Hey guys! Sorry I haven't updated in so long I'm just really lacking motivation but I finally found some while in my writing class the week of finals listening to BVB's Set the World on Fire Album like a frikkin boss. XD Anyway last time we left off, Len's group is versing Rin's in an English song competition for their concert! Let's see how it goes!

Light Up the Stage for Me

Rin's POV

The sun was high in the sky and we were on our way to our next concert. I was gazing out the window with my chin resting on the back of my hand as it was supported by the arm of the chair. The others were talking amongst their group about last minute things for our contest and excitement bubbled inside me. Then I saw the grand stadium we would perform in.

-Hours Later-

We had spent most of the day practicing in separate areas of the stadium while the tech crew and band went over what they had to. Finally, we were getting ready for show time. Luka, Miku, and I were in the dressing room having our makeup. Pablo, our wonderful makeup and outfit artist looked up a picture of Hayley Williams, the lead singer in Paramore, and was inspired right away. He sprayed my short hair light orange but kept my blonde tips showing giving it an ombre look, similarly did he do Luka's hair, only he sprayed the tips of her hair dark orange then transcending into lighter orange. Lastly, there was Miku. Pablo stared at her for a while trying to figure out what to do with her super long teal hair. Miku sat in the chair patiently. Finally he got to work, spraying her hair dark orange but leaving some sections of her teal hair revealed. When our hair was done, Pablo got to work on our makeup: dark eye shadow, eyeliner, mascara, along with fake lashes. Finally, we were given our outfits.

Me, Luka, and Miku were given black combat boots, jeggings, a grey skirt and a black leather jacket as well as some rings and other flashy jewelry. When we were changed we looked at each other with jaws gapped. "Oh my gosh." I said in awe,

"Yeah . . ." Miku replied,

"Oof I say we look hot!" Luka said fanning herself with one hand while the other was placed on her hip. I giggled then the stage manager came up to us,

"Alright, girls, you're up, take your places." We all looked at each other and were ready to blow the roof off of this place. The lights turned out but were knew where to go. I stood in front of the band, my back to the audience and my hands at my sides with my fingerless- gloved hands balled into fists and my feet shoulder-width apart. Miku took her place, in the same position; to my far left while Luka, also in the same stance, to my far left. The band began their slow crescendo and when the first beat hit I turned around, punched the air and marched up to the front of the stage,

"Can't count the years on one hand that we've been together." I looked to my left, as the girls met my sides, stuck my hands out, "I need the other one to hold you, make you feel," Miku took my hand, "make you fell," Luka did the same and they spun into me as I stared at the cheering audience, "better." The two spun out, their long hair, which had been put into a ponytail, following them like a comet's fiery tail. "It's not a walk in the park to love each other." I took a few steps to the edge of the stage. I stomped my left foot and put my fists to my sides then slowly brought them to my chest, "But when our fingers interlock, can't deny, can't deny you're worth it." I placed my arms back down, "Cause after all this time I'm still into you." I then shot my right arm up as I jumped up and down in place as did Luka and Miku, "I should be over all the butterflies!" Then I moved along the edge of the stage high-fiving my fans as did Luka and Miku, "I'm into you, I'm into you." I then took a single skip back before backtracking to the middle of the stage, "And baby even on our worst nights, I'm into you, into you." I had my feet and arms shoulder –width apart and my girls were on their assigned side, "Let 'em wonder how we got this far!" On those three beats we shot our right arm out first then left before raising them up and slowly circling them over our heads to our sides. "Cause I don't really need at wonder at all." We shrugged, "Yeah after all this time, I'm still into you." We turned so our right shoulder faced everyone as our right arm came down, pointing at the screaming crowd.

The rest of the song was energy-packed and now the three of us were performing for the last three lines: "I'm still into you!" We spun on one foot to the right, our hands above our heads and crossed at our wrists were our fishnet gloves stopped, then pointed to our fans. "I'm still into you!" We did the same only with our left side, but at the end we started walking to the center of the stage and turned to our right, still showing our backs, and pointed with our right arm. "I'm still into you!" The lights went down and the crowd screamed for us. We hurried off and hugged each other when we gave up our mics.

"Great job!" I squealed,

"You too!" Miku chirped,

"Now that was energetic." Luka commented and the both of us nodded then the three boys walked up to us and our jaws dropped. Their hair was all spiked and messy; they wore leather pants and jackets and had, believe it or not, fiery eye makeup. I snorted in an attempt to stifle my laughter,

"Nice makeup, boys."

"Oh ha ha, you're just jealous your performance is no match for ours." Len replied hotly as they all crossed their arms appearing like a bad-boy trio.

"Pfft, not at all." I replied, "Besides you haven't even performed, reason why you didn't go first was because the best always goes first." Len snickered,

"Nah, we were just being courteous, ever hear of ladies first?"

"Boys, you're up." The manager said and the three began to climb up the stairs when Len stopped to look at the three of us,

"And don't you know anything, Rin? The Best is always for last." With that they went on stage.

Len's POV

I stood in the same spot Rin did, Kaito in Miku's, and Gakupo in Luka's. Our backs were turned and little light was on. The music began to play, we tapped our right foot to the beat and Kaito and Gakupo began, "Oh, woah, oh, oh, woah, oh, oh, woah, oh, oh."

"B-b-b-be" we each turned on one 'b' then made our way to the front of the stage, "careful making wishes in the" we jumped and spun then landed on the drum beat, "dark, dark, can't be sure when they've hit their," we shook out head side to side, "mark, mark." I extended my black-fingerless glove hands forward with an angry expression, as we carried this whole performance in this manner, "And besides in the mean, meantime, I'm just dreaming of," I jerked at the opening of my jacket, "tearing you apart. I'm in the de-details," I stuck my right arm out then my left before Kaito and Gakupo, "with the" they lifted me up quickly making me flip in the air and land, in time with the drum beat, with one knee bent and one hand on the stage and I looked up, "devil, so the world can never get me on my," In the two beats with the drum, my boys jumped in place with their hands in fists and feet shoulder with apart as I jumped up and did the same as I sang, "level." I advanced to the front of the stage, "I just gotta get you out of the cage. I'm a young lover's rage," I approached one girl in the front and caressed her jawline as I neared my lips to hers, "gonna need a spark to ignite." I then leapt to my feet, turned, hearing the girl screaming louder than the others shockingly, "My songs know what you did in the dark!" As I sang I hurried back. Kaito and Gakupo were offstage and then they came onstage, flipping, "So light em up, up, up." As the chorus came fire rocketed from shoots behind the band and on opposite sides of them as well, "light em up, up, up." I joined in on the breakdancing, "light em up, up, up. I'm on fire! So light em up, up, up. Light em up, up, up. Light em up, up, up, I'm on fire! Oh, woah, oh, oh, woah, oh. In the dark, dark! Oh, woah, oh, oh. In the dark, dark)."

The rest of the song was energy-packed and now the three of us were performing for the last refrain. As the chorus came up again, fire rocketed from shoots behind the band and on opposite sides of them as well, "light em up, up, up." I joined in on the breakdancing, "light em up, up, up. I'm on fire! Light em up, up, up. Light em up, up, up. Light em up, up, up, I'm on fire! Oh, woah, oh, oh, woah. IN the dark, dark! Oh, oh, woah, oh, oh." We all ended the performance with our backs turned and me looking up while Kaito looked to the left and Gakupo the right. Immediately the crowd exploded with energy.

We turned around, joined hands, and bowed before waving everyone off and rushing offstage. That's when the concert host rushed on. "Alright, alright, alright give it up for Vocaloid everyone!" Everyone roared more. "Alright, now, let's give them one last round of applause, guys c'mon up here!"

We rushed on as did Rin's group. We all must've looked so hard punk-core in our attire, hair, and makeup it was crazy. "Alright now, guys, I've noticed that you divvied yourselves up, boys versus girls. Can you tell me what's up with this?" Rin and the girls looked at each other before back at the host,

"Um, well," Rin began, "Our teacher Mr. Takahata actually challenged us to sing an American song and so we decided to, well, make a little competition out of it."

"Oooh." He replied, "That's sounds pretty interesting, and do tell me what song did you do?"

"Um, Still Into You by Paramore." Miku answered, "We listened to a few of their other songs and they were really good so check em out everyone!" The crowd roared their answer.

"Of course, we did have quite a bit of trouble learning the English." Luka added receiving a 'boo' from the audience.

"Aw no way you guys are too good at everything!" We heard amongst other comments and the pinkette raised her hands.

"I'm just being honest, here!" The host chuckled,

"Alright, now, boys, I was amazed with your performance. Tell me, how was it for you guys?"

"Um, well," I began, "It, uh, was certainly a blast, no pun intended," I got a chuckle out of that from the stadium, "but I actually have to agree with Luka. The English was a little hard to get down pat." More 'boos' and I looked at everyone with a bright smile,

"What! Nobody's perfect!"

"I gotta work it!" (A/N I do not own this song) I actually glared at the girl, incidentally it was the girl I incorporated in the performance, who giggled.

"Alright then! You've heard from your stars, everyone! Now, regarding this was a contest why don't we figure out the victor!" A cheer answered when he stuck out the mic. "Aalright, give it up for Paramore!" Cheers. "Giive it up for Fall Out Boy!" More cheers and he chuckled, "Woah, there, ha, ha I think we might have fangirls in the house for FOB. (A/N ME! XD) Ok, once more. Paramore!" Cheers. "FOB!" Cheers. After a few moments he brought the mic back to his lips, "It's a tie. I'm sorry but, I'm sure you all agree, that nothing can top our beloved Vocaloids, not even each other. Whataya say!" The stadium boomed and he laughed, "Alright, alright." He faced us, "Well, I'm afraid it's time to close up, you guys. Any last words? Oh, how about the title of this performance? Huh? You two teams seemed to coordinate so you must have a theme." He turned a gestured to Rin's team, "The, uh, fiery hair." Then he faced us and my face burned when he chuckled and gestured to our eye makeup, "And, ha, ha, you boys, your eye makeup." The girls and rest of the stadium laughed and my face turned as red as an inferno.

"Actually we do have a theme." Rin and I both ironically answered at the same time. We flinched then counted to ten in our minds before putting our lips to the mic: "Light the Stage Up for Me!" Everyone applauded for a while.

"Excellent, excellent! It works! The outfits, the effects, and the fiery competition! Thank you everyone goodnight!" He shouted and the band played a last chord as lights flashed. Rin hopped onto Miku's back and spread her arms out as she was carried off,

"Weeeeeee~!" She cried happily receiving laughs when the band died out. I looked at Kaito and he picked it up. I hopped on his back and raised my right arm,

"For Narniaaaaaaaaa!" (A/N I do not own the movie) That earned me some laughs too.

Rin's POV

At last we were heading to the bus, exhausted, but still running off of the energizing vibe of the vibrant concert. "That was fun~!"

"Definitely." Len replied,

"Now to get all of this out of my hair." Luka sighed as she pulled her hair out of her ponytail and examined the flaming ombre effect. Miku giggled,

"Oh c'mon, don't be a Debby Downer, Luka." The pinkette only sighed in reply. With that we boarded the bus and were on our way home.

Well there ya go guys! Hope you enjoyed it! Please review! May the odds be ever in your favor goodbye! (If you know who says that LET ME LOVE YOU!)
