he is my baby! L! Why did you have to die!" With that I retreated to an emo corner and began to grow mushrooms,

"Rin, stop growing mushrooms in school, it's against the rules!" Luka scolded. (I do not own OHSHC) She and Miku sighed then dragged me out and after a few minutes got me on track.

"Ok, let's get down to business." Luka said,

"To defeat some huns~!" I cried punching the air (A/N I don't own Mulan but come on who else knew that was coming XD ) That made Miku facepalm and Luka sigh as she shook her head.

Len's POV

It had been about an hour and a half that we were assigned this and Kaito, Gakupo, and I were staring at our computer screen, without blinking, as we searched for a good song that would knock those girls on their behinds. "Hey, guys, I think I found something." Kaito said tapping us, without taking his eyes from his screen, with one hand and holding his coffee mug with the other. The purplette and I hovered over his shoulders to see the song choice: Light 'em Up by Fall Out Boy. "They're pretty popular in America."

"Play it." I said and right away he clicked the video. I nodded my head to the beat; it was so catchy I already liked it.

"We can choreograph our own dance to this for the concert too." Kaito suggested and Gakupo and i nodded in agreement before high-fiving one another. Huh, I'd like to see what the girls come up with.

Rin's POV

We had been searching for the longest time for a good song at last we stumbled upon a song called Still Into You by Paramore. We had listened to the song and immediately fell in love with it. "We can come up with some choreography too~!" Miku suggested and I smiled,

"Yeah~!"

"Well then, let's get started." Luka said and that's just what we did.
